She let me know that my progress will be slow but expected for my injury and I appreciate that because I’ve never had a major injury before. I feel better and more accomplished toward my recovery goal every time I work with her! The whole office is nice to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: Cutting edge treatment. Pays attention to how I feel and adjusts the treatment accordingly. Monitors my symptoms at each visit never does the same thing at each appointment. Targeted and innovative exercises that have quickly addressed my problem.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for work before getting knee replacement surgery for one that I haven’t been able to straighten out for years. Katelynn measured this straight knee as being 20 degrees short of straight. Within the first session, she had it at 12 degrees, an 8 degree improvement. Now, after two weeks, my knee is 10 degrees better than it was going in. Significant improvement, I would say. I’ve been in other physical therapy businesses and I have to say this facility is better than most. Some PT practices cram so much equipment into a small space, there is barely room to walk. Yesterday, Katelynn handed me a slosh pipe (water filled PVC pipe) that had to be 6 ft long and I could walk holding it across my body without having to dodge obstacles/other equipment. I’ve seen therapists at other practices working with a patient who is really putting in the effort to rehab who just assign an exercise, then get lost in their computer or in conversations with other patients across the room, not observing that patient they left on their own is having an issue with the exercise and their form has deteriorated to the point where it might cause additional injury. Katelynn and Kial are very professional therapists and attentive to their clients, something that is hit and miss at other practices. They are punctual in getting me back to the therapy area and seem to have a plan all mapped out for that days exercises. Heather is always pleasant when greeting me when I come in. Professional, attentive, clean and uncluttered. This is a practice where you can go in and relax almost right away as you aren’t crowded and worried about bumping into someone or something else.

Experiencia fantástica: Environment is welcoming. Staff are friendly and courteous. They also work to push patients towards recovery goals without going overboard. Other BC area facility is closer but the extra drive to Pennfield is well worth the drive.

Experiencia fantástica: Due to a hip fracture, I needed physical therapy and a friend referred me to NovaCare Rehabilitation. I called the Pennfield location and got an appointment set-up and underwent an evaluation. I had pre-existing conditions of a shorter leg and post polio issues. I have received treatments from Amanda, Brad, Emily and Ms. Kuzma. They have all worked as a team to improve my mobility. I can say without reservation this office and all its personnel is great including Heather at the front desk.

They will get you back to normal. The girls at the front desk were so nice and polite. Made you feel really good to be there.

When I was hard on myself for not improving as quickly as I'd expected, they would remind me that everyone recovers differently. They were friendly and kind and made my sessions enjoyable because they treated me like a person, not a patient. I would recommend them for rehabilitation after an injury or surgery.

I was a little leary at first as it was the first time I ever had therapy and the techniques were new to me. I finished a week before I was due to end therapy. I would highly recommend novacare to anyone seeking therapy. Brad and Emily are GREAT, they coached and cheered me though my treatment.

I walked into Nova care and I felt comfortable and hopeful that Brad and the other Therapists were going to be able to help. After a month I can really tell I’ll be able to get back to doing the things I like to do soon!

Lunda works the front desk and she's also quite helpful and kind. Can't say enough good things. Rehab is not easy but they help us to enjoy our time there.

Amanda has done a great job the first three sessions that I’ve been coming and I see progress in my ankle. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs physical therapy.

The therapists worked with not only me, but my insurance and got me extra visits. Each time they added a new exercise to give me confidence, in my walking.
