Experiencia fantástica: Good service but decorations are horrible

Experiencia fantástica: I came there to give a worship service in music. How about 12 people attending. Wish there were more.

Experiencia fantástica: I went there to cut my clients hair and it was my first time but the staff was very nice, very clean!

Experiencia positiva: My observation of the facility was limited. A friend and I were in the activities room sharing hymns and gospel songs with some of the residents. I did not see much of the facility. But what I did see was clean and well maintained. The staff members seemed genuinely interested in the welfare of the residents.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is so nice and caring especially the social worker Lisa. The location is always very clean. The physical therapy department always goes above and beyond. The activities toom always has something fun to do.

Experiencia fantástica: My grandfather had a wonderful experience here!! We were so nervous about making sure he got the proper rehabilitation after his stroke, but from start to finish they made him and us feel comfortable. Staff was attentive, kind and very professional. The therapists were extremely knowledgeable and really helped him progress to the point where he could safely return home. He is back in his own home now thankfully but will be returning to continue outpatient therapy. Cannot thank the entire staff at Bellflower post acute enough!!

Experiencia fantástica: My grandma has been there for a couple of weeks now and the care is excellent, the staff is caring and helpful. We feel welcomed every time we visit.

Experiencia positiva: Kind staff who know their duties & are helpful always seeking ways to improve residents life with activities, exercise, meals etc. There’s no shade in the backyard for residents and their visitors. Install a nice outdoor cover with a swing set & 3’ high pool for exercise/walking in the backyard. For the least install a shaded seating area in the back yard. Their Group outings are therapeutic & I volunteer to be a part of. Visiting my sister each week is good knowing she’s cared for since she’s incapable of doing so for herself. Grateful for Bellflower Acute Care employees’ hard work - it shows positively. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: My mother-in-law Angie turko is here and everybody has been very kind nice and attentive to her checking on her asking questions about her and most important listening as well and very on top of things here we are grateful to have her here around such a helpful concerned group and team thank u all so much

I also had the pleasure of meeting David, and you can tell right away why his staff and the patients adore him. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: There are some excellent loving and caring nurses as well as staff that work out of this facility they make sure your needs of care are meet there are a few who really stood out from the rest no names mentioned they know who they are I appreciate each and every single one of you for all the love shown throughout my stay they really care about there patients well being & have an excellent pt team I enjoyed being educated in how to care for my self as I prepared to depart from here and progress @ home with wonderful instructions on med care,personal care if you are looking for a place of caring staff and loving nurses this is the place to place your love ones ❤️

Experiencia positiva: My loved one is here and I am very pleased for all they are doing for him. Smaller facility, very clean and the medical team and support staff are the best. This place has new owner and management and it shows because of all of the upgrades and improvements. Parking may be a challenge….BUT patient care here is awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: MS. CAPELLE I JUST REMEMBERED A POSSIBLY DEADLY INCIDENT THAT PAUL TOLD ME ABOUT LAST YEAR . (YOU'RE RIGHT). SIX PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM COVED-19 WERE TRANSFERED THERE FROM ANOTHER FACILITY AND THEY PUT ONE OF THEM IN THE ROOM WITH PAUL AND (HOW THE HELL COULD THIS SLIP MY MIND) PAUL WAS AT DEATH'S DOOR !!!!
