Experiencia fantástica: After hurting my shoulder and ignoring it for too long I was referred to Elvis and the Training Room to get fixed. I came close to going somewhere else because he was booked solid for a week or so. OMG.. I'm so happy that I waited for him to evaluate me (and I realized why there was a little wait)!!! 2X a week for 3 months I went for PT for my frozen shoulder. If I could give Elvis and his team 10 stars I would. Totally professional, great atmosphere, and shockingly I looked forward to going to my sessions. All the shoulder/arm movements I wasn't able to do 3 months ago have returned to almost perfect. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: Elvis and his team were excellent at administering and guiding me with the phyical therapy I needed to get back to walking properly. I especially appreciate that Elvis tailored my PT so that I could manage an important family trip that involved a lot of hiking. The entire staff was friendly and personable with an eye for making sure therapy was effective and appropriately done.

Experiencia fantástica: After spending over a year visiting a Chiropractor, I was getting tired of how small of a progress I was doing, and how easy it reverted after a few days without treatment. I decided to change method and that's how I ended up in Dr. Elvis Ramnarace's Physical Therapy practice. That was one of the best decisions I've made in the last few years of my life. After only 10 weeks I already feel a lot of improvement and what is just as important: it is not an ephemeral relieve. Not only the Dr. is a skillful professional, but he has also managed to surround himself by a very dedicated and aware staff. From the moment you get in, to the moment you leave, each of them is all ears and eyes to take care of your well being, noticing even the smaller smirk you made and jumping to help immediately. Absolutely recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: As a 56-year-old, I have been to physical therapy several times before for various injuries and ailments. I know good physical therapy from run of the mill--and I can assertively and confidently provide Training Room Physical Therapy with a full-throated endorsement. I was slightly nervous going in as I was rehabilitating from the first surgery (knee) I've ever had. That nervousness was quickly eliminated with a sound and compassionate assessment. That assessment was then followed by a logical program that was constantly adjusted for my body and progress. Whether I was working directly with Elvis, Nelson, Liza, or Constance, I moved forward with absolute confidence that I was in good hands. Along the way, I noticed how the therapists were handling other patients. In every case patients were supported, listened to, never diminished or dismissed. Ultimately the care I received was the best physical therapy experience I've had and my recovery has been accelerated well beyond my expectations. While not a priority to me, my concern in a physical therapist is ability not personality, it helped the experience that Training Room is a group of good people who are fun to be around.

Elvis quickly had me on a regimen that enabled me to start regaining strength in my shoulder in addition to increasing my range of motion. Elvis, Liza, Constance and Nelson are professional, genuinely care about their patients, honest, friendly and truly feel like family. I will be forever grateful to them.

I have been using their services for over a year as I recovered from two major operations. The staff takes the time to explain the reason for each exercise and answers all questions. After my second operation, I was referred to another group and quickly realized I needed to go back to Elvis and his team. They are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Over the years, I have gone to the Training Room for four issues (knee, neck, back and now my shoulder). Every time, Elvis has fixed the problem. I am well on my way to having my shoulder back in top form. Even my orthopedic doctor is impressed with the improvement! Elvis and his team provide a thorough explanation of the exercises you need to do, why you need to do them, make sure you are doing them correctly, and help you increase intensity as you improve. I wouldn’t go any place else.

Experiencia fantástica: Training room saved me from surgery! Elvis, Liza, Constance, and Nelson go above and beyond....They ALL saved me from having surgery and I can't thank them enough. Elvis explains the reasons why my shoulder or lower back is in pain and thoroughly shows you the types of exercises that is most beneficial to recovery. Constance and Nelson take their time showing you the proper form and make sure that you are doing the correct exercises! Liza does her best to accommodate the times that work best for you and is so pleasant with any requests! Elvis Ramnarace is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable therapist, as is Liza, who likewise excels in guided exercises, stretching, and all manner of PT, leading to extended mobility, reduced pain and a greater quality of life. The office Team is supported by Doris, a kind, smiling, efficient first face, and Constance a welcoming, multi-tasking PT assistant. The esprit in the Training Room between staff and patients is lightsome, but always professional, positive and encouraging. Each patient’s concerns or complaints are listened to, and taken into consideration, as therapy continues. I have been receiving PT there for nearly three month after rotator cuff surgery, and have seen great progress. Careful measurements are taken periodically, and close contact with the prescribing doctor is maintained. I look forward to my bi-weekly PT, not because it’s easy, but because I can see the range of motion it has given me and the positive mental support essential for full recovery! There is no comparison between the Training Room and past PT facilities I have attended! This is the gold standard! I could not recommend Dr. Elvis Ramnarace and the Training Room more highly!

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional treatment. Had a tennis elbow and bicep problem that was active for almost a year before I went for help. They set up a very well planned treatment program that was very effective and cured the problems. Better than other physical therapists i have encountered over the years.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend them.
