Experiencia fantástica: I am several weeks in to seeing Dr. Tom Neidenbach at Millenium Physicians Group for physical therapy. His experience and expertise has already begun helping me restore my strength and range with an increase of 10+ degrees in cervical and rotary cuff range of motion and rotation. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Neidenbach’s professional knowledge, friendliness, kindness, and care has made what is not necessarily a pleasant experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. As a patient, I feel truly heard and cared for. Under his care, I have seen chronic pain level decrease from a constant 9 to what I would now describe as a 7 on a bad day and as low as a 4 on a good day, which is a very significant improvement for me. He even gave me a folder to keep track of my exercises and some resistance bands. If anyone in the area has to have physical therapy, I hope they get to see Dr. Neidenbach.

The staff is very friendly and excellent in explaining how you can help yourself with lots of carryover advice. I loved going to my sessions as I always left feeling great.

I was sick there and they called 911 for me and I was in the hospital for 4 days and very grateful to them. They are very nice and helpful

Experiencia negativa: Today was supposed to get an echo done I'm the capecoral office due to having an issue with my heart post being sick. Now I walk in a few mins late and they were going to see me until the check in girl decided to yell my balance out loud to the whole waiting room. I haven't worked in 4 weeks due to being sick and was denied my echo today because I didn't have $243 to give her right then and there. I am sick of people not even trying to help . I had something to give her but not all and this girl was beyond disgusting. Personality is a ZERO for the position she is in . The worst part of this experience was the waiting room staring at me because I couldn't pay my balance in full. I'm disgusted with this place . Save yourself the time

Experiencia negativa: Do yourself a favor and go to a different physician group, they do not put there patients first. if you have any medical condidtion they do not care. perscriptions are not being filled in a any timely manner and phone calls do not get returned, not to mention staff is rude!!
