Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! I was referred to PT due to back spasms and bad lower back pain. I'm on week 6, going there twice a week, and have experienced such great results that I got a membership to Crunch Fitness... and bought 48 personal training sessions. My physical therapist works with my personal trainer to make sure that I'm doing exercises that help, not hurt, my back. I'm 62 and a few months ago I felt old, tired and slow. Now I've turned back the clock: I feel better, move easier and can do a lot more without hurting my back. I look forward to my PT sessions. I HIGHLY recommend Ultra PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I had 20 sessions at Ultra Physical Therapy after surgery on my left wrist. Eli, my physical therapist, was encouraging and knowledgeable. I liked the picture and written instructions he gave me at each session to take home. This made it easy to exercise at home. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs physical therapy. It made all the difference to me and my recovery. I will continue the exercises Eli gave me to continue the strengthening of my wrist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Clancy and her team at Ultra made all of the difference for my post-op recovery from foot surgery! I had no idea what to expect when my Dr. referred me for PT. The care and support by the friendly and highly qualified staff made going to appointments enjoyable as well as educational and effective. I'm now interested in learning more about stretching, improving balance, and building strength in my entire body. My surgeon was amazed at the rate of my recovery - 3 weeks ahead of expected time. I highly recommend Dr. Clancy and Ultra PT. Am going to miss them now that I have "graduated" out of post-op PT.

Experiencia fantástica: Last August I fractured my right humerus. With other medical issues I wasn't able to have surgery to put a plate/screws in until Dec. 22. January 11th, 2022 was my 1st appointment with Ultra. Today was my last appointment with Jamie and Ultra. Today as he always has done he spent the time to go over all exercises and some new ones for me to continue to rehab my arm. I've come a long way from that 1st visit to today and that is thanks to Jamie. I appreciate everything you have shown me and I'll continue to do those exercises! Experiencia fantástica: After 20 plus years of back pain, seeing a range of doctors with a large range of treatments, which didn’t do much good , luckily lead to an appointment at Ultra Physical Therapy and with Michelle who not only treated my lower back but help me to better understand my condition. She effectively determines the source of my pain by listening to my description of symptoms, watching my body move, and taking quantitative measurements of my strength and range of motion. She then gives exercises to address the problem. At each appointment she re-evaluates and changes the program. Her approach is beautiful in its simplicity and it works! Experiencia fantástica: Everyone I had contact with at Ultra Physical Therapy and Hand Center were polite and professional. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sinead Clancy was my therapist and she did a first class job on my rehab for total knee replacement. I also worked with Dr. Michelle Correia-Jeffers. Both these Doctors and the aids are people I would recommend highly. This is a tremendous facility to rehab injuries.

Very happy to go into the why for each exercise and process, thorough in helping me with my form for each exercise and very open to even kinda silly questions. Experiencia fantástica: When I began therapy I couldn't even buckle my seatbelt. Now I'm back to full mobility and very little discomfort. The exercises Jamie gave me to do at home were easy and explained well. They are also ones I can continue doing on my own so I don't reinjure my shoulder. I love ending my session with the ice machine! Everyone there was welcoming, respectful, and very professional. I will definitely come back again if I need physical or occupational therapy.

When I called to see if they could see me ASAP, they went above and beyond to see me in less than a week and worked well with my insurance in providing me treatment. I feel more than prepared to move forward on my own to get full range of motion and strength after breaking my wrist in a fall. I always looked forward to going to Ultra. Experiencia fantástica: Breaking a wrist at 67 is not something I'd recommend. However, Jamie at Ultra is most definitely worthy of high praise. He very skillfully guided me through 9 sessions of therapy that set me on a good path to recovering close to full range of motion (there's a plate that may not allow 100% ROM). While rearranging one's schedule to make room weekly for PT is a bit of a pain, Jamie and the entire staff made the experience quite pleasant. Jamie is fun to talk to :) The center is clean and well equipped. It was a very good experience and although I don't wish to repeat it, I do highly recommend Jamie & ULTRA PT & Hand Center. Thanks to All !!

Experiencia fantástica: I am happy to recommend Jamie and team at Ultra Physical Therapy and Hand. The therapy was targeted and effective. Jamie is very patient and has a pleasant communication style. My therapy was interrupted by a couple trips, and the exercises he gave me to keep up with my progress were perfect. My wrist and hand are operating almost as well as before my unfortunate fall and surgery. The whole staff was peasant and supportive, but I have to give Vi on the front desk a shout out. She was very helpful making appointments that worked around a crazy schedule, and she efficiently processed payments as well as personally greeted me and made me smile on my way out at each visit. Five stars, Jamie, Vi and team!

I had injured my left rotator cuff and Michelle was able to help me get back to full mobility and NO PAIN. I highly recommend the entire staff who were very helpful, friendly, supportive and professional. Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 6 stars I would! Dr. Clancy and her team are amazing. I went to Ultra for pain, tingling, and numbness I felt throughout my right arm. After changing the ergonomics in my home office and seeing them once a week for Physical Therapy, my pain was gone! Dr. Clancy does such a great job making u feel comfortable and tracking down the exact diagnosis. Beyond the fantastic team, she has the cutest dog that will occasionally come and stick its tounge out at you hahaha. Thank you again Ultra for all your help!

Experiencia fantástica: Came in for a repetitive hand condition and received excellent treatment from Jamie Carroll. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and adapted the treatment regimen to my particular needs. I wasn't sure that PT would help this condition much but it really made a huge improvement in my strength and discomfort. Highly recommend Jamie and the clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: At 67, I have never sought out physical therapy; and was somewhat skeptical when my doctor recommended after major hand surgery. But after just one session, I totally understood the transformational view that provided not just exercises but also human physiology explanations and a clear plan going forward. Jamie was personable, knowledgeable and caring. After 7 sessions, my mobility is back and I have a feasible plan I can execute on my own. Experiencia fantástica: Initially, I was a bit skeptical about physical therapy especially with an injury that I've had for quite some time now. However, after going to see Dr. Correia, I have completely changed my way of thinking. She immediately knew what was wrong and developed a plan of attack for me. Dr. Correia and the staff here made me feel welcomed and comfortable every time I visited. Sadly, I have finished my time there but am very happy with how much stronger I've gotten and now know what I need to work on to continue my progress. They've definitely taken COVID-19 seriously and immediately clean equipment once you're done using it. I felt very safe there. Thank you for everything! It was a really wonderful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to Ultra was a delight how I was treated from the check in time to my release of PT. Working with Jamie on my left thumb for severe osteoarthritis was the best thing to ease the pain where I hardly feel any issues now. The stretches and tools to work through those pains help me immensely. I highly recommend the Ultra crew knowledgeable staff and cleanliness protocol with facemask ,hand washing and equipment. I felt very confident in them. The whole staff was easy to work with. They all were welcoming and caring. I was sad to have my time there ended. I hope I won't need their services again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to refer anyone else to them.

Over the course of about 3 months, I gained mobility and strength, and have no more pain in doing my daily tasks. Dr. Jess Hund was friendly and professional, as was the entire staff, and never dismissive; she gently pressed me to improve steadily which was encouraging. The overall atmosphere of the place is lively and fun, even though we go there because we have some injury or pain to work through! :-D

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Ultra! The therapists are top notch and not only work on you, but provide very helpful exercises using lots of tools to help improve injuries. I was a patient due to tendonitis in my hand and improved remarkably so that I could go back to grooming my dogs! Both Jamie and Michele were fun and friendly to work with and gave me "homework" that I'm continuing to do. I also referred two other people that have used Ultra and are really pleased!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff addressed all my questions/concerns quickly and as far as dealing with health insurance goes, doing so with Ultra was relatively painless. Everyone here is very helpful and polite. Booking appointments wasn't a hassle either. But if there were scheduling issues, they worked with me to find the most convenient time possible. If/when I had to work with a different provider than usual, I didn't feel like I had to re-explain what my issues were in order to receive good treatment; they communicate well as a team. It also felt like everyone genuinely cared about my progress. The providers were all extremely knowledgeable and actually encouraged question-asking! Not only did they do that, but I never felt judged for asking even something 'basic'-- that's sadly uncommon among doctors. They also explained things in easy to understand ways. And the at-home routine they had me do actually felt like something that I could incorporate into my day-to-day schedule with minimal adjustments. The facility has a range of equipment too and is well-maintained. Of course, the most important thing with P.T. is results and they certainly helped me recover!

Experiencia fantástica: I've always been somewhat skeptical about physical therapy, as it's rarely helped me in the past with other injuries. But after going to Ultra and working with Jamie, I have definitely changed my opinion. Recently, I broke two fingers in a mountain biking crash and had very limited range of motion after and consistent swelling. Both of which Jamie helped me overcome very quickly! He was always explaining how the muscles and ligaments in our fingers work and he made sure that I was constantly challenged with new stretches and exercises. I actually enjoyed going to physical therapy and working with Jamie and the whole Ultra crew. I would highly recommend Ultra to anyone needing physical therapy!

I broke 2 bones in my right ankle in May, and after the cast was removed, i discovered that nothing in my ankle would move. I was starting from zero. The team at Ultra have taught me movements and exercises to start walking again, they increased my range of motion back to normal, and each therapist has a gentle, understanding manner. It's a joy to go there and this therapy has helped me reach full recovery. I can now walk and move normally again.

She assesses the area, then works on it and her wonderful assistant Mark then puts you through a series of exercises to strengthen your problem area. And then it is time to use the icing machine. The clinic is well run, very clean and all of the staff are friendly and professional and treat you like family.

The hands on work to reduce pain, realign joins and reduce scar tissue as been amazing. This along with custom support and exercises have been very helpful. Experiencia fantástica: If you are searching for a physical therapist, look no further than Dr. Sinead Clancy of Ultra Physical Therapy! I consider myself so lucky to have accidentally found her clinic. One day while visiting Jo-Anne's Fabrics, I happened to see the signs for "Hand Therapy." At that point, I was about to have hand surgery on both of my palms for carpal tunnel. Following surgery, I met with Dr. Clancy for a consult. Over the course of about 6 weeks, she was able to help me regain my mobility, flexibility, and strength in both hands. She broke down the scar tissue from surgery and taught me strengthening exercises. I am happy to report that my hands are now functioning normally, and I couldn't be happier! But you may ask, am I better only because of the surgery? Toward the end of my treatments for my hands, I twisted just right and picked up a case of soda at the grocery store, and felt by back tweak. By the next morning, I was in unbearable pain, barely able to move, crawling on the floor to reach the bathroom. I managed to get to Ultra for a session with Dr. Clancy, and she diagnosed me with a slipped disk in my lower back. Over the next 6 weeks, she was able to reduce the pain and swelling in my back, along with a course of core and back strengthening exercises. Dr. Clancy knows what she is doing. She is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable; but more than that, she is a true pleasure to spend time with, and I already miss my visits. Additionally, her staff is fantastic, courteous, and very helpful. Should I ever need another PT, I will call Ultra for an appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been treated for a very stubborn case of plantar fasciitis by Dr. Sinead Clancy at Ultra Physical Therapy. She is an excellent physical therapist who really takes the time to listen and work with you. She is a very kind and caring person as well as a most knowledgeable PT. You never feel rushed and she is always on time with appointments. I have also recently been treated for a short time by her associate, Kelsey Jonas, who is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff who help these PT's are great and really help you learn how to care for your problem by doing your exercises correctly. Connor is great at this! I am so glad that I found Ultra Physical Therapy. It is a beautiful facility that is state-of-the-art in equipment, very clean and bright and has amazing therapists.

Experiencia fantástica: Over the years, I have had physical therapy for a variety of sports related injuries. My latest injury is plantar fasciitis. During Portland to Coast this year, my team worried whether I would even be able to do my second leg. Kelsey Jonas has been working with me on being able to walk/run without pain! Her approach has been great! She tailors your physical therapy based on "you" and not a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) where you just are given cookie cutter/conventional exercises. The best part are the results, for I'm making progress! Everyone there is welcoming and friendly and you won't be disappointed in choosing Ultra!

I went to Dr. Clancy after seeing her at an expo and she knew the issue right away. She wasn't just a doctor, she was also a friend. She genuinely cared about my success in both life and running. Experiencia fantástica: My daughter injured her thumb playing competitive volleyball. We sought out a physical therapist with a hand subspecialty. Dr. Clancy was the perfect therapist. My daughter saw her twice a week for a month. She returned to competitive volleyball after her treatment ended and has had no residual pain. Her thumb was as good as new--or maybe better. Dr. Clancy molded a splint that was light and less obtrusive than anything we saw in the stores, and it was custom fit to my daughter's thumb. She is the best physical therapist that will ever treat you. Call Dr. Clancy for compassionate treatment from a highly competent physical therapist. I was so impressed with her treatment for my daughter that I started to see her for help with 25 years of back pain. I am feeling better and stronger after just one month of treatment. I have never made progress like this despite many attempts at physical therapy in the past. It's Ultra!
