Experiencia fantástica: Tim is a genius. Not only is he a committed student of the body, he very much understands the mind-body connection and regularly considers this interplay in order to find a solution. He's been keeping me together for years now, helping fix ailments from biking, skiing, running and general movement pattern issues. As an exceptional athlete himself, he knows how important (and how difficult) it is to keep the body performing well. If you hurt, go see Tim—a caring, thoughtful, no-nonsense holistic PT.

Experiencia fantástica: Tim is the best! He’s the definition of an expert, and I’m so grateful to him for helping me get a grasp on my pain. He takes all aspects of your life into account when trying to understand your pain and its trajectory. A truly enriching and enjoyable experience! Simply put, you always walk out the door feeling much better in both body and mind. I will definitely be returning to him in the future if the opportunity arises!

Experiencia fantástica: Super impressed with Tim. He knows his stuff and was able to get my sons knee feeling better, but on top of that coached him a bit in running technique which will likely help avoid issues in the future and probably make him a better athlete. To top it off, he didn’t drag it out for 20 sessions as I’ve experienced in the past with some PT’s. Once we hit the objective, he suggested we stop sessions and reach out if needed. I plan on visiting myself for a running analysis to see what I can learn.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m an athlete and I’ve often struggled with doctors and therapists that don’t “get it”. Resting/taking it easy is very difficult for me and not good for my mental well-being. As a former professional athlete, himself - he gets it. Not only did I find him to be incredibly knowledgeable about my specific injury, he also kept me on an individualized path to progress. Experiencia fantástica: Transformative! Working with Tim Evens PT has been a game changer for me. I'm an avid but aging cyclist and runner and was overtraining without any real direction. This led to many injuries, calf, achilles, foot, knee, hips, back...the list goes on. Tim helped me reset things a bit and using regular stretches and targeted exercises, I have been able to get back to training hard with minimal unwanted pain. Listening to Tim share his vast knowledge and expertise has also helped me to better understand my body mechanics and to get a better feel as to what my body is telling me. This means resting when needed and cross training while still making positive impact on my fitness. Thank you Tim!

Experiencia fantástica: I first used Timmy as a PT about 15 years ago, and he's been helping me keep this old rig together ever since. Tim understands the needs to push through pain as an elite athlete, but gives a good perspective on what to do with that feeling and what pain we can work through and what we need to address to keep real issues from popping up. With his "mad scientist" approach, I always know Tim is thinking outside the box to address my issues and never just goes with the plug and play PT approach.

Experiencia fantástica: I met Tim many years ago when I was diagnosed with a chronic neurological condition. As it turned out he was more than a physical therapist. He helped me to understand the nature of my disease process and how to cope with the progressive pain and mobility issues I would experience. I sought his care after hip surgery, he has fit me to a number of bikes, he assessed my running stride (and now I like to run!), he helped after I broke my scapula, and I can HONESTLY say I no longer have "chronic" back pain. (well a little, but I can handle it better!) It is because of Tim's empathy, intelligence, and care I am in the best shape I have ever been! (and Im WAY older!) Two thumbs way up!!
