Experiencia fantástica: After suffering low back pain for almost 2 years and thinking it was part of the “natural aging process“, my GP referred me to LivingWell therapy. After only four weeks, I am pain-free for the first time in almost 2 years! At every appointment, Dr. Z would assess progress, and continue to support the healing and strength returning. All of the staff are such positive people, and I felt that they truly cared about my recovery. I hope to never need physical therapy again, but if I do, I won’t wait two years! This caused a concussion and contusion to my left bicep as well as a neck strain. Dr z and about 4 months and the team here at LivingWell therapy have helped me by being 100% again I'm very thankful for the team and Dr z.

He and the Living Well staff are fantastic, friendly and excellent at explaining what treatment entails and why certain exercises/stretches are beneficial. Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Dr. Z and his team, Alyssa, Lisa, and Gabe for about 4 months to rehab a recent ankle injury and lingering shoulder injury. They were excellent in creating programming that saw the ankle fully healed in 2 months and the shoulder shortly thereafter. Whether it was flexibility, mobility, or strength, they spent time challenging me until I was able to get back to all of the things I love doing. Their focus on goals and progress made it sustainable, and I now have no shoulder pain for the first time in 6 years! Thanks team!

I admire their collaborative efforts to provide me with the best care possible, & something I noticed that was pretty awesome, was everyone had a genuine smile on their face, every visit. It was as though they all loved what they did, & in turn created a very welcoming environment! What makes LWPT unique, is their approach to progress. It’s measurable. Dr. Zamboni & his staff are continuously assessing you to ensure your treatment is yielding results. Thanks to LWPT, I no longer live with lower back pain. The staff works hard to relieve discomfort and create new habits to eliminate any future possibility of pain. Edit in 2023 I returned to Living Well with a back and spinal issue and again had a great experience. The strength building work we did made my pain feel better and helped me understand how to take care of my body for the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Zamboni and his entire team at Living Well Physical Therapy are absolutely amazing. They make driving from Prineville to Bend three times a week worth the drive. I could go elsewhere, but I wouldn't want to. They really care about each patient and I absolutely love the dynamic environment and open concept of this office. I went to a different physical therapy office where It was clinical and professional and felt like a doctor's office. Dr. Z's team will absolutely make you work hard, but you get to do so along side others who are in a similar situation and it is almost fun. I also feel like I have made more progress in a shorter time frame in this office. I am learning a lot, because they will tell you the "why" behind each exercise and even do it along with you.

I’ve always heard horror stories of physical therapy after surgery, but they never pushed me to the point of pain and I still recovered quickly. Also Dr.Z will take your hobbies into consideration when working with you which resulted in me being back at them long before I expected to.

Experiencia fantástica: I loved my time here, i jokingly said I'd get hurt on purpose to get treated so well again! I left each session feeling wonderful. Shout out to all of his wonderful staff. it was always a joy to see them and they are always happy to help you heal. with the homework exercises they assigned, i was able to keep progressing my flexibility and range of motion in my hips and shoulders! ps. do the homework!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to multiple physical therapists in the area over the last several years due to chronic neck and back pain. I understand the damage in my spine cannot be fixed. I just desperately want to lead as active a lifestyle as I can, but the pain has really limited my activity and no one has been able to help me until now. I started PT at Living Well Therapy a few months ago and, for the first time ever, feel like I have really made progress. Dr. Z, Dr. Scott, Alyssa, and Dhruti really understand kinesiology and are able to think outside the box on getting your body stronger when you have limited mobility and pain and Melissa always works so hard on keeping the schedule running smoothly and finding a way to get you in when you really need it. Besides that, the entire staff has such a good sense of humor you can't help but feel better by the time you leave! I am so happy I found them and wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Living Well with a knee injury from mountain biking. Dr. Zamboni helped me diagnose the issues and create a plan to get me back on my bike and back to doing all the sports I love. After just around a month of PT I have made a full recovery and regained strength in my knee. I would highly recommend this place, I had a great experience all around. Thanks Living Well!

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could rate this company for 10 stars. I was the unfortunate recipient of a crippling lower back and ruptured disc injury in the middle of January, 2022 and immediately started seeing these amazing people. Before having an MRI, Dr.Z was the ONLY doctor that, after examining my x-rays was able to spot my ruptured disc (normally impossible to see on an x-ray) after multiple other doctors saw and said my back was fine. After having very negative experiences with many other PT companies, I was blessed to somehow land at Living Well's front door and immediately start my treatment. Dr.Z and the rest of the amazing gals that help run the place (who's knowledge is unmatched) truly and genuinely care about YOU! They have all continuously gone way above an beyond every visit from truly trying to get to know you on a personal level to going through the business headache of obtaining different equipment specifically for your type of injury (even if they already some) and making your time there as memorable and as beneficial as possible. This business makes YOU a priority. The treatment, the care, the family feeling and even the emotional support I've received here has been an experience that trumps all other businesses out there. If you haven't given these guys a shot, I strongly urge you to do so. I promise, you will not be let down. THANK YOU LIVING WELL!!!!!!! Dr. Z was awesome! I especially enjoyed my conversations with Alyssa. She was a joy to talk to. I was a little nervous at my first appointment although, Dr.Z and his amazing staff create a wonderful atmosphere full of laughter while helping me recover with muscle strengthening and stretching exercises. Experiencia fantástica: I was in pain that no one was able to stop and only sleeping 3 broken hours of sleep each night. An urgent care physician recommended PT and said Dr Z and his staff are the best there is. Day 1 of PT Dr Z was upfront with me and said you’ll only go as far as your commitment to their program. After 6 weeks (12 sessions) I’m pain free for the most part, sleeping 7+ hours each night, and can better manage to alleviate/prevent symptoms from getting worse. Cant thank Living Well Therapy enough for helping me manage 2 herniated discs without surgery and medications!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a bum elbow from a work related accident and I was referred to this physical therapist. This group of people are amazing! Dr. Z is fantastic, knowledgeable and although my recuperation is slow, every time I come in, I feel better. Dhruti is an absolute gem of a human being and I will be sorry to see her go as she ventures to be a full-fledged PT of her own. Finally, Alyssa has handled most of my work, and you could not ask for a better person to treat your ailments. She's an shining example of what it is to take care of another human being. Dr. Z, Dhruti and Alyssa are so awesome, one can almost consider them friends. I almost (but not quite) wish that I didn't heal as I always look forward to seeing them all. Special shout out to Melissa as well. She is definitely the oil that keeps this astounding machine running. And Alyssa, Giants suck. Dodgers rule!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are all so friendly and make you feel so welcome like you have been there for years. The care Dr. Z put into an initial evaluation making sure he made me feel welcome and that he really cared about what my goal is instead of just trying to get the goal. The care everyone put into each visit to see how I was doing and adjust accordingly if I was too sore. Awesome team and I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time in physical therapy, so I didn’t know what to expect. I have to say that I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Z and his team are nothing but professional and create a fun and inviting atmosphere which is much needed considering the situation. Huge shout out to Alyssa for helping me get back to 100%, and to everyone else in the office for entertaining my five year old during my appointments. Experiencia fantástica: Before I injured my back I was very athletic and was always outdoors. I had my L4-L5 disc and L5-S1 disc replace with a artificial disc. I am 27 years old! I thought my life was over because I thought I wouldn’t be able to do anything Physically anymore. Like play with my kids or be able to pick them up. December 29 2020 I had my surgery. For 6 weeks I had to lay in bed could barely move. I lost muscle and gained extra weight. Then I started physical therapy at a different business and wasn’t happy with the service I was getting. So I looked up different places, living well physical therapy was the place I wanted to go. When I started with Dr.Z I could only walk for 15 mins, could only sit for 15 mins and could not bend my back at all. In less than 1 year I am back to my life. I can pick my kids up and can do my outdoor hobby’s without pain. I gained my muscle back and lost the surgery weight. Not only did Dr.Z and his employees help me get back in physical shape without pain but they gave me the motivation and tools I need to keep me moving forward in life. I have been to 4 physical therapy businesses in my life LIVING WELL PHYSICALLY THERAPY is the best!

Dr. Z not only uses elite rehab equipment, but he looks at the whole picture, from before the injury to the patients mind set, to giving a visual tour of those who were once injured but gained normalcy from being in Dr. Z care to show his clients rehabilitation is possible! Experiencia fantástica: My “team” at Living Well has been essential in my recovery after a bad car accident on top of previous injuries in my back and neck. During my recovery I also tore my ACL and they have worked worth me pre-surgery and now 10 weeks post surgery. I’m getting back on my feet and getting my balance and strength and flexibility back with all of their dedication. By the time I’m cleared I’ll be in better shape than I was pre- car accident and pre ACL injury. They are attentive and personal and fetal oriented. I start off warming up on the new form bike that uses arms and legs & I get 3 heating pads on all my injured areas. After I’m warmed up, we move into weights and isometrics and manipulations. They measure my improvements & customize my exercises each visit. After the work out, I get the cool down massage. It’s a full hour of treatment. Many thanks to Dr. “Z” who keeps in touch with other providers and insurance & does the monthly assessments as well as chiropractic manipulations. Anthony is the PT who keeps me going and challenges me & offers support and laughs. Jake also helps with the treatment with good music and massage at end of the sessions. Anna is my wonderful healing hands and gives a great deep tissue massage reducing inflammation and scar tissue. John is the other masseuse and has also stepped in on occasion for end of the session treatment. I’ll be sharing photos shortly ! Barb P.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been helped by the physical therapist here and the massage therapist. Both were very kind, knowledgeable, and good communicators. I was very impressed with the thorough nature of the physical therapist, and I think if I would have come here first instead of going to a chiropractor I would have avoided a lot of pain. I've had several very good results with chiropractic care in the past, but when I went to an unrelated curiosity I could tell her was in a rush. Conversely, the physical therapist, Dr. Z, gave me the most thorough medical evaluation I think I've ever had! I know most Dr.s are very busy and try to help as many people as they can in their allotted time, but Dr. Z spent more than 1 hour examining my back and glute pain, helping me stretch and exercise, and he kindly and patently answered all of my many questions. I asked for a list of exercises I could do at home and was given nice sheets with clear instructions and diagrams. I've interacted with 5 people in this clinic and they are all very helpful and thoughtful. I'm looking forward to going back and becoming pain free ASAP. Thanks A+

Experiencia fantástica: Great crew here! Dr. Z has mastered his craft and was the only pt who could figure out my knee pain. Since doing his PT work I've gone from having pain when walking to being able to do sprints without pain! Awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is definitely the best PT spot in town. Very professional, well qualified and caring people work here. Dr. Zamboni is a very good physical therapist that listens well to the patients problems and He works really Hard to get you better as soon as possible. Anna is a great massage therapist and Anthony is always around to make sure you are doing your exercises well. Just know that if you go there you will be in good hands.

Experiencia fantástica: I can not recommend Dr Zamboni and his team highly enough. They are professional, knowledgeable, and listen thoroughly. Dr Zamboni has helped me with an injury that was 10 years old and causing me severe pain, whereas other providers could not get me out of pain for more than a week or so. I have been out of pain for over 2 years now. Recently I had another injury- this time to my back. Dr Zamboni is trained to adjust my back (similar to a chiropractor) and with his health regimen I am back to walking, working out, and holding my baby! Thank you Zamboni! You have given me the gift of pain free movement again!

I have been going to Living Well Therapy for what feels like a little over a month now and I enjoy every moment of it. Lots of laughs, and encouragement, great instructions for an individual like myself that has troubles communicating. Nicole is a sweetheart at the front desk. She really takes away the awkward “doctors office vibe” and the gentleman in the back make you want to keep coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been in physical therapy for years. After moving to Bend my wife discovered Living Well Physical Therapy and signed me up for an appointment. The staff are very pleasant. Scheduling is a breeze. I have to say that Dr. Zamboni was able to assess my overall condition and provided a path forward for my overall health in a few short visits. After working with Dr. Z for awhile he recommended that I join their Wellness Program and receive regular massages. I have visited numerous massage therapists over the last 20 years and have to say that Anna has been the most competent. Anna maximizes the time while staying focused on my overall health. She is able to release muscular knots in as little as one visit. She always provides recommendations to allow further healing while at home between visits through specific exercises and stretching. I give Living Well Physical Therapy five plus stars with all my conviction.

Experiencia fantástica: I injured my rotator cuff over the summer and my general physician prescribed physical therapy. After some research I chose Living Well Physical Therapy and am glad I did. Doctor Zamboni is a wonderful physical therapist and his staff are very knowledgeable. They were quick to diagnose my problem and provided great care in treating my injury. While I hope I don't have to undergo physical therapy again, I will definitely choose them again in the future if I'm in need.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Z., Dr B., and the entire team are amazing! As a former pro motocross racer, my injuries have taken me to many different PT clinics around the NW. Living Well hands down is the best I’ve been to. The clinic itself is small, but that’s a good thing. It allows me to get the maximum amount of time working directly with the doctors and learning about my progress instead of doing excercises that I could do at home while being watched by an assistant. I would absolutely recommend Living Well for anyone who needs to get back to living the “Bend lifestyle”!
