The wait times aren't bad at all and the physician's really get down to the point of what's going on with your child and make sure their core focus is the child and the illness. Im never there any longer then 40 min tops including the check in time.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my infant daughter here on a Sunday afternoon. She had a low grade fever for 2 days and started spiking fevers of 103 on the third. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, they even made her smile. The facility was clean, and well maintained. We were seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The nurses were phenomenal (I am a nurse, so I was very impressed with their professionalism, kindness, and concern). The doctor was also great. He listened to her history, all of my concerns, and her symptoms before examining her. He then tested her based upon her past. We had a prescription for antibiotics in no time! We will definitely be bringing our children here for any urgent care visits needed in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: We were visiting from out of town when our little one got a small head laceration. The staff here was amazing, everyone (right down to a passing janitor in the hallway) was extra friendly and kind. We arrived shortly before closing and no one batted an eye at that inconvenience. The medical care was timely, skilled, and efficient. They were sweet and compassionate as well, and made the visit as painless as possible. The security guard chatted with my toddler as we left, then stood guard in the parking lot until we drove off to make sure we got on our way safely in the dark. He really went above and beyond. I left feeling 10x better than when we arrived. Thank you everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: If Dr. William Luciano is on for the night you’re in great hands! His bedside manner is amazing and he truly cares about the patient! He pretended to be a frog while checking out my daughter and she was tickled pink! He was very efficient and informative! Assessments were made timely and we are out in about an hour! Brianna the nurse and Cassandra the tech/ent were also kid friendly and all around sweeties. Great place to have your kiddos seen if you’re new in the area or need urgent care.

Experiencia positiva: Took 2 of my sons to urgent care on a Saturday morning. We were seen very quickly. Dr did a good evaluation and was very informative. While there my son fell and hit his head from good ting around. Dr did a concussion check and kept us for a while longer for observation. The staff was very friendly. This was my first visit there but it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely use them if I need a pediatric urgent care in the future. And I would recommend them to friends and family too.

Experiencia fantástica: After waiting at a Dignity Health ER for 3 hours, i left and I came here and was seen immediately!!! In and out in less than an hour and everyone was amazing and it was so CLEAN compared to Dignity. This is my new spot!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We have been a couple of times and received top care. The added feature of wait time on the website is really helpful. The doctors and nurses are fabulous and really listened to our needs. We are lucky to have them close by when our doctor is closed!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience here was beyond remarkable. I literally had to wait time, I wasn’t even done registering when my baby was called and given a room to. They came in and checked him and from start to finish it took approximately an hour which is nothing compared to 4 hours I waited in a banner urgent care before deciding to come to this facility, If only I had known the professionalism and helpfulness of this clinic before.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been here twice now for a follow up broken arm. We got my sons cast put on and taken off here and the Gentleman that put it on and off was the best. So nice and fun. Helped my son by explaining to him what was going to happen. Definitely will be coming here first thing in the future for ER visits and anything I need to get them in for. Drs are also very nice and explain things.

So thankful google told us Phoenix Children’s Urgent Care was open. The ENTIRE staff was great as soon as I walked in with our baby girl. We were the last ones to leave that night, but they were so so patient with us. If you need help, don’t hesitate bringing your baby here. Thank you !

Doctor came in quick and was friendly, informative, communicated everything thoroughly and didn't make me feel rushed. I'll be going here from now on, if needed.

The staff is super friendly, fast and super helpful. I also happen to live by a Goodnight Pediatrics and they are the opposite of this place.

Experiencia fantástica: My son sees Dr. Damon Dixon for cardiology. I absolutely love Dr. Dixon. He is very good with explaining what is happening and going over test results. He even gave us a heart print out showing exactly where his ASD is, the severity, and what to keep an eye out for. I highly recommend him!

Experiencia fantástica: We got lucky, checked in at 9:28 PM and walked out at 10:05 PM on a Friday night. When you need urgent care for your kid, I would never hesitate taking them here. But be prepared to wait during peek hours in school season.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to take my daughter in for a cut she got on her eyebrow. Check in was fast and also the wait time wasn't long at all considering there were 5 people in front of us. We were there for about an hour and 15 minutes. What really wowed me was the nursing staff and doctor we saw. The nurse we had was so patient and kind while he had to clean out my daughters cut and the doctor who glued it shut was just as nice. It happened to be my daughters birthday and they gave her a popsicle and a teddy bear. She was so excited to receive that from them. This whole experience was truly amazing and we will continue to use this urgent care.

Experiencia fantástica: We love this urgent care. Everyone is always kind. I have taken a really sick kid in there and they told me if I needed anything to let them know while I was waiting. He was struggling to breath and we got in right away. This is the only urgent care I will go to.

Experiencia fantástica: We went on a Thurs night for a lip laceration my 5yr old sustained during foot ball practice. We waited no more then 15mins to be seen. The student Dr was very thorough in checking my son as was the Dr. She was great! Friendly great bed side manner. Everyone there was very friendly! Good experience would definitely recommend them!
