Experiencia fantástica: I went to do a tour looking for a place to put my husband. The building was clean and the Admission Coordinator was very helpful. I decided to keep him home and try to take care of him. If I cannot I will be placing him in this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to give this place 5 stars because although no person or place is perfect, this facility is one of the best that I’ve stepped foot in. The facility is clean and welcoming and you can tell that the employees actually care about the residents as well as their colleagues. The administrators and nursing staff round the facility everyday (when possible) to make sure that everyone (residents and employees) needs are met which makes a huge difference. I can honestly say that If I had to refer a family member or anyone to a facility based off my experience it would definitely be The Grove of Berwyn.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom has been there since July 2023. She has dementia and can't walk also they have to feed her. The staff takes very good care of her and are Welcoming and polite.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is so friendly. I like it here. I haven’t had any issues and when I do, they are taken care of immediately. The staff makes me feel heard. I would recommend this facility because the staff have great hearts and it shows through their work. The Administration really knows what they are doing. They have helped to change things around for the better. My health has improved since being here. So glad I chose this place. Has really become my home away from home.

Experiencia positiva: The staff was very informative as I asked tons of questions about the care of their residents. The assured us that we could trust them with the care of my grandfather. The facility appeared and smelled clean, which is a plus for me. The residents seemed happy and the way the staff interacted with them was refreshing. Experiencia positiva: I was filled with anxiety when I first got here. CNA's, Nurses and staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. I could name names but I forget, sorry. Maria Cigarroa.Lettie, Jahyra Johnson, Penny, Dominica. Nurse Diana and Francis and Elena are the best nurses .so many others I've never had a problem that wasn't solved . Food is subject to your dietary needs. A/C and well heated. Dietary Mgr Ronda is really helpful and sweet. My Dialysis staff here is gentle and caring. This may very well be the place for your Therapy and Rehabilitation.

I’m grateful to find a place so close that accommodates me and my mothers needs. The administrator gave great attention to me concerns about my mom and made me feel comfortable on them all. In addition, the outstanding housekeepers, therapy staff, laundry aids, they have the best activity aides in the town and overall staff who make each day at The Grove such a pleasant experience. If you are looking for five star customer service or for a clean place that’s filled with love , The Grove is the place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently stayed at the Grove of Berwyn for my summer rehab. I enjoy the staff and the people who took care of me, in my healing process. The therapy program is a very successful one at The Grove. The healing nurse and the other nurses are very helpful and very informative of your health. I give the Grove of Berwyn a 10 out of 10 for helping everyone .

Experiencia fantástica: I had my dad at the Grove of Berwyn while he was there his mobility improved he was happy he made new friends and he love the nurses that took care of him. When I would take my dad out to eat he would tell me how happy he was and to make sure to bring him back . From my personal experience the place was clean and smelled clean. Nursing always kept me informed of his progress. I would recommend the Grove Berwyn to anyone. Wonderful loving people thanks for all your hospitality.

When I first got here I was a little at ease but the nurses and other staff members helped me feel comfortable and cared for, they helped me keep my dignity I really enjoy my therapy services they are a big help in my care, thanks to them I am able to regain my strength to walk and motivated me to be more mobile.

Experiencia fantástica: The Grove is a nice place for your rehabilitation, and hospice needs, the therapy team is awesome, The Nursing Staff is wonderful, and most of all the management is great, they go above and beyond to make you stay at the grove comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not able to come to Chicago to visit my loved one since I live 4 hours away. Covid-19 makes it even harder. It is so nice that I am able to schedule appointments to video chat via FaceTime. Kudos to the staff for being so accommodating to visitors even with so many new restrictions!

Experiencia fantástica: My mother has been a resident at The Grove of Berwyn for the last 9 months. It has been difficult due to Covid and the inability to be able to visit her. However, the staff has made it incredibly easy for me to feel confident that she is receiving the best care. I am able to facetime every time I request it and she always looks happy. The staff, including admin have been nothing but pleasant and accommodating. Adam, Sara, and Maria have always been professional, friendly and helpful. Her nurse Kayla is amazing. She is always very sweet and patient and will answer all my questions. There are many other staff that are involved in her care that have always been so helpful and wanting to please. It's hard for me to get know most staff and their names because we are not able to visit and that is understandable at this time. They are trying their best to keep my mother safe and happy and so far I see that in her face. My mother would definitely express verbally and physically her dislike if that were the case and clearly she always seems pleased and gives us a thumbs up when asked about her care. I can't wait until I can visit her so I can lend a hand with her care and keep her company. I am a social worker and as far I can see I am pleased with her care and the emotional state of my mother at this facility. Thank you everyone for your help and support.

Experiencia fantástica: My adult son, disabled several years ago by a stroke, has lived at The Grove of Berwyn for more than a year. We have been very pleased with the responsiveness and caring of all the staff we have interacted with . . . from the Administrator to Berto from Maintenance . . . from the nurses, CNAs and other medical professionals to the people at the front desk and down in the kitchens. Some I don’t even know their names; others like Adam Z, Maria C. and Donna H., I know their names very well because I call upon them frequently to do what I can’t do right now because of Covid. And they always, always, have been there for us. Clearly, there are some very fine, loving, competent people working at the Grove. Just as importantly, there is a growing culture and expectation that fosters such behavior. Kudos I say to the Administrator, who has built such an awesome team and nurturing environment. Candy S.

I especially want to thank Nurse Kayla, CNA Amanda, Maria in admissions and Ms. Kita in transportation for putting me back together again. The career of serving others whether medically, mentally or in any capacity deserves more praise than what these people receive. Today was a special day because the staff threw a Christmas party for us residents and put much thought into the gifts they took the time to get for us. The attention to detail was astonishing!! I wish these women especially a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Thankyou!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My father in-law has been staying on and off for two years at this location. They cared for his wounds and made him better. We have access to him even being able to take him on a trip. They have always being informative whenever anything happen. The facility has staff that's friendly. As long as the Grove is around we will keep coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: This facility is hands down the best place to work. Courtyard is clean, and has no odors. great resident, and great staff. the administrator is approachable and not too busy to answer a call light. I would definitely bring a loved one to COURTYARD HEALTHCARE CENTER!!
