North Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center

Experiencia positiva: North Cascades was good for my mother in law for rehab. People were nice and therapy was good. The food there is better than at the hospital so I think that helped her towards recovery also. I would have another family go there if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: Our father spent six weeks at North Cascades. From beginning to end, we were all impressed with the level of care he received, ranging from the cleaning staff to the nurses to the incredible therapists. The facility was clean and appropriately staffed, our dad's care plan was implemented as written, and dad received daily therapies. What impressed us the most was the genuine caring and compassion that all of the staff showed toward our dad - they knew him as an individual and took the time to listen to his wants and needs. They also took the time to listen to all of us. If we need North Cascades again, we would not hesitate to return there.

Experiencia fantástica: I visit North Cascades about once a month to bring communion to the Catholics. I am impressed with the caring attitude of the folks who work there. That's the most important thing but in addition, It feels clean and fresh. My mother was there for 2 months years ago, and the fact is that this level of care is tough on everyone; it's the nature of an institution to standardize care, but I notice the accommodations they make for individuals and I think they listen to each other. I honestly think it's about as good as it gets.
