Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Foothills Sports Medicine was truly exceptional. The individual care and concern of all the therapists was beyond any expectations I ever had.. An awesome, young man, Wasim, was extraordinary in helping me to recover. No other group or individual person has ever been so intuned or careful with my care. I have been to many physical therapy groups and none can compare with with Foothills on Dysart in Litchfield Park. The entire staff was extremely helpful, friendly and fun and still very serious about my recovery. A special thanks to Wasim my primary therapist, who was so thoughtful knowledgeable, kind and caring, that I really felt that my life was changed forever Everyone was professional and I have never been taken care of or treated so well. l highly recommend Foothills Physical Therapy in Litchfield Park. After my shoulder surgery, they worked with me 3 times a week to being me back to life. The clinic is bright, welcoming and the staff could not be more friendly. You arrive as a patient but leave as a friend!

Experiencia fantástica: Foothills is the only P.T place that I feel truly cares about your recovery, your input, and well-being. Scott, Roxy, and Sabrina have made my recovery a fun/motivating process. I recommend them to anyone for any type of injury!

Experiencia positiva: I will start off by saying most everyone I spoke with was super friendly and for the most part pleasant. The actual therapists are very nice and from what I can tell know what they are doing. My issue started when I realized that each tech was running exercises for 2 or 3 patients at one time. Which means when you finish your set of exercises you either wait for your tech to come back or get the attention of your tech to move onto the next exercise. Would have been way easier just to give me my exercise sheet and let me go through it on my own. Very inefficient way of doing business. There was no real evaluation of the exercises, whether they are being done right, or whether or not the amount of reps are sufficient for progress while they were being done. The only evaluation was a short time with a Therapist each session that consisted of tissue manipulation and joint movement. There seems to be a protocol in place based off of the injury or surgery and they simply follow the protocol. There are better PT facilities in the area that provide more customized care with more of a focus on the patient. I did like the therapists and most of the techs here. They are very professional and nice. My focus was on progressing as quickly as possible without further injury. I don't think we had the same focus.

Experiencia fantástica: Jamie and her Team are AWESOME. I went for therapy for sprained MCL and some meniscus tears. (After a second opinion said I DID NOT need a knee replacement). I just finished seven weeks, three times a week. Jamie put together a rehab plan for me and I feel much better. Stronger, more flexible and the knee feels so much better. Kristy and Scott were great. And Sabrina and Roxy kept me on point and motivated. They were so much fun. I miss you guys. I highly recommend Foothills. They were like Family. They also do Dry Needling, which I recommend. It really works and Jamie is a PRO!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had already gone to Foothills sports medicine prior to my knee surgery. Based on that experience I knew exactly where I was going for my knee replacement physical therapy. Micheal, set up my physical therapy program on my 1st visit. He was always available for any questions I might have. He is very knowledgeable and great at explaining exactly why you are performing certain exercises. He also motivates you to push yourself. Everyone who works with you is caring and wants you to succeed and reach your goal. I'm almost at the end of my therapy and hate to leave because I'm going to miss the crew.Want to Thank all, Michael, Logan, Kandice, Scott, Marcus, Sabrina, Ricardo and Jasmine. Sorry, forgot some names. Office staff is great too. If you need any type of Physical Therapy don't hesitate, this is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been in severe pain in my hip and went to physical therapy feeling hopeless. But then I met with Mike. Mike was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and uplifting. He showed me exercises that have helped me get stronger and reduce the pain. He explained what was happening to my hip and why the exercises will be beneficial. I walked in feeling so down and walked out feeling like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. After completing physical therapy, not only do I feel physically better, but I am emotionally 100% better. Thank you Mike!

Experiencia fantástica: I had past experiences with other PT places for my back pain and I wasn’t satisfied, but Foothills absolutely was the best. Mike Scotto was so professional, he has passion about his work, it’s very important to him to listen and understanding how do you feel and he could adjust or cancel any exercise if not comfortable to me. The assistants are very helpful with helping me doing the exercises the right way and the ladies behind the desk were very nice. Addition to the comfortable friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Foothills for everyone.

He really listens to me and updates my therapy as needed. Sabrina has been great at showing me what to do. And she's quick to make adjustments when I'm not doing it the correct way! After my first visit at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy @ Litchfield Park, I couldn't wait to go back! The staff is incredibly kind and really worked hard to make sure that I was made comfortable and cared for the entire time. I have progressed so much and will continue to go until I feel 100%. Jaime Miller as well as the other PT's discuss every part of your rehab with you and monitor your progress at each visit. If you have been on the fence about going to physical therapy (especially during this pandemic) I can assure you that this location is clean, sanitized, and safe. Go check them out!

She showed so much care, she is very genuine with her work. While I’m in the process of recovery from a very bad injury. Alex the tech showed me so many new exercises to try at home and help with the bad pain. As well as Marcus he took his time with showing me different ways to work out! If I could give a 10 star I would! I 100% recommend this HOME for your road to recovery.

Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, compassionate, and the facility is very clean. They offer multiple modalities of therapy including dry needling, cupping, Graston, kinesio taping, etc. The office is busy, but you will not be forgotten or treated like another number.

The staff is like one big happy family . I have had Jamie, Russell and Kristi all work on me. They work together to get you better. It's hard work but they still manage to make the experience fun. Jamie goes to classes all the time to further educate herself, then she passes the info on to her employees. They do taping, needling and cupping as well. They will do whatever you need to get you better. +

I have a very painful shoulder and they massaged and taped it and it’s the first time I have been without pain for a long time. All the employees are very pleasant and helpful. They want to make sure I am improving with each session.

This does not mean that physical therapy is fun because your therapists will do what they need to do to get you to your goal and they will expect you to do your exercises when you are not there, but their sincere desire to help you makes you realize you are a team, all working together toward a common goal, and you are not in this alone. The first time I was there they listened to me and worked with me on getting scheduled and made me all better. Then I I hustled myself a year later and when I walked in again they all remembered me and it was like I had not been gone for a year. I highly recommend this place and will not go anywhere else.
