Experiencia fantástica: On October 31, 2011 I was prescribed a 7 day course of Cipro (fluoroquinolone antibiotic) to treat a simple bacterial infection. Within the first few days of treatment I started experiencing pain in my feet, forearms, along with extreme muscle weakness & fatigue. I consulted with my MD and was told it could not be a reaction from the medication and that she had never heard no one has ever complained about it and advised me to continue until completed. The next few months, then years of my life were a blur and my health continued to progressively decline to the point that I couldn’t get out of bed to get to work and the career I worked so hard for was gone. I stopped enjoying life, my family, and friends and no answers on what was going on with my once healthy body. I had numerous diagnoses including adrenal fatigue, peripheral neuropathy, fibromyalgia, by as many as 14 different doctors and specialists as well as offers of pain or antidepressant drugs, but not one offered healing, understanding, or hope, only more tests and medication. I tend to believe once you settle for hiding the pain with medication you basically accept the loss of quality of life and I wanted to reach root cause and I wanted to heal. Now I know the FDA has named the condition FQAD Fluoroquinolone Associated Disability. I had lost any hope of healing and started to accept that there was no chance I would recover. That was until I found Dr. Pardun's practice. I sent him all the details of what I had been through and within the next day I received a call from Dr. Pardun offering help. During our consultation he listened to me and took the time to explain how he could help. There was no doubt in his voice only encouragement & hope. Whether one believes in the natural path to health or not, everyone should be treated with kindness and compassion. Dr. Pardun is very perceptive and I put my trust in him completely. It has been 3 months of treatment and after 4 years of suffering, fighting with doctors, fighting with FDA, finally my mobility, my immune system, and my pain has greatly improved. For those of you that have had adverse effects to a Fluoroquinolone or other medications, don’t give up. I'm beginning to get my life back. I owe to Dr. Pardun and his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr Pardun for several months now. I went in because I had constant lower back pain for many years. Amazingly, it rarely hurts anymore. What I wasn't expecting, is that getting my spine properly aligned has helped in many other ways. I no longer take allergy and sinus medicine on a daily basis, nor do I have to take Ibuprofen every day for back and headaches. I haven't felt this good in a long time and I'm so grateful that I don't have to take meds every day to attempt to feel better. I had no idea that spinal health could effect so many aspects of my over all heath. I will continue to see him regularly.

Not only do I receive relief from back and neck pain, but have received knowledge and training on how chiropractic care affects my overall health. One of the main influences it had on my health is regarding migraine headaches. After six years of suffering from frequent migraines, the regular adjustments not only helped shorten the duration while suffering through them but have now been migraine free for five years!

Also, the office is very clean and well organized. I have seen very positive changes in my posture and my body. This is the only chiropractor that I will go to. When I have ailments such as a cold or even flu type symptoms I know I can call and get in and getting a adjustment always helps! I appreciate Elizabeth so much, she is always cheerful and helpful, and never gets on to me when life gets hectic and I forget my regular appointment! I realize I'm a hard "fix" but I can honestly say that I firmly believe that Dr. Pardun has prevented me having the same neck surgery that three of my siblings and my mother have had. Experiencia fantástica: I was about 7 months pregnant when I first started going to Dr. Pardun. I was just entering what many consider to be the most uncomfortable season of pregnancy, and I was already experiencing some pelvic pain from SPD. What a blessing Dr. Pardun has been! I finished out my pregnancy seeing him twice a week, and can honestly say that I felt great throughout that whole third trimester! I delivered a week late, and even up through that last week I didn't have any back, hip, or pelvic pain, and I do attribute that to faithful, quality chiropractic care. I have been so thankful for him and his wonderful practice, and now my newborn is seeing him to help with his digestive struggles. Since then Dr. Mike has been a big help with my health in general because of his extensive knowledge about the whole body. Dr. Mike also treats my Grandmother, who has osteoporosis. Experiencia fantástica: After 50 years of engraving with my neck bent downward, plus a lifetime of bad posture, I was in a lot of pain and could not turn my head. Dr. Pardun's treatments have relieved much of the pain and although I'll never have the posture or the freedom of movement that I once had, at least I can function more comfortably. My wife has found that the adjustments help in keeping her allergies down without taking so much meds.

Experiencia fantástica: I began chiropractic care with Dr. Pardun in early 2000 when I was struggling with knee pain due to an old injury. With the adjustments, change in diet and daily exercise, I now have little or no pain in my knee. I once even tried to back off from the regular visits but soon found that I really needed those monthly visits to stay on track. I have energy and rarely noticed my knee. I highly recommend that people get chiropractic care just to stay healthy. I do not take any medications and feel great

My ribs go out often and he can put them back in place easily. He doesn't require x-rays all the time. I appreciate that because I don't believe x-rays are healthy. I highly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: I have felt compelled to write a review about Dr. Pardun for sometime because there is definitely a unique characteristic about his service that I believe is almost void in todays world. It is the real fact that he actually cares first and foremost about our quality of life. I could go on and on about what he does and how, if I follow his instructions, I am miraculously healed or I can just say that he really cares. I would be amiss though, if I did not mention a few other things which I keep learning about Dr. Pardun, only because it might be beneficial to you as well. Of course we all think of a chiropractor when our back or neck hurts, which is where I started with Dr. Pardun. I was originally skeptical of chiropractics but as I sat in the neurosurgeons office awaiting to be scheduled for neck surgery, I looked around the room filled with patients awaiting the same, all of which, for the second or third surgery, with rehab times of up to 6 months. I literally walked out and said to myself that I would be willing to try anything that would keep me from that debacle. The rest is history. I met Dr. Pardun when my threshold for the pain had been exhausted and my left arm useless. Of course, we all want immediate gratification as we all probably wait just as I had. There were times when I felt better and then there were set backs when I thought just maybe it would be just like the Neurosurgeon said “no other solution” . Unwilling to submit to surgery (probably because I was scared) I continued on following Dr. Pardun's orders and finally, unbelievably, the pain was gone. He talked me into keeping up with follow ups at least a couple times a month which he makes completely affordable and I did. Where here is the point I have been waiting to get to. Since I no longer had any back or neck pain I went ahead and mentioned a problem I was having with my elbow which I had already had surgery on just about a year ago. By the way, I had 3 doctors look at it and 2 said there was nothing they could do that it was osteoarthritis, but one was willing to try. Well anyway, once again Dr. Pardun has made it better, Unbelievable. Not done yet. Thought to myself, if he knows how to fix even my elbow maybe he can help my foot. I had a been to the podiatrist for treatment, whom was very nice an tried to help with a shoe insert but it was still killing me. After a long day at work and the pain again, unbearable, I went ahead and told him about it wondering if he might have any insight. Well, you know where this is headed, unbelievably he did. The rest is history. Thought I would see how much he could really do, so I asked him if he could help my marriage, he gave me a couple pointers but I'm still working on that. I was with my daughter when I went in one time and she said he has help as I'm not as grumpy when I'm not always in pain. What do know, Dr. Pardun might be able to do anything??? Sincerely, Rich A.

I was experiencing severe pain in my back and my mobility was very limited due to a number of factors which involved herniated discs, misalignments in my spine, as well as daily pain and tension in my neck and shoulders.
