Experiencia positiva: I have to be brutally honest, the only reason this place is receiving 3 stars is because of the lovely DOCTORS that work there. First off I had a rude welcoming to this place, no greetings, it's like my presence here doesn't matter and it SHOULD, your presence should matter at any clinic you go to because your health SHOULD be their top PRIORITY, receptionists are rude to each other and to the patients, and it's like if you didn't like your job here maybe get a new one instead of making other people's lives hard? They didn't even ask how to spell my last name and then made it my fault??? Like you're supposed to ask patients on how to spell their last name not guess on how to spell it!! I'm just so angry with the patient care here and lack of communication with receptionists. Glad to say I won't be returning to this clinic at all. Please listen to the other reviews here! Because the service here is just AWFUL, YALL need to do BETTER. I'm frustrated because this is a healthcare place and they don't have a professional system established at all, the receptionists seem just as lost as the patients. I

Experiencia fantástica: Everytime I come here the ladies at the front desk are always so nice & sweet. I had to go get blood work this morning and thought with my insurance issues that I was gonna have problems and just be upset. But NO they helped me and told me it was ok ur good where gonna takr care of you dont worry. So greatful for these ladies at the front desk. & the ladie that takes ur blood thank you for letting me ask queations and being so nice while taking my blood & thank you for not hurting me haha haha. All in all great office great staff great doctor. Thank u all for making me feel less like a basket case hahaha lol :)

Experiencia fantástica: I bring my kids here, there very friendly and theres no long waiting time. This has been my kids clinic since I moved to Norwalk it's been 10 years now.
