Hannah fixed my TMJ and helped me actually understand the problem, instead of just treating the symptom. She spent a lot of time educating me on how the muscles work, so that I can manage it at home and avoid it happening again. She is awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: Simply the BEST physical therapists ever. Over the years I have been to several physical therapists and they are the only therapists that have ever helped. Wonderful staff and a nice environment.

Experiencia fantástica: If it was not for Dr Troy and his staff at theraplay I likely would not be walking. He understands and treats both of my rare conditions and keeps me walking and with as minimal pain as possible. The staff at the front all the way through are kind courteous and empathetic. The full body approach they use makes all the difference vs all the other therapy places I have been to. There will be no other therapy place for me again ever.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Dr Troy not because I was in pain but because I had many digestive issues and most recently burning mouth syndrome. Google it! It’s a thing. After 2 visits Dr Troy has helped 2 of my issues go away. I’m still a work in progress.. We are using functional medicine to fix other issues I have lived with for years. While I am not the normal physical therapy patient, I trust Dr. Troy and his osteopathic expertise. He is helping me with each visit. I still have more healing to go through but am extremely optimistic based off of positive results already! What I appreciate most about Dr Troy is that he actually listens to you and understands. And he remembers everything about your particular situation. He comes to each session with a full understanding and a plan. I’ve never had a doctor like him. I appreciate him very much. So grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to Theraplay for a number of issues but always, ALWAYS, they have dealt with me professionally, excellently, compassionately, and effectively. This last time, I went to them for spine issues and what a great job they did with helping me. Almost every time that I go to them and see my physical therapist I have a number of questions and she (Kathleen) deals with me patiently and thoroughly answers my questions. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are FANTASTIC!!!

Where others look at a single organ/joint and tell you you need surgery, Troy looks at your whole system, finds where it is out of align, and then works to realign the system so that it can return to its normal evolved function.

He believes in manual therapy which is what I have been needing for years. And he has helped me to understand why my body is in the condition that it is, and what can be done to improve it. He particularly specializes in body asymmetries of various kinds, which are behind all sorts of injuries and pain syndromes. Some of my family could not function without regular visits to get straightened out again. Highly, highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I have enjoyed the services of Therapy for several years and never fail to mention the fine services and staff to anyone asking about therapy. Troy has done for me what several other therapists could not do involving my neck and back. Am I without pain,? NO, but doctors tell me there is not a way that they can make that happen. Therefore, I will continue to have Therapy work their magic which allows me to perform activities that I could not handle without their due diligence. Their new office is spacious, comfortable and a view of the trees makes the visit pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Theraplay for over 2 years. Here is what I know - because of physical therapy at Theraplay I have not had an injection in my back over 16 months. When I went for only a few months, I ended up needing an injection much sooner. Also, they are a wonderful group of people there and you always feel heard with any issues you have. They are friendly, the place is always spotless, I never have to wait past my appointment time. I highly recommend Theraplay

He seeks out the source of your pain, explains the mechanics of any dysfunction and teaches you body awareness and self help techniques to strengthen muscles, relieve stress and improve posture and movement through mindfulness, He's like no other!

Experiencia fantástica: I have benefited greatly from the excellent care provided by THERAPLAY.This is a place where the patients' needs and lifestyle are an important aspect of the intervention. I am a gardener and have found that both Troy and Kathleen in their interactions with me, were able to match the therapy and the advice, to my specific individual needs. I have been to many Therapy centers but have never before seen such expert analysis and treatment. For example,they focused on the repetitive movements I frequently engage in when gardening. They cautioned me not to try to weed a whole bed, but to weed for awhile and then to do something completely different, such as walk around my garden and deadhead flowers.They make it possible for me, through their treatments and specific advice, to still garden but in a more sensible way so that I do not overdo and yet I still am able to enjoy my hobby.Their advice always makes sense to me because it is geared to my own lifestyle and needs.Theirs is not a "one size fits all" approach to treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Factora is the VERY best D.O./Physical Therapist, I have ever met. While Troy and his staff practice Western medicine, he incorporates mind/body/spirit into the healing process. He understands that each individual experiences pain in a different manner. In addition, I gain much insight and wisdom just by listening to his words. By incorporating mind/body/spirit, he has helped me understand where my injuries originated and how to overcome them. Throughout the years, I have tried many physical therapists, acupuncturists, and physicians. There is no comparison. If you have pain, and/or need physical therapy, I highly recommend Troy Factora and his staff. Theraplay offers conventional therapy and also many alternative methods, whatever works best to assist you in the healing process. I will always be grateful to have found a true healer!

Experiencia fantástica: All very kind and caring staff, change their approach/therapy for the day depending on how you are feeling/your situation for that day. Very individualized approach. Trust worthy staff. I have seen 3 different therapist, they all practice differently, however still have positive results. Troy is very educated in a variety of areas and really listens to your needs. He is focused on his patients and provides excellent care.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a pinched nerve at L5/L4 for 2 years and Kathleen G. is working with me to try to alleviate the numbness/tingling. I do my exercises twice daily to keep moving. She is amazing. She seems to always know which muscles have tightened up so she massages. Simply a first class therapist. I don't know what I would have done without her expertise. I've been with her for 6 months and during that time I have gotten much stronger, and not just around my Core. I am in better shape now than I was in my 20s, and I'm 75! I'm 5' 8" (actually am 1 inch taller than I was 5 years ago) and I weigh 123. Dr. Factora's staff is off the charts, like Ben and Chelsea and Mary Beth! What a crew! Thank goodness I have great insurance and can do this awesome therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to Troy and all of gals and guys I was finally able to get walk again without wearing my clumsy walking boot! I've had tradional pt as well as aqua therapy over the years and it hurt me more than anything. Thanks to my primary doctor sending me to Troy for a consult . Troy and his staff are amazing! I've told friends and family who are having issues to make an appointment to see Troy. I wouldn't ever go back to traditional pt. Lori
