Experiencia fantástica: Hugo truly understands how effective the Epli maneuver is as a treatment for vertigo. He is well experienced in this treatment and he was able to eliminate all my vertigo symptoms in two sessions. If you struggle with vertigo, ATI is the place to go and Hugo is the person to see. If my vertigo comes back, I will not hesitate to book an another appointment with Hugo to administer the Epli maneuver.

They teach me movements according to my weakness , with my commitment, together progressively improving my strength ! I find the establishment clean , organized and well balanced! I noticed not only are the team of Pt there to challenge the body, mind connection but also our own intellect with a tongue twister written on the mirror if you pay close attention you will read it correctly !! I can’t say i did so great !!Now I’d like to mention the sessions are open floor with active participation in different spots. The whole team of Pt are full of grace ! I’m glad I was referred by my dr. I’m healing my body while interacting with awesome human beings, can’t get better than that ! Experiencia fantástica: I can’t express enough gratitude for this clinic! EVERYONE is very supportive and welcoming! All encourage and celebrate the small successes which makes you want to work harder. My injury has not been a small defeat and there is absolutely no way I would be where I am at today without this team. Alex it’s been a hard road but you and the team have gotten me more mobile then anyone thought I would be. Thank you Billing!! I was granted 11 extension days by my insurance and provided ATI the auth number not once not twice but 7 times now!! My insurance casemamager has called 4 times and notified them of the authorization. I have been on the phone weekly with them because they are still stating I owe 1,100.00. I am literally at my wits end! I am supposed to start therapy again but my fear is the billing part is horrible to work with. No one seems to know anything. They say they will put a note in but every week I have to give the same story and then I’ve been told owe this will be taken care of then I get more bills. I see other complaints with the billing at ATI from patients. Beware of the billing The therapist are amazing unfortunately it not the same in billing/auth department which is just as important as the therapy!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is friendly and make you feel as if they truly care and are invested in your well-being. My PT fully explains the various exercises and continually asks if I have questions. I like having a link to the videos for my home exercises.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to say that ALL the PT treat you like a person and not a number or an insurance claim. Alex is my primary PT. Before you start any type of exercise. He asked me how was your weekend did you get a chance to watch any football. When you walk in the office Alex, Mike & Damien all greet you with a GOOD MORNING MIKE. Great place would absolutely recommend ATI. Wish they had more than 5 stars

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to couple of physical therapy places in the past and the Goodyear location is the best! This time I decided to drive little further out because Felix and his wonderful staff are always so professional. They are always going above and beyond with the care they offer to their patients. This is the first place I have actually gotten some pain relief and education on therapy. I like how they offer dry needling, and traction device, not many places offer that. Overall just a wonderful environment, I know I’ll be taken care of every time I go there. I’ll be definitely recommend my friends and family to go there. It is worth to drive a little further for great quality services.

ATI provides individual attention to each client rather than putting them on a machine or exercise and walking away for long periods of time. Each therapist knows each client, is knowledgeable, and encouraging. I highly recommend this therapy group.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic Experience here! Unfortunately, I broke my clavicle in Jan 2020 as a result of my own negligence. ATI's quality care coupled with my Dr's top-notch surgical procedure led to a speedy recovery with full range-of-motion. The care provided at this clinic is excellent. I was greeted by name each and every time I walked into the clinic. The positive energy of the staff puts the patients into a good mood, no matter how they're feeling. I'm very glad I performed my PT with these medical professionals - not only did they make my recovery as positive as possible, they made my day when I interacted with them. Experiencia fantástica: When I first came here I was in my medical boot due to an bunion surgery, and wasn't allowed to drive because my muscles were too tense. After my first physical therapy I was out of my medical boot and walking! One more appointment later and I was driving again!! They take their time when taking care of your condition and you will leave each day feeling stronger than before. I always look forward to coming because I love the challenges and the improvements I make. Also, can't forget about the massages! It's a love/hate relationship with my foot. My foot hates the pain, but loves the results at the end!

Experiencia fantástica: I am almost sad to be feeling so much better, as I'll miss my twice weekly visits! I have been at ATI in Goodyear for just over 2 months. Wish I had gone there first! My PT at another place was dreadful and ATI in Goodyear more than made up for my other experience. I was a little nervous walking into a place that looks more like a gym than a medical facility, as working out is far from my favorite thing to do. Despite an unexpected greeting of "Do you have an appointment?" on my first day, not another day went by when I wasn't cheerfully greeted by everyone who works there. It was like being in an episode of "Cheers" where everyone knows your name! The people there, from therapists to assistants to techs, are super! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and supportive. If there was ever an exercise that bothered me, they would stop and replace it with something else. When a new pain developed, I would be given a way to ease that too. Brenda was my main therapist and made sure to give me options for treatments. Unlike the other place that just did exercises, with occasional massages and ice, there are a myriad of treatments used at ATI. From exercises to heat or cold, massages to jade massages, dry needling to electrical stim, to my fave of ultrasound. In just over 2 months, I am feeling better than I have in 2 years, with both mobility and a lack of pain. This is incredible, as I thought I would have pain for the rest of my life. I cannot thank Brenda, Tuk, Felix, Cheyenne, Tyger, Jasmine, and everyone else at the Goodyear ATI for bringing me so far. Make this place your first choice for physical therapy of any kind.

Having spent months there I got to work with pretty much everyone in the office and they're all great. Felix was my physical therapist and he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what you would expect from a typical medical setting. He is very knowledgeable and an overall great person to work with. I highly highly highly recommend ATI Goodyear!!
