Experiencia fantástica: I had pain in my lower back, been for a while but got worse, so I didn’t want to go and spend hours at the ER, I decided to look for a placer where they could take if needed, XRays. So I found the Physicians Immediate Care in Berwyn. Registered very easily online, got there and in less than 10 min I was seen by the nurse and immediately by Dr. Konow. He explain very good what was causing the pain, gave me tips and movements that I need to do. Prescribed the medication, and I was out in 30 min total. Fast service, clean location and very easy to understand the Dr. who cared to explain in the best way. I would definitely recommend this location and Dr Konow. Thanks!!

Experiencia fantástica: NP Shannon Lewis is a breath of fresh air. Great demeanor and talks through the visit with you instead of giving a super long monologue then asking if you have any questions after like some healthcare providers tend to do.

I waited a little bit, but it was a lot quicker the places that I’ve been to in the past. Overall I had a very good experience. Update, I’ve gone two times since this visit and they’ve been professional and helpful everything effectively diagnosed me!! Very great and friendly staff.

I was so glad I did. Scheduling an appointment online was super easy and having the option to check-in early made everything go smoothly. The physical, David Senn, was so kind and honest it made the visit go extremely painless. I highly recommend the Berwyn, IL location.

I went in for a work related injury and no information to really give them, the staff transitioned from friendly faces to inspectors and problem solvers. They connected with my employer and did all the talking. My chronic anxiety was silenced thanks to the smiles , understanding and warm energy. I noticed that others there didn’t wait long to be seen. They were open on Thanksgiving Day which was great! the staff was friendly, the office was very clean, The doctor listened to my needs and asked questions She also advised me well. She was able to help me with my issue. I Definitely recommend them for any urgent care needs!

Yes, they do take their time, but that is more than likely for the safety of the staff. So if you have patience you can be a walk in, be seen, and have a prescription sent into your pharmacy.

Experiencia fantástica: First time visit. Walked in with excruciating pain and this staff were both understanding and very sympathetic to my needs as well as my feelings. When I'm in excruciating pain it's like every minute seems like an eternity and help seems like "To the Moon and Back" so sometimes, PAIN may overshadow my being and it may very well get the best of me. I think anyone in the medical field understands that. And if they don't there's a broken link. God Help Us. From the receptionist to the nurse, Dr and x-ray tech, they were all professionals, pleasant and caring. After seeing the Dr., she was pretty confident of my diagnosis and was able to give me a dose of medication in office which helped calm my pain. I HIGHLY Recommend this specific location and would go back again if I needed Urgent Care.

Experiencia fantástica: Was sick so made last minute appt. The online scheduling was easy, and the pre-checking process made my wait time go by so fast, I was in and out fast and given treatment/care I needed. I'm always one to be reluctant to go to doc's, but they made process easy.

Experiencia fantástica: I went there for the first time for an infected finger without calling ahead. It has a sizable parking lot. The waiting room was clean and quiet with chairs and a TV on the wall. The check in process was quick and easy. I was called in after 10 minutes or so. A nurse showed me to a bright room, typical exam room in medical clinic. The PA Rashawn Sims came soon after, very professional and gentle. She treated my finger and sent ePrescription to my pharmacy. The whole process took less than an hour. Recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 experience. I went in at 11:30 for my pre work physical and was out by 12:30! Esmeralda & Rashawn were amazing! They were quick but thorough, very nice & hospitable, and they told me what they were doing before they did it. Whatever they’re being paid isn’t enough :)

The provider was running late and apologized spent the time she needed with me and made sure I got the care I needed. I been coming to physicians immediate care for a while since I lived on the north side I gone to another urgent care close to the south yesterday but I didn’t get the care I needed search them up to see if there was one close to my home and sure thing. Don’t waste your time going somewhere else it might be a while before you get seen but I promise you you’ll get the care you need.

The doctor was very considerate and made sure I understood what steps to follow afterwards. They will look after you and help you as much as they can. When I went they did take walk-ins but I would always double check to make sure:)

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the clinic as a walk in. I waited for three hours in my car until they call me to go in. The doctor and the assistants where very caring and empathetic. They took tests on me and gave me the results promptly. This is my second time there and I really like it.

Experiencia fantástica: Whenever I cannot get in to see my primary care physician, I head out to Physicians Immediate Care. I can just walk in and I will seen in a timely manner. I never have a problem. People there are nice and respectful. I give this place 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were promptly and courteously greeted and registered. Within 15 minutes we both had our vitals checked and Covid 19 Test with nasal swabs taken. Then we waited another 15 minutes and were happy to have our NEGATIVE confirmation. Since I had been exposed my lungs were also checked. What a smooth visit in a cleanly environment.

The appointment process was quick and the receptionist was so warm and welcoming from the second I arrived. The facility is clean, spacious and private. I will go back to this clinic for any of my urgent care needs in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! We had the misfortune of needing urgent care services twice in one week, each time for different kids. Very clean facility and friendly service. We did not register online first, but were seen within 1.5 hours each time. We were able to go home in between and they called us when it was time to come back. Recommend registering online so you don’t have to make 2 trips. Will definitely go back. Glad to have this facility in our neighborhood!

Experiencia fantástica: Went twice -- first time with no appointment for stitches and second time with an appointment to get them out. Both times, got very friendly and professional service. Staff seems to work well as a team and the clinic itself is also clean and welcoming. Prices were easy to understand and less than an ER. Parking is plentiful too. Was hoping second time with appointment would be on time, but another patient told me someone had just come in with a severe injury and got priority. So both times, had a very long wait. Given they have no control over who comes in, doesn't seem right to ding them for it. This clinic is relatively new and I highly recommend it. Their website is helpful for understanding what they offer prior to contacting them.
