After months and months of horrible anxiety that didn't respond to a variety of drugs and counseling, my wife was literally rescued from despair by the doctors and other staff there. We'd run out of hope and options before she was admitted there.

The staff checked in with us often and mad e sure that not only we where comfortable but that we understood what was going on. Although surprised that they where this thorough I was happy

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen at this hospital yesterday for prolonged pain from a severe gallbladder attack. I have never had a more pleasant experience in the ER. Every single person I encountered was professional, caring and kind. From the young lady that checked me in all the way to the nurse that did my discharge. The nurses, ultrasound techs, the patient advocate that helped me with insurance issues...I don't want to leave anyone out! Dr. Muminova was outstanding. A young man named Arthur was my patient transport, he might be one of the finest humans on this planet. I truly believe that the right people in a bad situation make all of the difference, and I can't stress enough how much the wonderful staff I encountered at the ER yesterday made a difference to me. Thank you all so much.

He is normally very weary of any medical places, especially in pain and he had a great experience. Per him, "They knocked it out of the park and they need a raise!" Experiencia fantástica: You may ask why my rating is different from the grand majority. I wasn't expecting such a good experience to be honest. From the first moment, I met the receptionist Daniel. He was very friendly and super helpful. Everybody was friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burger, surgery staff and Lolita and Amy are amazing. They took great care of me during surgery and after, they made me laugh in time of stress, made me feel comfortable and made sure I was ok the whole time. They are Phenomenal people. Also grateful for nurse Kyle he gave me oxygen when I had a hard time breathing before I was taken into surgery. I appreciate everyone who took care of me. I am blessed to have met everyone here. For there hard work and great attitudes I feel they deserve a raise. Very hard working people and my respects for taking care of me after hours. My family and I are truly grateful. I had my last baby there, and the gynecology and obstetrics area is the best.They make you feel very comfortable and safe, the nursing staff are super professional and friendly. and the level of hygiene is very high, always keeping your bed clean and sheets fresh. I definitely recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Multicare Auburn since 2019. I ended up in emergency one evening and went back a few times during the same week. Everyone was great and eventually I was referred to Oncology. Since then I’ve had 2) surgeries at this Hospital. While my journey isn’t over I know I can count on Multicare Auburn❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia positiva: Never planned on getting appendicitis…everyone I interacted with (excluding the ER check-in guy, kinda dismissive and got my birth year wrong, later corrected) was great and caring. Special shout to all the nurses, Dr. Gould and Dr. Kim. Their professionalism and care was really appreciated. Throughly explained everything, kept me updated and made sure I was comfortable as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband was here while we were on vacation. He got pneumonia and an infection in his kidneys. He nearly died. The staff was amazing. We had wonderful experiences with everyone we came in contact with.

Experiencia fantástica: Saw Dr. Gregg and was very impressed with his diagnosis of my conditions.He took time and asked alot of questions. Not what I was expecting. Since one review said the opposite. His Med nurse was also very good took my blood pressure a couple of times to make sure that it was right. They Took the time to ask my wife and hear her view of my symptoms which helped narrow down my diagnosis. The did a ekg and blood work. My wife was so impreesed by the both of them said that she would come in to see them her self

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone from the the ppl at the desk to all the nurses I saw were sweet as pie! Very caring individuals. I didn’t have to wait more than 10 mins in the waiting room at the ER. Highly recommended!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My Mother was taken here by ambulance and the staff both in the ER and upstairs after she was admitted were kind and helpful anytime we had questions or concerns. Be wary of the smoothies at the Cafe on the first floor, not sure why but maybe the sugar level, I had one and went home with a splitting headache. Didn't try the coffee there though.

Experiencia fantástica: Too many sick patients and the evening hospital staffs overworked themselves “ selfless” hopeful they wont get burnt out and feel physically sick . On August 23, 2022 I was admitted to Multi Care Emergency in Auburn locations due to shortness breathe. I want to Thank you to all the ER doctors and nurses @ Multi Care ER Auburn for putting up with my tantrum demands. I am so thankful they put me in a room, the doctor sand nurses did their best they can, the doctor goes beyond... I have to admit i am embarrassed for having little patient to the doctor, the respect I’ve had for myself went down the toilet that evening, I am usually the one tends calmed unpatient people down, I guess when you’re ill, miserable and confine to one room for your own safety and others due to Covid, you don’t think nothing beyond yourself ( selfish) and you take out your suffering on the doctors and nurses to make miracle happens quick, I do not remember the doctors name but i want to especially want to thank the 2 ladies ER day shift and swing shift doctors and internal medicine doctor for educating me about asthma flare up. I also want to thank the night shift nurse ( I believe her name is Turner), she’s very attentive when I page nurse button. I am little embarrass I was looking through the cabinet for hospital sock for souvenir the one they gave me was dirty so i threw away. I wanted the hospital socks for souvenir I collected hospital socks for each visits I’m admitted to hospital. The day shift nurse that was assigned to me open the room door stood there just watched I did not turn to look at her face lol, I just finish what I was doing and told her I was looking for sock and I don’t see any, she left the room to get one pair socks for me hahhahah I should’ve asked instead the nurse first instead searching myself. Great Job Doctors and Nurses!

Experiencia fantástica: What a switch from Valley Medical Center!! Last night I tor a ligament, and initially went to VMC, my leg was so messed up that I couldn't get in any remotely comfortable position. I was also informed that the wait would be an easy 6 hours. I couldn't sit in the chairs they had for that long..I couldn't fathom sitting in one of those for even 10 more minutes so i left. A friend of mine suggested Auburn Med Ctr. I was in their waiting room a half hour when called and taken to a room. Within 20 minutes of that, I had seen a couple nurses, an x-ray tech and a doc. About another 20 min went by, I had some pills to annihilate the excruciating pain. An hour after that, I was discharged with crutches etc. Soooo much quicker, cleaner, nicer and efficient than VMC, hands down. No comparison in quality of care, just location and industry

Experiencia fantástica: I had heart palpitations and chest pains that were persisting and getting worse. The staff at Auburn Multicare Hospital genuinely cared about not only my concerns but about my comfort and how i was being treated. From the nurses to the doctor, this was the best experience of my life in an ER. I heard "code 30 full capacity" several times i was there. One employee told me they lost 75% of their staff in the last year. If that's the case, what i witnessed last night by the staff was nothing short of remarkable in their care, their composure and their professionalism. They are pushed to their limits and all i could sense was their concern about their patients. My doctor, Dr. Muminova, explained my options and what to expect in the coming days beyond her duty and before she went to her next patient asked me to pull down my mask. "Ok. Thank you. I want to know my patients face. Who they are." I was there alone, very concerned and this staff made me forget all of that. They deserve a raise and a bonus but most of all our respect. It was impressive to watch them work.

Experiencia fantástica: Mitchell in the emergency room was by far the best provider I’ve had there. & I’ve been quite a few times lol. He was sufficient & caring. He also checked in to communicate even when they were busy instead of leaving me to wait for hours. He’s an all star!

Experiencia fantástica: Idk if it was because it was slow and at midnight but I had a work place accident and had to get some x-rays done. They were very attentive to my pain and being someone who don't like to burden others they constantly reassure me what they were doing was totally fine like helping me in a chair or even taking my boot and sock off for me. I was fully ready to do it myself! The staff from the start To the x-ray to the nurses male and female was friendly and made idle chit chat making the visit go by a lil faster. I'm assuming a lot of ppl are impatient or worked up when coming to the ER so I'm sure that has a lot to do with bad reviews but I can honestly say that I don't have one bad thing to mention about my visit last night aside form no cell service but that's every hospital and they did have wifi I could use xp

Experiencia fantástica: Very positive experience with the surgery department. My mother had a very severe injury. Over the course of several appointments and subsequent surgery, the staff gave excellent care and talked us through every part of what was going on and what needed to happen next. We appreciated the genuine, caring nature of both the doctors and the nurses.

Experiencia fantástica: I was flown up and there 4 days. The care was very good. All the nurses were wonderful. The food was cold when it got to. I understand I worked in hospital nutrition 38 years.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is comfortable and we have a treatment plan in place. I want to give a big shout out to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center and specifically the ER staff. They did a good job keeping a hurt 6yo and a worried family supported through their care process. Thanks ER staff for creating a place we would go again, but would prefer to avoid.

Experiencia fantástica: I delivered both my babies here (2019 and 2021). My first birth experience was absolutely amazing despite some challenges that were no ones fault, but just my body processing labor. The nurses were outstanding and beyond encouraging and helpful. I was sure that nothing could top that experience, but then I had my second baby and had another stellar experience. I’ve seen Dr. Wallace for years and recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding OBGYN. He didn’t deliver my babies due to hospital rotation, but the other two doctors I got were outstanding. Not sure what the another review was talking about in regards to outdated rooms and smell. Seems odd you’d review a place when you didn’t even experience it. The only thing I would say is irritating with my second birth is billing. We have two charges that I’ve been disputing and we cannot seem to get a straight answer out of the billing department in regards to the charges.

Experiencia fantástica: We were seen immediately and all services were provided in a professional manner. Very kind and positive staff helped my son to deal with his broken ankle. X-rays were done quickly and the PA explained the injury and put on a soft cast. Registration went smooth and step were made to help us get addition financial aid for medical bills. A+ experience for us!

Experiencia fantástica: Wife was in for a Colonoscopy, she was treated with respect and humor. Everyone we came into contact with was polite, efficient and approachable. It was almost a pleasant experience. The nurses were Exceptional, we were put at ease and made comfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give them a 12. Experiencia fantástica: I had my hysterectomy here and the entire experience was wonderful. Registration and admitting was a quick process. The nurses and staff were so friendly. I felt like my comfort was a number 1 priority. Not only did I receive heat before my IV, but she numbed it up a bit which made it painless. The anesthesiologist came in and addressed all my concerns thoroughly and was very kind. My surgeon was doctor Hunter and she is fantastic. My post-op care was just as caring and attentive. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: From my own current experience, there was quite a lengthy wait time in the emergency room to be admitted into the hospital mine was about 8 hours but I'm not going to let that negate any of the stars that I'm going to give to this facility and to the employees. I went to a prior emergency room only to be sent home under 12 hours after finding out about my insurance and more details. And told to go see my family doctor in a couple of days. my situation was and I'll be honest I was immobile I couldn't walk I couldn't move the pain was when they asked if it's a scale out of 1 to 10 and you can't go above 10 so you're stuck with 10 I was the 10. I went to MultiCare almost a week ago and I'm still here but they actually took the time to do the same test the other hospital did and to actually do a little bit more and instead of rushing through and letting someone else deal with the problem they actually wanted to be a solution to my problem and I can tell you after more than my fair share of hospital stays and urgent care visits and so forth this was the by far the best experience I have ever had with a medical facility. And I am not even concerned with taking away a star when I leave here because you know what They have my trust and I have not been able to give my trust to a medical provider in a long time and Auburn and most of their staff has completely earned it and I will stand behind my review to anybody and everybody. Yes we are in a pandemic and things are taking longer people are more irritated and upset and pain and everything else but at the end of the day we all have to get through this together and if it takes a little bit longer to get better in the short term for the long haul so be it just let's all get through this together

Experiencia fantástica: this hospital is incredible, my son is in ICU and has been since a week ago Friday, when i learned he was at Auburn General I did some research because i am from out of town. The reviews had me really concerned because most were awful BUT I must say the nurses in the ICU are some of the most caring that I have been in contact with (I worked in a hospital for 20 years) I want to really recognize Richard & Carly as they are the 2 nurses i had the most contact with, I did not get a chance prior to leaving Auburn to nominate them for the Daisy Award and am hoping the hospital reads this review. Thank you for all you are still doing to get my son back to the long road of recovery!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After going to 2 urgent care clinics and another er, i ended up here. I was concerned about the reviews on Google at first, but considering how the staff treated me and how quick they were on Christmas Eve, i have to say that I’ll be coming back for all my future ER needs! I have been to many hospitals over the years for things ranging from kidney stones to head injuries (don’t really remember too much of the first one), but very few times have i been treated like a person and even fewer without waiting for 5+ hours. I don’t recommend going to an ER, but if you do i highly recommend giving this place a try. Keep in mind, if everyone showed up here there will be longer wait times. That is to be expected.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in to get my sprained ankle checked out, and found out it’s a broken ankle. From start to finish less then 2 hours in the emergency room. I’m not going to lie we were taking bets on how long it would take: 3-4 hours. The staff was friendly and professional. It was a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I came into the ER with her having shortness of breath and chest pain. I was really surprised how thorough they were at evaluating her issues. We were there for 6 hours but they did all the right tests that were needed, I was surprised at the professional level, in the past Auburn has been terrible but they have gotten much better.

Experiencia fantástica: My mother had life-saving emergency surgery and was a patient in the ICU for an extended period. She was cared for by a team of caring and outstanding nurses, including Elona, Tanya, Marie, Sam, and Jacqueline. This team and the others who supported them embodied the mission that I saw throughout the facility: Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, and Kindness. I truly believe their genuine caring made a real difference in my mother's comfort and recovery. Some of the few words she was able to speak described them all as nice and pretty. Thank you for the job you did and continue doing, it makes a real difference, not only for the patient but their families too. Update: Had to add a couple more RNs and CNA: Thanks to Blake (RN) who was AWESOME with my mother! Cortney (RN) was so kind and caring ☺️. Marita (CNA) was also so supportive and attentive. Luckily, I'm never the patient but often the visitor. I've spent night after night here and this team was consistently awesome. ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: My Brother was brought in by Ambulance because his Girlfriend found him in total confusion. They weren’t sure what was wrong, but they immediately began testing for everything. I flew in from Kansas that night. After all the testing they found that he had Bacterial Meningitis. He was in ICU for several days with ALL the antibiotics that should have got it until it became apparent that nothing was working. The Drs (6 different ones) all were at a loss on what to do. They did an MRI every day to see if it was getting anywhere under control. The last one that was done they consulted Drs from different hospitals. Tacoma, Seattle and one in Chicago. All neurologist. Bottom line, nobody had seen this type (very rare) It had went to his brain at an extremely fast rate. Unfortunately he will never come home. Two of the Drs actually cried when they had to tell me. I truly felt that he got wonderful treatment. If I missed the Dr, they would always call me even after I returned home. I will be going back in a few days, all I can say is I feel he got excellent care. They aren’t God and they have done all they could. The staff at this hospital were always there for whatever he needed, it was always cleaned daily. I was very impressed by the Hospital and staff. Everyone have a Nice day!!

Experiencia fantástica: In April of 2018 I had to bring my 12 year old daughter to this ER for a severe emergency. The entire staff was compassionate and efficient. I was nearly in shock too, and they were kind and helped by explaining things to me on a level I could understand. They ran tests and got her stabilized. Based on the situation, she ended up needing to go to Children's Hospital in Tacoma. The ambulance crew took very good care of her and again, were delicate based on the situation. EDIT TO ADD: I ended up going to the ER a couple weeks ago (Feb 2019) I had to have my appendix removed asap. I was there in the hospital for 2 days. All went very well and I still recommend this ER/ hospital.

Experiencia fantástica: My son was about 2 months and he was sick with RSV. He was 93 in temperature and almost died. He was turning gray when he was in my arms. My husband and I rushed in and the emergency care here provided for us was exceptional. I know deeply that Jesus saved my son that night with the help of the hands of the nurses and doctors who were there. They quickly helped the baby get warmer and gave him oxygen... He is alive because of the staff here. Thank you, Auburn Hospital, for your medical knowledge, quick action, and active patience and caring spirit for the community. - Mother of 3, Forever Thankful

Experiencia fantástica: We went into the ER today due to my daughter having strep throat. Wait time was terrible. What really made the experience unforgettable is we had the most sweet,kind, and caring nurse who went above and beyond for my daughter. Thank you so much Erik we really appreciated everything you did for us!

Experiencia fantástica: Went into the ER here with bad abdominal pain, ended up having my appendix removed. I came in on a Wednesday evening and hardly waited at all to be seen. All staff that I met (and that was a lot over the 20 hours I was there) were very pleasant. My nurses in recovery, I think it was Meaghan and Michael, were both very friendly and helpful and made my experience much more pleasant. Dr. Alperovich who performed my surgery put me at ease, as did my anesthesiologist, and he was friendly when handling a follow up question over the phone. I am truly thankful for the team that made getting rid of a malfunctioning organ so positive :)

Experiencia fantástica: I will be absolutely honest!!!! The ER staff that worked on 8/10/18 were absolutely amazing. They were all ok overwhelmed by traumas and they still tried so hard!!!!! I'm not gonna make names only bcuz I think for the overwhelmingly amount of traumas that came in, they still did their best and it was awesome....Go auburn.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an excellent experience at ER, from intake to Triage, to our attending nurses and doctor. Super efficient with great communication. The facility is really nice, clean and modern. While we hope to not have a need to return in the future, we will come here if we do.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to take our 8yro son in for a food allergy in which he had to get his very Epi shot. They got us into triage right away. The hospital was really clean, the nurse's were so awesome with our son trying to keep the situation calm and joking with him. They educated us on what to expect and what to look for in the future. I would recommend this ER to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service from the nurses,housekeeping,the kitchen,radiology,surgeons. The surgeon saved my life and worked for 4 1/2 hours in what was thought to be an outpatient procedure. I then spent four days there recovering & making sure I didn’t have pneumonia after surgery before going home. A first class experience from first to last!

Experiencia fantástica: January 18, 2018 about 8pm or later, was my first time here and I had an AMAZING experience here at the ER. Staffs in the front were very caring good listeners and very understanding of my son situation. I felt welcome there and my son was called in quick as well as other patients that were there before me and after. Social Worker too was very understanding and did her job seeking the necessarity and the immediate medical attention tbat my son needed. Going 8 years of mental illness with my son this would be the Hospital to take your loves to on my status quote. I share this wonderful awesome experience and quick service with all my family and friends who have grown to know what we go through as a family with my son. I want to say THANK YOU ALL for ALL of what you have done/and are doing last nite for my son it means alot deep down in my soul. THANK YOU!

Experiencia fantástica: Recently had a hysterectomy here. And the nursing staff, from the OR to post op, were incredible! The CNA's were very sweet and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Very kind and gentle.... made sure I was not in pain and made sure I was comfortable. The room I was in had a young woman and her boyfriend was in there with her. Constantly using the bathroom that clearly says for patient use only. TV was on loud. Talking on the phone. And this was close to 11:30 at night. Had my husband go and talk to the nurse and she moved me to another room within 5 minutes. Brought in a recliner for my husband along with sheets, blanket and pillow. If I ever have to be hospitalized, God forbid, I will always come to this one!!!
