Experiencia fantástica: NovaCare is the best mainly because Alex is one of the best Physical Therapists I have ever worked with. Coming from Chicago I had given up and planned on getting surgery on my knee, but Alex challenged me, encouraged me and came up with a routine that strengthened my body and my mind. I have not gotten surgery and feel in better physical shape than I have in a long time. Also I never once had any hassle with billing or scheduling.

Experiencia fantástica: Working with workmans comp has been a nightmare. I got to the end of my time in my sling after rotator cuff surgery abruptly with no plan in place for PT. NovaCare was able to squeeze me in within a week. Jamie has been amazing practicing her trade but the bonus is that she has been positive, energetic and very easy to get along with. Thank you Jami!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve worked with novacare in Holland since November of 2022. I am a bariatrics patient and have had the most amazing support. I started a weight loss journey and was nervous to add rehabilitation to my team. Since working with the team at novacare I have progressed so well with my mobility and weight loss. I have felt genuine care and support. I didn’t know I deserved care this well and am so happy that I met a team that was easy to work with. Jami was very open minded and flexible. Very caring and happy. I am sad to leave for a while but glad that I had the chance to have such amazing support. It’s bittersweet.

Jami has taught me several exercises to do daily to recover faster and she takes the time and patience to help make sure that I understand all of my care plan always. **update** I'm so thankful for Jami helping me to understand my injury enough for me to make an educated decision to change doctors and get the testing I needed and finally scheduled for surgery. I am so glad that I could keep going to therapy and not lose my range of motion and continue to learn exercises to keep doing. A HUGE thank you, Jami- I appreciate that you've been through it all with me and have still made sure that I stayed positive and kept at my therapy to get better. I appreciate that you took the time to make sure I understood all of my injury and my care plan and gave me all sorts of exercises and modifications to those so I could keep moving. Thank you! And Amy-- THANK YOU! I know my schedule was hectic and I appreciate that you helped me with scheduling, especially with a hearing impairment and a very crazy work life! Experiencia fantástica: My therapy with Jason was thorough and intelligent. He is knowledgeable and is able to apply his understanding effectively. He is articulate. He demonstrates true care for his patients. He is also friendly yet professional. The bottom line is that I got better and I will be able to maintain improvements in my health long after the physical therapy session ends.

Experiencia fantástica: NovaCare North Holland MI was a great place for my occupational therapy. Matt is knowledgeable, caring and very good at what he does. The whole office is very friendly and welcoming! Appointments were easy to schedule! I highly recommend them and if I ever need therapy again I will certainly go there!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about the care I get here at Novacare. Crystal greets you at the front desk and also sees you off. She’s got an awesome and bubbly personality that just makes you smile every time you see her. You can tell that everyone just loves her and I see other customers enjoy talking to her. My occupational therapist is Matthew Delost and his care is top notch! The treatments he provides have helped my arm heal fast and he also really helped me to understand my injury, what causes it and how to effectively heal it. Each time I’d come in, he’d ask questions and he’d listen and I could tell that my care was customized to my lifestyle and what would personally work for me specifically. I’ve never been excited about any kind of therapy in the past but having a great therapist like Matt has changed my mind. Highly recommend!

She always does a great job of explaining the exercises and answered all you questions. I came to her on a recommendation and I have recommended her to my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I went and saw Jami post complete knee replacement. My surgeon said no golf for six months. Jami was magical with physical manipulation and exercises I could do at home. I'm excited I am 5 months post op and enjoying golf better than ever before. She is kind, attentive, and most importantly the best physical therapist I have ever had. I've been in numerous physical therapy programs for over 30 years and she is the best I have ever worked with. PS I was golfing 8 weeks post op. Do what she says

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at NovaCare Rehab, specifically with Dr. DeLost, has been phenomenal. He was patient to listen through all of my symptoms, questions, and concerns (and I had many!). An accurate diagnosis was made and he was very instructive and encouraging as I worked through my treatment program, while being realistic about the demands of everyday work/home life. As a working musician, I was very concerned with having a provider who was willing to work through nuances of biomechanics as they relate to what I do for a living; I can honestly say that Dr. DeLost went above and beyond in that aspect of my care. I am SO grateful for NovaCare Rehab and Dr. DeLost - I highly recommend this practice and provider to anyone, whether routine or professional help needed, whether athlete or musician or business owner or parent.

The staff was welcoming and professional, always willing to take extra time answer questions or listen. I was consistently impressed with the ever-present atmosphere of positivity; it was immediately evident how much the doctors and staff cared about the wellbeing of their patients. Experiencia fantástica: I just started with NovaCare- I'm about 2 weeks in and I am really happy with the care I'm receiving so far. Kelly is wonderful and does dry needling as well as standard PT. It's a great combo and she is skilled- meaning, very little discomfort and no pain. I highly recommend NovaCare. Also, they follow Covid protocol which makes me feel safer.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an update to my earlier review. Had to return due to advancing arthritis. Received palliative treatment that allowed me to do further strengthening and get a good home program. As always, therapists Aaron and Kelly were considerate, competent, and helpful. Thanks again! Have had different physical therapy experiences over the last few years for relatively minor rehabilitation. The most serious need was a recent total hip replacement. Luckily through a recommendation from a visiting nurse, I found Novacare and completed 8 weeks of work there. The facility is a significant part of this choice: it is very comprehensively stocked with equipment for various needs, including an individual therapy pool--something not available everywhere. The two therapists inspire confidence: they're well-educated in their field and are ready to increase your level of commitment to your therapy. Two things about them that I particularly liked were their ability to use different modalities of treatment to both strengthen and to relieve pain, and their considerate manner toward clients. Thank you to Aaron and Kelly!

Experiencia fantástica: Novacare on South Washington in Holland is a terrific place for physical therapy. I've been going there under the direction of my doctor for severe headaches and the level of pain has greatly diminished in a short amount of time. Aaron is a great professional who truly understands the cause of pain and it's remedies. Jennifer at the front desk is really efficient and works hard to schedule visits to fit your personal schedule; she also is great with insurance. The whole place is very clean and COVID safe. I highly recommend Novacare!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at S. Washington are really great. I am going to PT because I have pain in my shoulder possibly caused my a pinched nerve. The staff at Nova Care are very helpful and friendly, they make you feel comfortable even when regular exercising isn’t your strength. Sadly some of the staff are relocating to other facilities for their own family life reasons, they will be missed , but I wish them well.

Matt used his special knowledge of hand OT to help me regain complete use of my injured hand, and reduced my pain from a 10 to under a 1. Matt is courteous, proffessional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Matt and NovaCare Rehabilitation.

Experiencia fantástica: I spent such a long time with pain in my hips (I’m only 41) and after my FIRST session here at NovaCare I finally had relief. Have been going for over a month now and am having mass improvement in pain!!!! The two Aarons care and truly know what they’re doing. The receptionists are personal and welcome you warmly!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Throughout my treatment, Aaron, Kelly and the supportive staff were excellent in their evaluation, approach, interpretation, scheduling, reminders and actual therapy to address and complete the resolution of my initial health issues. They were compassionate and caring and most importantly gave me just right amount of push and encouragement to keep me motivated. Highly recommend them.

My therapist Kelly Gotberg and occasionally Aaron Bansen helped me get back full potential of my shoulder! Naturally at the beginning I didn't always like my visits . But I wouldn't be back to living my active life without their help! I am truly going to miss them!

Experiencia fantástica: The Nova Care team in Holland is the best! My PT, Kelly, was gifted at listening to my symptoms and was able to figure out & treat the true nature of my injuries. I like the smaller 'boutque' feel of Nova Care as well, it was a more intimate, one on one care, setting.

Experiencia fantástica: My primary care Dr sent me to Nova rehabilitation after my complaint about my shoulder getting worse plus lack of strength. I was a patient with Aaron and sometimes with Kelly , and after a couple of months with weekly therpy my arm and shoulder feel great. The staff and therapist working you are very personal and knowledgeable and treat each person with respect. Highly recommend seeing them so you don't go through life like me and deal with the unneeded pain in your body as something to live with . .... You can get better with therpy Brian

Experiencia fantástica: Loved doing my rehab sessions at Novacare Holland. Aaron and Kelli are so personable, I quickly felt like they were old friends of mine. They are very knowledgeable and do a nice job keeping you informed about what they are having you do and why. Did primarily strength exercises, dry needle treatment and resistance efforts to improve issues I have had for several year from post-concussion neck and TMJ issues that were causing significant daily headaches of varying kinds. I had been popping lots of Excedrin and migraine medication on a daily basis. Since completely my sessions there, I’ve drastically reduced the pill intake and although some headaches pop up at times, rarely are they intense while some of the headaches I had been getting are completely gone. Highly, highly recommend Novacare for rehabilitation!

Experiencia fantástica: I was treated very professionally for neck pain and headaches. After receiving threapy as described at the beginning of my treatment, I was able to function with a lot less pain. Dr. Aaron went over various exercises to do at home in order to maintain the results. I definitely recommend NovaCare Rehab to anyone needing this type of care.

I've been steadily improving and have found the care to be excellent. NovaCare is the only rehabilitation service in Holland that provides this service.
