Experiencia positiva: Physical therapist is great and I loved working with him on my shoulder! However, the male receptionist is very rude and not pleasant to talk to as it’s obvious he doesn’t want to be there. Would recommend the physical therapists but be wary.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could leave NO STARS. I keep getting emails to leave a review so here's your review. I'm in debilitating pain with my shoulder. Got a cortisone shot in January. Went well. By May I needed another one. The PA walked in, jabbed me and walked out. Didn't even take the time to see where the needle was supposed to go. By the time I got to my car I couldn't move my arm. Now I understand the meaning of being in so much pain you see stars. I'm pretty sure he hit a nerve. So I've been in agony for the last 6 months. I've been trying for 2 weeks just to make an appointment for a shot with an ultrasound so maybe they can get it right this time. I've called 3x and messaged in patient gateway. Crickets. Can't even get a damn appointment! So I'm still waking up in excruciating pain and trying to get through the day. I can barely function. Don't waste your time with these people. They don't care about their patients. At this point I'm going to go to my local ER and see if I can get them to give me a cortisone shot. This is unacceptable!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best! After being told by Orthopedists in RI there was nothing wrong with my shoulder, Dr O'Donnell discovered multiple tears and a dislocated bicep tendon. After reviewing online what to expect with the surgery and recovery, I was amazed it was NOT what others made me fear. It was not worse than the pain I was experiencing before the surgery. I was prepared for a lengthy recovery period of up to 18 months, even by Docs estimate. I was amazed it was 6-7 months with PT and constant icing with machine and shoulder wrapped keeping inflammation down. I cannot say enough about Dr Evan O'Donnell and the entire staff at MassGen! They make all the difference! Dr O'Donnell has understood I wanted to get back to a fit healthy lifestyle and needed to address a number of Orthopedic issues. He has been right there for me when I send a message looking for a referral for my knee or hip. The kind of Dr you hope for, he is all that and more!

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke. After two appointments that were changed without notifying me and me driving three hours for the appointment I never got to see a surgeon. I will NEVER go back to this hospital as every staff I encountered was incompetent.

Experiencia fantástica: I was hurt on this sidewalk and highly trained professionals floated out of the sidewalk and helped me instantly!
