Kudos to David, the discharge planner, who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure safe environment for my dad to come home to. David, everyone in healthcare should have a heart like yours. Experiencia fantástica: Many thanks to the Pathway staff who provided excellent care to my 92 year old father. My family spent considerable time in that unit. We all witnessed a very cohesive team effort; not just with our father, but other residents as well. They always backed each other up, even if my father wasn't in their care that day, demonstrating a true team effort. They were all very personable, had great attitudes and showed compassion to all the residents in that unit. In addition both PT and OT were fantastic; can't thank them enough. Lastly, in comparing your facility, to his prior one, your staff is not constantly in front of their screens. Its wonderful to see the staff interacting with residents and family. I hope you share my review with the Pathway staff; they gave comfort to us as well as my father.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife was admitted after Spending 7 days at BANNER Hospital They agreed that she needed Long term nursing care Because of multiple medical Issues She was brought to Palm Valley post acute center I want to tell you the care And compassion of the entire staff excellent She is getting the care she Needs and I hope she can Come home soon IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH HELP ON CARE GIVERS ETC. Social worker Olivia Dorey Is fantastic She is compassionate Very knowledgeable and Cares about you and your love one Also Shaun from admissions Is like Olivia They are angel's here to Help you

Experiencia fantástica: My father-in-law stayed at Palm Valley Post Acute for a few weeks after a long and traumatic hospital stay. He was really weak from being in bed for so long and we were worried that he wouldn’t regain his strength. The therapists Brennan and Patrick did a great job getting him up and moving again. My wife and I weren’t able to be at the building much since we both work, so we appreciated how communicative the therapy director Cecily was. The food was pretty decent for a nursing facility and the nurses and their assistants were attentive. We had a good experience and would recommend this place to others.

Experiencia fantástica: My stay here I have to give them a 5 they took very very good care of me especially Shalimar she went in went extra miles for me I love you girl and Darnell hey you also went in for me Alivia oh my Gosh she was great she helped kept my belongings with no question I love you girl. Chanda and all the other nurses all so good the cna's were all good to me. House keeping and the cook all were good. The entire therapy team worked with me and were awesome. If you need help this is the place to go. Everyone took really good care of me.

Experiencia fantástica: For starters, this is a facility that is guided by the doctors for patient care, if the doctors do not instruct additional medication, they are unable to deliver those needs. I have had my close family treated there and when I have visited, they have been cleaned, medicated, fed, and showered. Although I have had my doubts, my internal ATTORNEY instincts wanted to question and get down to the bottom line of things, their reports of my loved ones and my loved ones feed back about their care has been pleasant. In my personal opinion and from what I have witnessed from my visits is that people barely leave their loved ones for 1-3 days and expect immediate results...sorry but Rome was built in a day. Keep in mind this is under guidance from medical professionals and many doctors. The care is at the mercy of doctors orders and as frustration as it could be, there are delays. Also, I was able to witness the nurses in action, they have a routine in place to visit every patient, but sometimes, new families want to jump the line (hence many review). My loved ones stated they were under the best care under the nurse/CNA called Ana V, and they both stated that she treated them with the upmost respect and care which is what we want for them. They also stated that their best care was from the PM shift(not sure if there multiple but seemed after 12pm) Aside from that on an unscheduled day, I met Ana and she was great on communicating with them/us about any delays and how she would be there in about 20 minutes due to another patient delay. My loved ones really expressed the love, care, and attention and as a child placing their parents asking for health care I wouldn't have asked for another nurse. Also i captured the names of other nurses being requested from other patients such as Dolores and Danuta(spelling). This place is taken care of.

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely under new management, nurses are always smiling and approachable. Facility looks very clean and it has very nice landscaping compared to other places that I’ve seen throughout the valley . Live music petting zoo, and tons of activities to entertain residents . The place even has a pool.

Our family was there most of the time and they also took the time to answer any concerns we had. I would recommend this facility for any hospice patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I was treated kind. Got along well with everybody. Everything is good with my therapy. I would come back if I needed to. I would refer my brothers and nieces and nephews here if they needed it.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the third Rehabilitation center my brother has been in. In September of 2019 he was transferred here and as soon as we got there, the CNA Vanessa came to me and helped settled my brother in his room...following after the nurse, and within minutes, his respitory to begin their care for my brother. I have the pleasure to work with each one of the staff caring for him and they're wonderful at what they do and as I can see this facility... they do care and help you with any concerns you might have...I love my brother very much and believe you me, if it was any different I wouldn't had kept him in this facility...I know the doctors do care as well as the staff and they do an awesome job in TLC for my brother and when I leave I know my brother is in good hands and later in the evening when I call to see how he's doing, I do have to call again sometimes but they do answer...most of the staff that takes care of him I know by name and they know me.. and it gives me pleasure to rate this facility a 5 thank you all for a great job your doing keep it up....LPN Lisa, RN Monica, Nurses Nancy, Neil, Steve, Rebecca and Respitory Karla, Crystal, Ray, Del, Kevin and Shelly...last but not least is CNAsTara, Laura, Elsa and Karen...so many I thank them every chance I get....Thank you Palm Valley for the awesome care you been with my brother...looking forward to his recovery...

Experiencia fantástica: My husband just came home after two weeks at Palm Valley. While he is glad to be home, he received good care from very caring people. He is on a low-sodium diet but found the food to be quite good. Having been in another care center he definitely preferred Palm Valley.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the blessing to of had my mother at this facility for about a year! I've been in a few nursing homes in the past 5 yrs,and palm valley is by far the best ever! The staff from the front desk to the maintenance of this home truly seem to care and show love for their patients! It is always clean, lots of entertainment every week , and fun uplifting, and when that music starts,all of their faces light up ! Experiencia fantástica: I was in the Arcadia W. 500 ward. Having to be away from your family for s month was hard for me but the care and support I received from the CNA's and RN made it easier. Everyday it was a how are you today , anything I can do for you today. No matter how busy they were they made you feel special. It wasn't just them but the Physical and Occupation therapist were there doing everything to help you be better. I would recommend this center to anyone looking for a second home for your loved ones.
