Experiencia fantástica: I tore my ACL on 12/31/21 landing a ski jump incorrectly and was referred to Victor Wilson at Active Edge. He helped me gain enough strength and mobility back in my leg to prepare me for surgery. Victor also spent a year with me after surgery assisting with my recovery. I have just been discharged and I’m able to ski again, along with bouldering, running, hiking, and more. I’m a very active person and Victor has made it possible for me to return to the activities I love. I am so incredibly grateful I gained Victor as a physical therapist. I had no idea how hard it was to find a really knowledgeable and talented physical therapist until I heard stories from friends and realized I lucked out with Victor. I could not ask for a better physical therapist. He’s very personable and fun to talk to and I’m glad to have gained him as a friend. Victor makes himself available anytime for questions. Whenever I’m not sure if I can try a certain movement or activity, I can just email him and he’ll respond quickly. Victor is also very flexible if you can’t figure out how to do a certain strengthening exercise. He can find another equally effective exercise instead. Victor is also very encouraging and made me feel confident and reassured about my recovery progress. Become Victor’s client and you won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Victor for about 9 months; 7 of those months on my own dime because my new insurance didn't cover it. I had an old foot issue, rehab for a dislocated shoulder, and general strengthening and balance improvement due to being in a hospital and a nursing facility for a long time. The foot injury was decades old, while the shoulder and overall weakness were about 3 years before. Unlike other physical therapists that I had seen, Victor was able to help me work on all of the parts at the same time and in an integrated way, which I REALLY appreciate. I believe that this integrated approach helped me to make more and faster progress than I could have otherwise. Victor really listens to what is happening, and always has another suggestion as to how to improve an exercise to make it not hurt, or make it a little harder when it's gotten too easy. I highly recommend Victor and would definitely go back should I feel the need for more physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Victor was recommended to us by our son’s high school trainer after an ACL tear and before surgery. He was by far the most valuable part of our son’s recovery team and we will recommend him to all our friends. He not only physically supported his knee rehabilitation and preparation for surgery, he mentally helped talk through all that surgery would mean and require from a lifestyle and recovery standpoint for an active teen. He checked in, often via text, just to see if we had any questions and genuinely ask how our son was doing. His rapport with teenagers is fantastic and his communication with parents was beyond compare. Both my daughter and I have also seen Victor for smaller injuries and his concern and ability to talk through a problem is unmatched. He is able to help translate physician’s recommendations and analysis and share his deep knowledge of medicine in a very patient and helpful way. He takes as much time as anyone needs and never talks above or down to patients. He wants to make sure they are aware of everything they are working toward and how they can get there. He truly cares about his patients and meets them wherever they’re at while pushing them to safely rehabilitate injuries.

Experiencia fantástica: After tearing my ACL during COVID I had a lot of worries that I wouldn’t have the right support to get back to playing soccer after having many friends stop playing due to the same injury. But those fears all went away once I started working with Victor, who as a former collegiate soccer player could understand my ambitions to get back on the field. Victors kindness and seemingly unlimited knowledge helped guide me through the many months of rehab and bring me back on the soccer field as well as on the mountain for skiing. I had such a great experience at Active EDGE with Victor that I have already recommended him to my brother who also had a great experience with him. If you need any help with any injury ranging from minor to big, I highly recommend Victor!
