I love how they take careful consideration of the people that are residing in the facility, and how they are so sure to maintain the safety of their residents. Being in this environment, safety can be, and often times is a big concern, but with administration and staff the way they are, it puts me at ease, because ultimately I know they are trying and doing their best. Allenbrook - stay groovy!

Experiencia fantástica: I have now been the administrator at AB for 1 year. It is a wonderful place for your loved ones when aging in place outside of home is necessary. One thing you can hang your hat on is that decisions are made that allow our team to serve and protect our residents and staff to the best of our ability. We strive to live up to our 4 star rating and 5 star quality measures. All decisions are made based on what is in the best interest of our residents, and we respect the rights of our residents. When you walk in the doors of AB, and meet the management team and staff, you will feel right at home. We have an open door policy, and you will find our business cards at the front desk with our personal contact information to ensure we are accessible at all times. We strive everyday to create a wonderful environment for our residents, families, and staff. So come take a tour. I hope you will be able to experience this for yourselves. Experiencia fantástica: Allenbrook has a family environment. I have been there on several occasions visiting different family members. The resident and staff upbeat. If you want a feeling of being home without being home, Allenbrook is the place to be. Thumbs up.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been at Focus Care Allen Brooke twice. I would give it a 5 star review. The staff goes beyond and above to take care of you. Staff will help you through bad times and good. The staff are always freindly.

Experiencia positiva: The Administrator and staff of Allenbrook Nursing Home pride themselves in showing care and concern for each resident placed in their facility. In the years of my experience it isn’t often you find an Administrator out interacting with the residents and families. Though they are tasked with heavy laden jobs to secure a facility for the security, safety of each resident oftentimes they get tucked away behind closed doors. Tammy Martin does an incredible job, both with residents, staff and family members. In her busy schedule she takes the time and opportunity to stop and speak to residents, volunteers and family members throughout her day. Being an Administrator isnt just about paper pushing. Its establishing lasting relationships with co-workers, family members and residents. Its building many homes into one big building. Its creating a an environment where everyone feels safe. Her job is the toughest job to have and she does it well beyond what her job description entails. She is loves, adored and requested by residents in their time of need. Tammy Martin is a Wonderful Administrator. She stands with integrity. She is loyal. And she cares. A little Respect and Kindness goes a long way.

Experiencia fantástica: The care of my father-in-law has not been easy, but the staff here has gone the extra mile to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. He was very ill when he first arrived and was in isolation a large majority of the time, but everyone went above and beyond on every shift to make sure he was well taken care of. He has now bonded with both staff members and other residents, and is doing so much better. We owe many, many thanks to the wonderful nurses and nursing assistants there, to include the maintenance and food services staff, the activities director, the business office director, and the administrator Tammy Martin! They have been juggling huge administrative changes and now the COVID-19, and they have continued to give wonderful care to my FIL. Tammy has gone out of her way to keep us informed on all the decisions made during the COVID-19 pandemic, how our family members are doing, and what they are doing to keep them safe. She is always available any time we have questions, as are Lacey and Trish and Doresa. I wish I could hug them all. God bless these fine folks and keep them strong and healthy as they care for our loved ones!

Experiencia fantástica: Some of you making horribly slanderous comments about the social worker and administrator need to seriously be prayed for. First, those ladies make themselves always available. My dad has been a resident here for six months. They have given me their personal cell phone numbers. They have answered my calls after hours and on weekends. They have always been patient with me and my dad. I see Ms Martin hugging and giving those residents her love. I’ve seen some families and staff talk to them horribly. They have the patience i would never have. I agree with another post. Sounds like some of you are disgruntled staff that are held accountable. And as far as Mr Baskin, Ive seen the way you act and you should be ashamed.

Experiencia fantástica: It is shameful that miserable people want to spread lies to make themselves feel important. My Dad is very well cared for here and I've never found him upset about his care or the staff. Tammy and Carolyn work 24/7 to ensure the wellbeing of a lot of very sick people yet they are always there for families. It is heartbreaking work and LTC has regulations second only to nuclear facilities. Anyone looking for LTC should see for themselves and make educated decisions for themselves. These people are humans doing the work most of us couldn't do for one shift much less a lifetime. Pray for them but don't disparage them. Thank you. Wendy

Experiencia positiva: My stay here has been fairly decent, I missed home alot, but the staff has been respectful and done a pretty good job of making me comfortable. I've learned fro m them also.

Experiencia positiva: I see that some of the reviews for this facility are more personal in nature. It appears that someone whom is guilty of the things they are accusing the administration of are indicative of someone that was terminated. I see the caring and compassion decision making of someone that looks out for the best of the residents, which is always fair but not easy. The residents love their administrator and several of the other staff members. Change is never easy and the disrespect given by those that don't agree in the best interest of the residents should get over themselves and move on, our elders deserve the best and they get it here!

Experiencia fantástica: I go daily to see my mom. Staff has been great! They communicate with us about everything. Mom is always very neat and well dressed. She always smiles and and loves on the staff. Administration handles tings and is very interactive along with nursing. Thank you allenbrook!
