Experiencia fantástica: From my first day at the facility I felt welcomed. The staff took the time to explain how they would help me with my own goals which they did. The therapist @ the gym amazing people. This is a great community. I recommend if you need the help call them.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t forget to leave a review to say how appreciative I am of this facility and the care they provided. Lots of bad stuff happening in places like these, so I was very hesitant, but I have to say that I am overly pleased with the outcome. Thank you!!!

Experiencia positiva: The “skilled” Nurseing needs a lot of help with reading doctors orders!! They keep contaminating my insulins by improperly and against doctors order on delivery instructions!! 1 they do not inject air into the vial first they draw the insulin first then let the air that went into the syringe from the bottom of the syringe into the bottle (vial) so what happens when you combine it that way??!!!! You get cross contamination!!! Or useless insulin!!! Beware especially those that can’t take care of themselves!!!

Experiencia positiva: A place filled with staff and medical professionals who are doing their best to aid in the physical rehabilitation process and daily care of many. No this is not a 5 start resort and yes we encounter many of the same issues other nursing rehabilitation centers may face. But the effort put in by all workers connected to this facility to keep residents safe and cared for is amazing.The therapy department here is topnotch too.

Experiencia fantástica: As the Admissions Director at Boca Raton Health and Rehab, I must say we have an amazing overall team. The nursing and therapy department really take pride in caring for the patients and residents who come to our facility. At Boca Raton Health and Rehab, our goal is to ensure we provide effective, safe, efficient, patient-centered, equitable, and timely care. In which, we have the 5 star quality measure rating from The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to prove it. As the Admissions Director, I interact with numerous patients and family members on a daily basis; where they share their testimonies about how glad they chose Boca Raton Health and Rehab; which is based off the genuine atmosphere, the care we provide and not the negative perception given by someone else. After families who come into our facility for tours and spending that one on one time with the staff, feel more comfortable about their love ones being at our facility for the next two weeks or even long term with us. They’re happy with the cleanliness of the environment, the attitude from the staff and the services we have to offer.

Experiencia fantástica: My dad had a private room. It was quiet, clean, his bed linens and he was always clean. The staff were very nice, friendly and caring. The meals were good and a varied menu. I was happy with the care he received.

Experiencia fantástica: I hope that whoever reads this will stick with my story. I’m telling it as it unfolds. Almost real time! My name is Brenda and my mom is terminal. Sh has been in and out of rehabilitation centers, hospitals and skilled nursing homes for the better part of a year. I think that I have enough experience to write this review. The first impression: My mother and I went for a tour with Alexis. She is friendly, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about elderly living care. That week I went to 5. Some I did not even go inside. I talked to many visitors and staff. Then I went to the reviews of each one. I was saddened by the amount of negative reviews for all of the facilities. Alexis touched base with me a couple days later and I spoke with her about my concerns of the reviews I had read. She invited me to stop by anytime, to see the employees in action. She was not afraid in the least of a surprise visit. I did and ended up picking this place. My mother got there on a Monday night at 9 pm. Not only did they have here room ready, clothes laid out, but all of her medications where ready. And I mean all 12 including they exact insulin she takes!! Bravo!! Other places we have waited three days. More to come I will leave you with this thought. I have been impressed everyday at and with this facility. I stay active in my mothers care and that matters to staff members. I encourage and compliment the staff. I keep open communication everyday.

Experiencia positiva: The physical therapy team at Boca Raton Rehab is top notch. They are knowledgeable, experienced, get to know their patients, and really care about their progress. Most of the nursing staff are capable knowledgeable but both the nurses and the aides are overworked. I would also recommend trying to keep the rehab patients on a separate wing from the dementia patients whose outbursts are sleep disrupters during the overnight hours. My dad was on a restricted diet, and when that was lifted, it took several days for the kitchen staff to get regular meals to him. Overall, he received the care he needed, but Linda, Kathy and in PT were truly outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to start off by saying this facility is just all around wonderful . They’re very attentive and hands on . My grandma was recently transferred to this facility due to bad treatment at another one ,and honestly we’re glad she was accepted here. Nurse Patricia is the sweetest nurse who takes her time to make sure my grandma is at ease . She communicates with you as much as needed to assure you your loved one is doing okay .

Experiencia fantástica: Boca Raton is very pristine. The staff cares for you like family especially Jessica Hunt. She guides you through the entire process treating you with respect and not as a number. Boca Raton Rehab Center is definitely the place for all your rehabilitation needs in a clean and caring facility.
