Experiencia fantástica: I went here on a Saturday so it was a little bit busy, but that was the only downside. They have very upfront pricing as a self-pay patient (was only $180 total). Everybody was super friendly, and I felt actually cared for and listened to.

Thanks to the the group of Dr's and Nurses who took care of me right away; special thanks to Vanessa, Amber & Michele. I highly recommend this urgent care when in need!

Experiencia fantástica: I scheduled my son an appointment for Sunday because my son sick. Received text to fill out paper work which was awesome. I arrived check in and lobby was inviting. Great customer service from front desk, nurse, and dr. The nurse and Dr was so nice and caring to my 6 yr old son. My son tested positive for flu they prescribed him Tamiflu. I definitely will be back if me or my kids get sick.

Rarely ever a wait time you’re greeted when coming in by brian and Vanessa is amazing with my two year old I normally have to wrestle with him to get any meds down or check his temp but she did great with him he took it all so easy she’s so gentle

Experiencia fantástica: I didn't want to tell yall how great this place is because everybody and their mamma will come now and it'll take hours to see someone but I'm not selfish so here it is, this place is in the corner past walgreens going opposite direction from Walmart on Garth on the right hand side you cant miss it right past staybridge hotel, I was supprised they take medicaid but I think only limited ones so ask before making a trip over here. It's a private business no wonder not run by the state that's why they did so good in my opinion. Anyway we were seen right away I mean as soon as we got here gave them my info and bam we were in a room no waiting long times then we were greeted by staff immediately again no wait time and they had her test results within 5 min again no wait time doctor came in explained everything about what was going on with my daughter thoroughly explained her problem and was kind considerate passionate didn't treat me like a nobody like alot of places wasn't mean to me like alot of places and they seemed to care and like their jobs too you can tell, all furniture is new and up to date and clean they were competent and assertive in her care, they listened to what I had to say and not overlooked me and my daughter too took the time to answer all questions and even assessed her tooth cause that was bothering her too. The clinic was busy too they had some kid hurt screaming and still attended to our needs too despite the issues going on there which I've 9 out of 10 times get pushed to the side because other clinic staff can't handle multitasking nor are they typically smart like these people, I could have totally had good luck but I'll be back to update on our next visit I'm so thankful we found this place they've been here for 3 years I don't know why I didn't know about them before. My run ins with the medical profession is somewhat hilarious yet tragic but I'm still going to keep trying and reviewing for yall so yall can get the good help yall need and everyone has a right to and deserves because we are all equal and humans living breathing beings regardless of socioeconomic backgrounds or political backgrounds. Must have done something right in this world they say im a top 20% reviewer whatever that means something like I get alot of people reading my reviews so my efforts aren't in vain I'm assuming. Anyway, that was alot, thank yall for reading this if you did to the end and taking the time for little Ole me. Peace and God bless and keep trying don't give up and speak up when the medical people eff up, we all need to know and they need to stop if they are hurting people and that entails the treatment of people not just prescribing meds but being kind and compassionate and non judgmental. I don't care how tired you are I worked ragged too in the hospital and always maintained a nice positive attitude towards other patients and was as helpful as i could be because do unto others is a real thing. Don't lose your sense of humanity and loving others thanks bye

Experiencia fantástica: We had a very pleasant experience at the Baytown location. The online registration was fast and easy. Tammy Peach was very nice and helpful. Brian Jones was so kind and he explained everything with detail. Lauren Werner attended to my son very well. Lauren explained everything to us and reassured us that everything was going to be okay. Overall we were very comfortable and we had a very good experience. We didn't even have to wait long we were in and out very quickly.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a rash for a few days and like anyone else I tried the over the counter creams and oatmeal bath but it wasn’t getting any better and I just couldn’t take the itching any more . I decided to call in to next level and I realize it was about 10 minutes before closing and I was literally a minute away and being in the healthcare field I understand staff wanting to get out if there but Brandy very kindly told me to come in. She quickly did my registration and had me in the room in 5 minutes . The provider Suzanne came in and treated me quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in literally 20 minutes. I am extremely happy with the care from both Brandy and Suzanne and I couldn’t thank them more for helping me out even though I waited so long to go in. Thank you soo much !

Megan, the tech, was very kind and patient while administering any test, traits I appreciate while feeling so sick. Trudy, the provider/nurse practitioner, was thorough and patient while explaining treatment options. I felt well cared for at this facility and would highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great. I didn't have to wait to be put in a room and they came in shortly after and took my vitals. I Instead of filling out paperwork they give you a laptop that's real simple to fill out all your information on. The doctor that came in was absolutely fantastic so personable I really really enjoyed going to this clinic and I will definitely be going back again. Their prices were very good as well.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband came in with some eye pain and from the moment we walked in the door everyone was extremely kind, caring, and professional. We were able to check in online so when we got to the clinic, we were seen right away. The nurse taking his information/vitals was excellent and showed genuine concern for his condition. Nearly the second the nurse practitioner came in he (correctly) diagnosed it as shingles and sent us to the emergency room. They refunded our card and we headed straight to the ER. I’m so grateful for his knowledge and concern - things could have been much worse had we waited any longer to go to the hospital. We will definitely come back here if we ever need urgent care!
