Experiencia fantástica: Both Lindsey and Brenna are very personable, professional and knowledgable. They seem to really care about my recovery. The parking is easy at Twin City Plaza. The only challenge was finding the facility which is located inside EFitness.

Experiencia fantástica: Great BSM location with tons of parking and a full gym attached. There has always been a lot of appointment availability here compared to the Davis Square branch. I have worked through a few injuries with here Brenna. She does an excellent job developing exercise plans that work for me; tailoring the plan to the activities I do, monitoring and fixing my (often bad) technique, and adjusting the exercises to fit my injury recovery as I progress and complicating factors arise. I'm very thankful to be able to work with someone that consistently provides that level of care.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really good experience at Boston Sports Medicine where I was seen for a back injury I incurred over the summer. I mostly worked with Brenna Black at the Cambridge, MA Location. She was incredibly knowledgable and I learned a lot. She was very good at explaining both the exercises and the related concepts. She didn't overwhelm me with lots of exercises and was explicit about replacing previous ones with newer ones. The exercises were targeted and effective and she always kept my goals in mind while discussing the plan. She was also very positive and had great energy.

Experiencia fantástica: Love working with Emily Cassata and Patricia Marenco! They are tough but make working out so fun and make sure to really listen to how you and your body are doing to get to the root of the problem. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Emily for physical therapy and she is the best! I used to see another pt but she left so I almost stopped physical therapy until I met Emily. She is a genuine nice person and works with what you need. I needed therapy for postpartum back pain and she helped me so much. She understands how busy I am and encourages me to take time out for my recovery. She knows what she is doing and makes the best care plan that works with the patient. She is a very sympathetic caring person. I changed location just so I could stay with her because she is amazing! Also she is just fun to be around.
