The whole team treated me, my body, and my time with respect. I am thinner, stronger, more confident. My movement is more free and easy than it’s been in nearly a decade. All that procrastination made my treatment take longer than usual, but they made every visit so valuable and informative, that I’m actually glad it did! Exercise is no longer a chore, but a pleasure that I look forward to. Capstone did much more than restore my functional freedom without surgery. They opened my eyes to new physical potential, and they revived my confidence in a healthy future.

I was able to rehab my knee over the course of few months and now back at the gym now lifting weights again.

They worked closely with my doctor, provided useful and helpful exercises all with thr goal of aiding my recovety.The front desk was excellent at communicating, scheduling visits, and accommodating any changes. Scheduling, workouts, getting patients to buy in to what we need to do to get better… I am so lucky to have stumbled upon this office. The physical therapists are so kind and supportive but they still hold you accountable to what your body needs to get well. Great place.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here originally because of its convenient location but I doubt there can be a better physical therapist place in the whole BHAM area. I had a badly torn meniscus and was worried I would never get back to gardening or walking the dog, and would limp the rest of my life. Jason and Steve were wonderful coaches and gave me exercises that worked to facilitate the healing process and then more to develop strength to help avoid future incidents. Front desk staff was kind and helpful in finding time slots that worked. Highly recommend.

It has been a pleasure getting therapy here and also successful in accomplishing my goal of getting better.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Grambo and his team are great to work with. I had a serious issue with my knee that restricted my activities greatly. Dr Grambo successfully diagnosed and developed a therapy plan that had me back to normal in 9 weeks. I’m now able to lift, hike, swim and get ready for ski season thanks to him and his team. I would highly recommend Dr Grambo if you are looking for someone who is informed, listens and has the expertise to help you get strong again.

Experiencia fantástica: I went into Capstone for TMJ this summer. The whole staff was so friendly and kind. I worked with a lovely PT by the name of CJ. CJ was gentle and very helpful in explaining why I might be experiencing limited movement in my jaw, and using massage therapy to gain some movement in that area. I am so thankful for her help!

Experiencia fantástica: I literally limped into fairhaven Capstone pt 3 months ago. Could barely walk and not without pain. Being a type 2 diabetic, I needed to walk in order to get exercise. Physical therapist, Stacia Robinson and assistant Andrea DePoppe were my saviors, so kind and explained every step along the way. Massages and pinpoint exercises along with encouragement was given and 3 months later I walked, pain free, out the door! And I'm still walking, and bonus, down 11 pounds! I was not a pt believer, but trust me, I am now!

Dr. David Grambo was great to work with and helped me recover from my ankle sprain. He answered all my questions as we progressed with the treatment of my ankle. The front desk was also amazing by working around my specific insurance complications and booking all my appointments. If I ever need future physical therapy treatment, I'll be going to Capstone

Experiencia fantástica: High quality care! I’ve been seen by Dr. Jason Schmidt, PT over numerous months for two issues (tendon and knee). As far as I can ascertain Jason is an expert. He’s professional yet informal, upbeat, caring, and joy to be around. I actually enjoy going and doing the at home exercises. He explains my condition very well in layperson’s vernacular. He also is humble. The front office administrator, Melanie (Mel), is also very competent and positive. She greets all patients by their names and genuinely seems to care how we are doing. She also handles the paperwork and billing with a minimum of hassle. The other PTs seem competent and invested in their patients’ recovery. Be aware though it’s a very busy office and they operate on a tight schedule; when the consulting and treatment time is over you’re politely ushered out. Ask your questions upfront and advocate for yourself. Five stars.

Experiencia fantástica: Physical therapy literally changed my life! I had a neck and shoulder injury in my early 20's and just thought they would always be painful and that I would never get full range of motion back, but now I can happily say I am pain free and able to do all the things that bring me joy again. 10/10 recommend any one struggling with chronic pain from an injury to give it a try and commit to the process. David Grambo especially was very fun to work with and amazing at his job!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything was amazing! I have had pain in my lower back for months and Doctor referred me to Capstone. Jason and Andrea worked with me. They were very nice and professional. I received amazing advices and training instructions from both of them. My exercise helped me reduce my back pain. Now I wake up with no pain at all. Even when I my back is very tired and in pain, it takes a few hours to recover with the stretching exercises that they provide me with. My back is now stronger and I am back to normal life.

I have had chronic daily headaches for over 10 years and a after only a few months working with Stacia my headaches have gone down significantly, and I have much better mobility so I would definitely recommend coming here! I also want to say that sometimes it is hard to find healthcare professionals that I have good experiences as a fat woman. But the staff was great and helpful and just wanted to get me feeling better and never made me feel bad about my weight or made me feel like my issues were my fault (which often happens with fat phobic doctors). So this is also a safe space to go if you are worried about experiencing fat phobia.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a great experience at Capstone Fairhaven, from the incredibly friendly and efficient reception staff, to my amazing physical therapist, Stacia Robinson, who not only got me out of chronic knee pain, but also started me on another program to help end my vertigo. She, and her wonderful assistant Andrea, provided a gradual treatment program that has been easy to maintain at home, after a couple of months of scheduled visits. Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: Short version: the therapists I worked with at Capstone in Fairhaven changed my life immeasurably. Just go to them. Ask for Stacia or Jason, and tell the wonderful Jaz at reception I said hi. :) Long version: I'm younger (38), and when I started physical therapy in early 2020, I didn't even know how much pain I was in until Jason and Stacia helped me experience what a decrease in pain felt like. I first started working with Jason for mobility issues that had popped up and were un-ignorable. After years of long walks in terrible shoes (and with terrible posture), I could not stand, walk or sit without sharp pain in my hips and feet. Jason is a delightful human -- an incredible motivator. He's highly professional, knows SO MUCH, but is non-judgmental and kind...even in my first weeks when I hadn't done my exercises as well or as often as I should! I felt so supported at every stage of my journey with Jason. He helped me experience what pain free movement was like for the first time in what felt like forever. I only stopped working with him when I had pain free weeks under my belt and a thick booklet of exercises to keep me in shape...and then I began seeing a specialist for my vertigo and migraines (I had a big health journey in 2020, y'all. I was a mess). That lead me to working with Stacia. Stacia, like Jason, is SO knowledgeable and capable, professional and obviously an expert. First, she was able to completely treat my BPV vertigo with the Epley maneuver. This was after months of on and off dizziness so bad I would vomit (sorry if this is gross, but if you have bad vertigo, you know what I'm talking about). Stacia, too, like Jason, was incredibly thorough. Every week, she was a detective, hunting down the source of my pain and discomfort. Because headaches are difficult to pinpoint, this was a much tougher part of my therapy. I couldn't just point to a place and say "here's where it hurts." Stacia was able, over months of work, thorough study and documentation (and lots of exercises and stretches on my part), decrease the intensity, duration and the frequency of my headaches. But here's the interesting thing -- I've lived with a hump on my upper back/lower neck for my whole? Life? I thought it was just something I'd inherited, or something I'd just have to live with, like the pain in my hips that Jason fixed. After my work with Stacia, the hump in my back was significantly decreased. I also can turn my head from side to side farther than I have in years. And, this can't be said enough -- almost no headaches, y'all. Headaches that once happened 3 times a week are now RARE! So, after changing my life and my relationship to my body for the better, both Jason and Stacia sent me home with all the tools I need to maintain a pain-infrequent lifestyle. I'm still doing my exercises (though I definitely miss their motivation...and therapeutic massage!). I'm walking long walks again (with much better shoes), sitting on the floor, standing at my desk, a changed woman. I actually get a little weepy just thinking about how far I've come with the help of these two awesome people...which is why this review is a book long. Sorry! Long story short, just go to Capstone in Fairhaven, ask for Jason and Stacia and tell Jaz I said hey. :) They are the best.

After a few months of visits, I can happily say that I feel 100 times better and now have the tools to continue addressing this issuing on my own. David was extremely professional and easy to talk with, and there was an overall pleasant and calming atmosphere of the office. I will definitely return to this location with any further PT needs!

He was very thorough and also so enjoyable to chat with during my appointments. Experiencia fantástica: So I was seeing both Andrea and David for the past 3-4 for a problem with my arm, I guess once you turn 30 your body just starts randomly breaking down. When I first started out, my arm was in bad shape; it was tense, it couldn’t bend like should, etc. The staff at Capstone are amazing at their jobs, I believe without them I would still be in pain and unable to do basic tasks. I give my highest recommendation and hope that you’ll go there for your physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited Capstone at Fairhaven multiple times getting help with bi-lateral shoulder problems. The entire staff is friendly and professional. PT David Grambo was great in helping me recover and taking the time to answer questions in order to help me continue my recovery once done. David is very knowledgeable and willing to explain the therapy process. Went there reluctantly at first but it turned out to be a great decision to go.

Experiencia fantástica: I have spent the last few months dealing with consistent pain throughout my body and was able to be seen by David as well as Stacia. I cannot recommend these guys enough as they were extremely thoughtful, experienced, and listened to each thing I needed to have addressed. They answered each of my questions, explained what they were doing when I asked and helped me get to some pretty pain free days. Definitely will be going to Capstone in the future for anything else that may come up.

Allowing me access to their equipment to "warmup" prior to my scheduled appointment was a significant help in attaining the most from the PT work.

Experiencia fantástica: Capstone Physical Therapy in Fairhaven was the best place to have my PT done! I worked with Stacia Jamieson where she helped me strengthen my knee after a bad meniscus tare and surgery. When I started PT with her post surgery I couldn’t bend my knee past 90 degrees or even tighten my quad. Now I am able to do both of these things and more without thought! My experience was wonderful with Capstone Physical Therapy Fairhaven. The Staff is amazing and is on your team in the healing process. Also Reagan who works at the front desk is so kind and helpful with whatever you need! Overall an amazing experience. Very thankful for this place!

I was then able follow his recommend exercises at home. After month my pain was resolved. I would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do.

They are both empathetic, gentle and set your exercises at achievable levels. After six weeks, my vertigo subsided and I am incredibly relieved to be able to function normally again. The entire office is kind and friendly, and they have been very professional in the handling of COVID-19 to keep their office safe and running. My therapist, David, is phenomenal. As a distance runner, it was important for me to find a therapist who felt comfortable rehabing my injury and keeping me active, and David has done just that. He's incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, as well as kind and enjoyable to work with. My hip and groin pain has improved substantially, and I plan to continue to work with him for any future injuries/pain I may have. Any athlete knows a good PT is GOLD, and I've definitely found my PT office.

We started a course of treatment and then another acute issue developed and I was having trouble walking and with daily activities. David pivoted quickly to address the acute issue, while never losing sight of the original concern. He helped me immensely, getting me back on track and also providing guidance to manage my chronic issues. He is a lovely person, has a great sense of humor, and is very knowledgeable and patient -- a wonderful combination. If I need PT in the future, I know exactly where to go and whom I want to work with. I will also say that the administrative staff and the facilities are also great. Grateful to have this resource available to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Capstone Fairhaven is great! I strained my neck and shoulder muscles. I was on muscle relaxers and pain meds for a month with little to no improvement. Got a physical therapy referral and saw noticeable improvement after only one visit. After a half dozen appointments over the course of a month (in conjunction with at-home exercises and stretching that Capstone Fairhaven recommended) I am back to normal. I highly recommend these guys, they really know what they're doing!
