It's easy to access and has ample parking, making each visit hassle-free. Cindy and Eric are truly exceptional. The level of attention and care I received here was outstanding. Cindy and Eric paid close attention to my progress and adjusted my treatment as necessary. Their dedication to their patients is remarkable and I had complete trust in their expertise. Nancy, who works at the front desk, is not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly efficient. Scheduling appointments and dealing with administrative matters was a breeze, thanks to her. I highly recommend this location to my friends who live nearby.

Experiencia fantástica: Crack that whip!! Seriously, all the crew at STI are great to work with. Along with the normal schedule of stretching and various other exercises they work you thru, each individual has their own insights they intergrate within each workout to optimise the task. They are all really good at keeping your attitude high ( it can get very frustrating at times). Regarding the "Cracking of the Whip", they get you a real good workout by the time your ready to leave. They are caring, they are efficient, they make you do things you dont want to do but its all to your benefit and to make you feel better. I always enjoyed my time with them and they were always professional. they helped me get back to my hobbies and what i enjoy doing.

Experiencia fantástica: About 5 weeks ago, I started physical therapy for severe back pain. It had evolved to the point where I could not do simple tasks like doing the dishes for more than 5 minutes without having severe lower back pain. I also have a total hip replacement from years back that was not helping the issues at all. I had really never gotten any intensive or helpful physical therapy before so I was pretty nervous going in. From the moment I walked in the front door, I felt at ease. My initial appointment was eye opening as far as my strength and range of motion, I knew it was bad, but I didn't realize how much work I needed. From my first actual work out PT session, I immediately was blown away at how nice the facility is and just how many options there are for stretches and exercises. They were able to begin building a framework for what I would need to do that was based on my specific needs. Now, at 5 weeks, my routine has evolved substantially and I am doing things that I never thought I would be able to do. My whole body feels stronger and I feel more confident in myself and my ability to do things. As of now, my back pain is rare. I am able to complete tasks one after another and not be in extreme pain. On top of all the physical benefits, I have met everyone that works there and I absolutely cannot praise everyone enough. Every time I go in, I am met with smiles and "How are you's". They listen to your needs and go from there for that specific day. Every single person there is positive and kind. It is an excellent environment for self improvement. There is so much more that I could say, but it is truly something you have to experience for yourself. I look forward to it every week. Oh and I almost forgot to mention! at the end of each appointment, they offer a heat pack or ice pack and will hook you up to an absolutely amazing muscle stim unit that is amazing for pain. It is like being at a 5 star resort after your appointment. Go visit these guys for all your physical therapy needs and you will not regret it!!! Thank you guys for all you have done for me and my life!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never done physical therapy but I’ve had an amazing experience at this location. I love it here so much! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Mrs. Nancy who works at the front counter is very nice and helpful. She is always on top of things and is always making sure to get things done. Now I’ve worked with mostly all of the trainers and I have nothing but good things to say about them all. Each and every one of them are always checking up on me and asking me how I feel every time I come back for my appointments. Brittany, Dane, Cory, Eunice, and Kaitlyn have been the best of help to me in so many ways. They make sure that I’m not only doing good but feeling better. All of them are super attentive and they make sure the exercises but also stretches are done correctly. They always want nothing but the best for each patient they see. Everyone here has a bond with each other and you can automatically tell that they’re super close like a family. I’m glad I picked this place to do my physical therapy because I’ve seen the progress I’ve made and how far I’ve come. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone looking for or to do physical therapy and even if having any pain. They are simply awesome, you won’t regret it, I promise. Truly thankful and grateful for all of them. Especially the bonds I’ve created with each one of them. Couldn’t have asked for better trainers than them.

Experiencia fantástica: When I started out I couldn't stand or walk for any measurable length of time without pain. Had a great experience healing and learning. Staff is attentive and adjusts to your needs while teaching you how to maintain snd self treat in between sessions and afterward. Thank you Brittany, Dane and Cory for creating such a positive environment and helping me get back to where I needed to be!

Not only that but I feel way better than I did when I first came here for my injury. The workouts and treatment I’ve been getting have helped me dramatically.

Everyone that I worked with, from Nancy at the front desk to my P/T team, Mike, Dane, and Nick were concentrated on getting me better and back to my normal life. I hope that I am never in need of physical therapy again; however, if I do, I would go back to this location without any reservations at all.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been to 3 other physical therapy companies in the general area and I feel like STI is the only one where I’ve actually progressed my flexibility, strength, and ability to return to normal. Every single member of their staff is both highly trained and extremely professional. Other companies have staff that gossip, and seemed checked out but these trainers are always engaged and hands on with each patient whenever I’m in. I’ve also never heard them talk poorly about a patient or having to be there which is refreshing. I feel like the staff also takes measures to keep the facility clean and safe during a time when that’s real important to some patients. I highly suggest STI physical therapy to anyone recovering from a surgery or injury and in need of legit physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: STI PT helped strengthen my rotator cuff! I love the whole team! educated me on simple to understand exercises to strengthen and stabilize it, avoiding surgery! I highly recommend this team, if you have a joint or some body aches you need addressed. They move at your pace, fast or slow!

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to STI in October 2022 after I had back surgery the end of June. I had never had pt before so wasn’t sure what to expect. I was far beyond pleased with the care I received from all 3 of the therapists. Every visit I was greeted by name by each of the therapists (Nick, Dane and Brittney) and at every exercise I did they took the time to explain fully why I was doing it what I should expect to feel and made sure I was doing them correctly, I wanted to get better as fast as I could so I pushed myself hard and they we ok with that and allowed me to push myself at my pace. And I always honestly looked forward to going to my appointments! The front office was always very friendly and accommodating with my schedule. I hope to not have to need pt in the future but if I do I definitely look forward to going back to STI Litchfield. I will also be certain to refer anyone I know needing Physical Therapy to STI LItchfield. Thank you again April Phillips

Experiencia fantástica: This is for all those people suffering from lymphedema, which is swelling due to build-up of lymph fluid in the body. Lymph nodes act like a drain in your sink. If the drain is clogged, the fluid cannot drain. My situation was somewhat different from most patients. My intent is to help anyone else by reading this as well as my utmost highest recommendation of Mary B at STI. I initially went to a vein therapy Dr for leg injections to relieve this swelling, recommended by my physician. My leg swelling condition was not that bad to begin with, however, these injections made my legs swell even more in addition to making them feel like hard balloons! I was literally despondent due to the fact that it made my life miserable and intolerable for over an entire year! Please, before you revert to these injections, be aware that the results may worsen your condition. I cannot emphasize this enough! After informing me that the injections didn't work and that I had lymphedema, the vein Dr prescribed the compression leg pumps from Tactile Medical which I used every night for an hour for several months. My condition still was not improving and I felt like a failure. The Tactile rep then referred me to Mary B. at STI in Goodyear, AZ. Mary B. was able to relieve the swelling with my condition by wrapping my entire legs (from the toes to upper thigh) with a form of ace type wraps. Mary continued with these wrappings 3 times a week for a total of about 20 times. Thankfully, I stated to improve, so then I progressed onto heavy duty velcro type leg wraps which I still continuously use several times a week. This takes a great deal of patience and persistence to continue with this but I so desperately wanted this to work as quickly as I could. Mary B. is an angel! She is kind, extremely patient and so understanding through all of this. She knows exactly what to do, treats the condition and educates you in the process. If you need additional help, she is there with you along the way towards improvement. I am eternally grateful to Mary B and Nancy, the wonderful receptionist at the Goodyear, AZ office.

Experiencia fantástica: The physical therapist here are fantastic!!! I’ve been to other therapy and rehabilitation centers in my past, this one stands at number 1 in my book. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly and have a nice clean facility. They have a great mix of hands on therapy, exercise, and coaching methods that focus on my physical issues. They also have hot or cold therapy with a massage unit that’s the best feeling after therapy for me. I was provided with guidance on what exercises and stretching I can do that are effective and help me with my recovery. Definitely worth coming here! Experiencia fantástica: After a surfing accident left me in a wheelchair I was referred to STI by my neurologist. Not knowing what to expect I was immediately put at ease and received exceptional care from day one. Elise’s wealth of knowledge with spinal cord injuries kept me focused and motivated to walk again. Setting goals with Elise and her specific treatment plan allowed me to progress rapidly. Attending therapy 5 days a week seemed like a huge task, but Elise makes it fun and enjoyable challenging me to achieve my goals. I now can walk without a walker or cane and attribute this to Elise and her motivation to get me out of the wheelchair. I can’t thank STI enough for providing excellent care and attention to detail. I also appreciate the scheduling flexibility allowing me to work around my Dr appointments. MaryAnn at the front desk is always greeting you with a smile! She is also very knowledgeable about insurance coverages. Brittany is amazing to work with providing excellent patient care. She works hard to improve my current state with encouragement and understanding. Brittany is caring and always is fun to work with. We are so blessed to have this level of physical therapy in Goodyear! I recommend STI 100% as I am overwhelmed with gratitude.

Went for pelvic floor therapy after the birth of my baby. Everyone is so kind and understanding, and I was able to bring my baby to appointments with me.

Experiencia fantástica: I dealt with pelvic pain for a couple years that made it uncomfortable to sit for more than 20 minutes & I had no idea what it was. I finally got to see a Dr. & Obg about it but neither had answers for me. I started coming to STI physical therapy about 2 months ago I noticed improvement within just 2 weeks of weekly appointments. I also had answers the same day of my evaluation. I was so relieved it was something that could be worked on. Every therapist I've interacted with has been so helpful and motivated me to keep working harder. They respect what you're comfortable with and always see that your best interests & improvement come first. I also want to add the receptionist Maryanne is extremely accommodating and helpful with working with my schedule. The pelvic pain I dealt with for so long is hardly noticable now & I have everyone at STI Physical Therapy to thank!
