Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ahmed has been very helpful in getting a plan for assessment and treatment for my son. Scheduling was easy and I like there is a virtual option if necessary. I appreciated how he spoke with my son as well. He was very kind and patient with him. Looking forward to continuing care with him and his practice.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve never really had a major issue. The only thing I don’t like is paying for a virtual appointment every month to refill my prescription. It used to be every two months but was updated to every month. Not sure why. It only takes five minutes and I have to pay $60, with insurance, to do it. Other than that, they return my calls, they answer my questions, and I know they’re there when I need them.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful place. My husband, myself and my 3 kids have been regulars for over a year. Dr. Ahmed truly got it. He listens and is brilliant. Dr. Kaitlin has also been wonderful and we appreciate her being on our team. Dr. Kendall has been instrumental in helping our family work together and we are eternally grateful. The staff is always helpful and sweet. Sometimes hiccups happen between insurance and pharmacies and it can be annoying, but the Psyclinic people are wonderful and have helped us navigate everything. They are always kind. The kindness of the staff in person and on the phone has helped me feel valued, safe and makes me feel like I am part of an amazing team of people who care. I am very grateful for everyone here.

Experiencia fantástica: Pros: I have been going to this clinic for many years! Dr. Ahmed is caring and was always helpful during family crisis work. The PA’s are pleasant and always helpful. The counselor Tom is always caring and informative! They have been a lifesaving resource for me especially during Covid. All Telehealth and meds administration! Cons: The telephone system they have is absolutely the most annoying aspect of the Clinic. The covid statements are unnecessary at this point. They also collect the copay before every visit! They can’t keep your credit card on file. I would recommend them 100%!

Experiencia fantástica: Okay so first time experience review and might edit it soon if other follow up experience are bad. Anyway, i saw 2 stars and it worried me but i had no choice since this place was referred by my son's pediatrician and we have MEDICARE so i don't have the leverage be picky. Anyway, the place turned out to be great! Very Clean. Staffs don't talk much unless needed, staffs are not smiley people but I didn't mind it because they weren't being rude neither. Half way through filling up the papers and the doctor already called us so it was fast. The Doctor was very polite, kind and very pleasant. Asked my son the necessary questions and me being observant about what is he gonna do was more than satisfied with the result. He did not went on prescribing medications (unlike other people's experiences) but he instead told us to get the necessary vitamins to take for the period of 2 weeks to observe and the right program referrals for school to suit my child's needs. Doctor made sure we understood and give us chance to comfortably raise our concerns. It ended quick. It ended well. Nothing unnecessary. 5stars from me, a highly emotionally sensitive person give them a chance.
