Experiencia fantástica: Haven’t been to Physical Therapy before. This was my first time. Palmer, Kevin and Claudia are absolutely amazing. Made my shoulder feel better from day 1. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a Physical therapist look no further than these guys. Had a partial tear and frozen shoulder. The facility is clean and the workout tables are refreshed after each client. If you want good results with your rehab this is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Physical Therapy Now in Cape Coral for approx 6 months, 2–3 times a week. This was my first Physical Therapy experience ever. Claudia (Front Desk) was very helpful with my insurance, scheduling throughout and creating invoices for me. After meeting Palmer for evaluation, I knew I was in the right place. My first impression was, the facility is very clean, organized and everyone is very welcoming. You can feel the positive energy in this facility. I had a lot of questions and Palmer, Shelby and Kevin did a fabulous job explaining every exercise, giving me "homework" to do and actually motivated me to do great and work hard to recover. The entire team is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and kind to anyone. I've noticed these qualities every time I went. I am feeling so much better now and from the bottom of my heart I wish them all the Best. I miss them all.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Physical Therapy Now with a Grade II ankle sprain. I could barely put weight on my foot, and I was in a lot of pain with significant swelling. My mobility was very limited, and I was worried about how long it would take to recover. From day one, the entire team was amazing. Palmer, my physical therapist, carefully evaluated my condition and created a treatment plan tailored to my needs. Thanks to his knowledge and dedication, I started seeing improvement much sooner than I expected. He was always professional, patient, and attentive throughout the process. Kevin has been a great support during my sessions, assisting with exercises, correcting my form, and keeping me motivated. His positive energy really makes a difference. A special thanks to Claudia at the front desk for being so kind and efficient. She always greeted me with a smile, helped me with appointments, and answered all my questions from the very beginning. Experiencia fantástica: Shelby was great in helping me overcome my injury, as well as giving me the confidence that I could do activities I did prior to my accident that I thought I might not be able to do again. When I left, she prepared a treatment plan for me and while I was with her, she challenged me, which helped me improve faster. I will definitely see Shelby again when I am back in the area.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for therapy to acquire MRI approvals per my insurance company...did the therapy to the best of my ability with no mention during visits that I wasnt doing it properly & then received an assessment filled with straight up lies...Shelby & Paul are very unprofessional & delusional I might add...Received my Mri's & with severe damage now need therapy amongst other things...would I recommend PT Now...Hell No!

Experiencia fantástica: My 90 year young Mom has been in and out of therapy for years (since she had a stroke 12 years ago). This is by far the first therapy establishment to have made a difference in her physical abilities. She came in for balance issues and we are leaving with the tools and knowledge to continue her therapy at home. Andre has been incredible and we cannot thank him enough. He's patient, caring and always trying new things until he finds a solution. Andre has been a Godsend and knowing he is here if she needs more help in the future is very comforting. I can now walk along side my Mom with confidence, instead of always being afraid of her next step. Tiffany has also been amazing. Always a bright smile and helpful with all things insurance. She's kind, empathetic and genuine. I always enjoyed walking in to see her and conversing with her. She's a definite asset to your business!

Experiencia fantástica: I am currently a client of Physical Therapy Now If Cape Coral, Fl. Today was my third session out of twelve, and normally I would wait until I was done to make a comment. However I am so overwhelmed by the difference between this establishment and one I attended ten months ago, I couldn’t wait. I had total left knee replacement last December, had two weeks of home therapy followed by ten sessions of outpatient at another business. I have suffered for the last several months swearing I would never have the other knee replacement done. However ny surgeon convinced me to try Physical Therapy Now. What a difference they are. In the short time I have been seen by them they have restored my faith in Physical Therapy. They have loosened up my knee, reducing the pain I was in, have explained things to me that no one, including the surgeon had. I have been treated with compassion and without pain. Today it struck me that this business is about making you better and the first place I went was about taking your money. I am sure I will write another review when I finish treatment, but could not wait to tell anyone looking for Physical Therapy that this should be your first choice. They are great!

The plan and exercises they prescribed and demonstrated to me throughout were challenging but exactly what I needed for me to regain my range of motion and improve my strength. Tiffany from the front desk to my therapy people... Tiffany, Harvey etc..and they pushed me to do the best they knew I could do ..never giving up on me ...I am home now after Dr Dupay gave the thumbs up and still doing my exercises every day at home..Thank you a bunch everyone ....

She took the time to ask me questions about specific issues I was having and Taylored my session to focus on the problem! I payed attention to what else was going on with other patients all the therapists seemed to be kind and caring with each of their patients! Although everyone was professional the mood was elevated with laughter and everyone seemed to be at ease! your first contact is Amanda who is at the front desk ! She is an absolute ray of sunshine, so kind and helpful! I literally cannot wait for my next session! In subsequent months she had numerous medical tests and visited countless doctors only to discover that she had an inoperable blocked artery confining her to a wheel chair. Her neurologist referred her to Physical Therapy Now. Their staff and clinicians are skillful and morale-boosting. Employees addressed my wife by name and showed gentle encouragement as she gradually regained strength and mobility. By the third week of treatment, she was spending most of her day out of the wheel chair and walking with minimal assistance. In addition to increasing her physical ability the positive environment at Physical Therapy Now has improved her outlook on life. Thanks to Physical Therapy Now, a seemingly hopeless diagnosis is being met with wonderfully effective intervention. I was able to go in at the times that worked for me. I finished up with good results .you will know as soon as you go for the first visit its a good place. You are given a great choice of different coffees also. I would advise anyone to go to this facility you won't be disappointed. My therapist was Cheryl and she was great.

They really care about their clientele. I had a pulled hamstring that was completely debilitating. I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor so I stopped in to Physical Therapy Now and they were able to see me within a day. Tom diagnosed my problem and was able to get me almost to 100% in just two sessions. I seriously thought I was headed for surgery.Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t normally write reviews but had to give a shout out to this practice! I had surgery on both my feet over the summer, yes I know I’m crazy. I was in two casts and then walking boots for almost 2 months! When I was finally allowed to walk without the boots, we quickly realized my big toes didn’t have the mobility they were supposed to have... making it difficult to walk, let alone run or be active. So I chose this place because I already knew of the excellent reputation Tom had, as not only a PT, but as a person. And it did not disappoint! ❤️Kiersten was always a ray of sunshine at the front desk and I was always greeted by name upon entering. This is so vital to a clinic, there couldn’t be a more genuine smile to be the face of an office. She’s a keeper! ❤️Kim and Jeff were always interested in making sure everything ran smoothly and patients were well taken care of and happy with their service! Wherever help was needed, they were there! I’d love to have bosses like them! ❤️And Tom, as expected, was professional and knowledgeable about my surgery. He was able to mobilize my ankles and toes to get the movement I needed and then he provided me with the necessary tools and understanding of what to do to reach my goals! His compassion and kindness towards all his patients in the clinic is heart warming. There is no where else I’d send my family after being here! As for me, I’m doing great! Walking is perfect and I am excited to try running soon... I signed up for the Muddy Princess run so that should be fun! Hopefully I won’t injure myself in the process, but if I do, I know where I’ll be going! (Sorry this is so long but had to share my experience!)

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy we have a Physical Therapy option close to my home! I watched as they were building the strip mall and was so excited to see a physical therapy business going in! I knew that I would be needing physical therapy soon. I must admit that going to a new therapist is a little bit scary but the fear was immediately gone within 30 seconds of walking in the door! I was welcomed by Kierstin with the biggest smile ever! I was offered coffee and breakfast bars! I was also greeted with friendly, caring words from the owner Kim! I was using a walker with minimal functioning of my right leg/foot but Tom reassured me that he would get me walking without that walker! I felt as though he was a “miracle worker” because week two, the walker was gone! I faithfully did all of the exercises he taught me at home and worked hard! Tom planned my therapy around my particular needs. This was new to me as every therapy I had gone to in the past, had the same routine for every person with the same ailment! I’m very happy Physical Therapy Now is close to my home and recommend their services to anyone needing therapy!!
