Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Neha Shah at Back to Center PT by my family physician who highly recommended her. About 5 years after hip replacement surgery I developed pain on the opposite side of my leg. I have endured this pain for about 4 years and have tried acupuncture, physical therapy (twice) and even considered surgery. Neha diagnosed the problem immediately and set about an aggressive treatment plan that has brought relief from pain through direct muscle massage and stretching and strengthening exercises designed to distribute the load to surrounding muscles. Previous physical therapy treatments were not as aggressive and did not result in pain relief. I am deeply grateful for the treatment that I have received at Back to Center PT.

Neha does not just target the problem area; she evaluates the entire body to find all the interconnected sources of tightness, pain, and inflammation. I have had many injuries for which I have been to several different physical therapists, and Neha's integrative and individualized whole-body treatment approach is by far the most effective. She also truly listens to me, designing each session's treatment plan in accordance with my complaints and goals. Further, Neha does not overbook her schedule. She always spends the whole session working on my body and guiding me through stretches and exercises. I will never go back to any other physical therapist. I cannot say enough amazing things about Neha!

Experiencia fantástica: I need more than 5 stars for Neha and her clinic! I am a physical therapist myself and when I need PT for my own body its Neha I turn to. She has been treating me for several years and has helped me through many injuries. Its a bonus for me that she is a certified yoga therapist as well and very active herself so she understands how important it is to get back to the activities I love. I can't recommend her enough. I dont work in this area and so for anyone that I know that needs PT on this side of town she is my go-to PT! Everyone I have sent to her has called to thank me for turning them on to her and her clinic! I love that when I see her for myself or when I refer patients that we are seen for one-on-one care. Even though she is out-of-network its worth every penny for the quality time she gives, which is so different than some of the "mill" clinics out there where you're seen by different random staff at every visit. I first started seeing Neha Shah in 2012 to help me with some exercises to alleviate pain in my left hip. Turns out that pain was severe osteoarthritis. I had that hip joint replaced in 2015 and the right hip joint replaced in 2017. I did all of my post surgery physical therapy sessions with her for both hips. I love her therapy techniques and the exercises she teaches for regaining strength and mobility. She worked me hard and it was so worth it. My results are awesome. I highly recommend seeing Neha for post surgical physical therapy needs, yoga therapy practices, and general therapy and body strengthening. She understands how everything connects within the body and you will not feel rushed to get out of there. She takes her time with you and is really excited about seeing her patients improve.
