Experiencia fantástica: Physical therapy will be hard no metter where you go but this facility know how to administrated physical therapy better then anybody else. Much of the staff that I met this time as the same as I met 2 years ago. That is a big plus.

Maya the concierge is very sweet and helpful. She is there when she needed. The staff very accommodating. For short time Legacy became my home.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend the Legacy as the best rehabilitation center in Boca Raton. Charming Scotty prearranged the entrance in coordination with the hospital and the pharmacy. That was the first best impression. Maya is the most beautiful person from outside and from inside. She is caring and very professional, always ready to find a solution and to accommodate the patients. She visits every day to be sure that the patients feel well and that they are receiving good care. She brings refreshments, with loving care and attention. Marie, the social worker is fantastic. I called her and in five minutes she was working with Maya to find a better room with a quieter roommate. The nurses and the nurses's assistants are really angels providing wonderful care. They are very professionals and very kind people. The people in charge of the food are very attentive. They try the best to find an alternative if it is necessary. They would go back to the kitchen to get an extra tuna sandwich or an egg salad. The housekeepers are very nice too. When one ask for paper towels or any other items, they are very fast to get the items. They do their job with a smile and with politeness. The physical therapists are very professional and very enthusiastic helping the patients. In other words, the whole team is fantastic. The legacy is heaven! (I have been in many rehab centers with my mother, and I can tell that the Legacy is the best) I forgot to mention that the food is the best Jewish style food in town.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed the entertainment the music was fun and the people were very nice. Physical therapy really help me. And I really appreciate it thank you so. much. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very friendly. There are some issues though. One is the screening machine at the front. I have registered myself at least 4 times and every time I go there it makes me register again. That needs to be addressed. The second issue I have was with the weekend staff in my mom's section is definitely not as attentive as the weekday. Received attitude from a few of the staff members when simply asking why my mom was placed in her wheelchair crooked and left like that all day. All in all though I'm very happy with her being there and feel lucky to have found her a comfortable and very clean place to be. I know the nurses and staff have a very hard job and I think the majority do a great job. Shout out to the activities director Robin and the head nurse in my mom's wing Tracy. There always putting in that extra effort.

Experiencia fantástica: As another healthcare worker (w/ Trustbridge Hospice) in Boca Raton, Fl, I have to say that working with their Admission Staff (Scotty/Melissa) is a joy!!! They are professional, trustworthy and prompt, in helping to facilitate a transfer from our Acute/Short Term Care Center, to their SNF…. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Definitely a great place! The staff is amazing. Melissa is the best! Very good bedside manor, cheerful, upbeat, and a great attitude. My mom has been in a couple other places for rehab and this is by far the best place we have encountered!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been very well cared for at Legacy by a very friendly staff. I found the physical therapy experience to be far greater than my initial expectations. The food, while clearly not what you would get from a fine restaurant, is actually quite good. You often have to deal with several surly workers at rehab facilities that are only putting in time but don't really give a damn about the residents but that was not even remotely my experience at Legacy.

Experiencia fantástica: My new home. I came here like a wet reg, today I walk down the corridor making visits to old friends and making new ones. I want for nothing, just ask and it's there. My concierge Mayya is greatly responsible for my new outlook, she lead me to set outside in the fresh air, painting class class, three times a week entertainment. The nurses for the most part are very nice

We chose Legacy this time around as we had heard good things. They really are wonderful. The staff (nursing, rehab therapy, social work) are friendly and communicative. They are always quick with a smile and willing to help. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Legacy to anyone.

An extra special thank you to Scotty who helped tremendously with the insurance process by getting everything organized and processed so efficiently.

Experiencia fantástica: Before we came to The Legacy Rehab we did our due diligence by researching this and other Rehabs. We chose Legacy because it was the best and closest to our residence. So far, my husband’s therapy has been great. The nursing and other staff members have been helpful, supportive and friendly. My one concern is that you are a bit under staffed and this is something that should be addressed because it is impacting your nursing care. Thanks for taking care of my husband. Zan Liebowitz.

He was there for 5 months he had many issues and many problems and it took a team effort but legacy showed us how to get through it and we were very grateful for the. Help and understanding and care what you have to be hands-on networks. Really well

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank Scotty and all of the nurses and staff at Legacy. Too many names to list. Our dear friend was in several different wings as he tried to rehab and get better so that he could go home and enjoy the rest of his life. The nurses have 30 patients each and even though they are always super busy , they are always smiling and eager to help. They are real angels and they took great care of our friend Denny, who was not always on easy patient. I would recommend this center for rehabilitation or long term care.

Experiencia fantástica: i have been at legacy for a little over a week. I arrived in a of pain having had a knee replacement, late at night. The staff and paramedics made sure i was put to bed and made comfortable for the night. In the morning i awoke to a staff of people on different levels or professionals .. Maya came in with her cherry disposition and bright smile comes daily to see that we are happy bringing treats and news invitations to all sorts of fun events held here.. Maria, our social worker comes in with her joyful smile and attitude to see what services we need while and ensures a smooth level of services for after we leave to continue to improve our health bringing us to independence.. Then there is Mary who works non stop. Often multitasking to make sure among other things we get to our appoints outside of Legacy .. a one women power finding transportation to get us where we are going among who knows what else Her efficiency boggles my mind.. There is one nurses in particular Chanvelar (not sure of spelling) and Evelyn, who understands our medical and medicinal needs... she will go above and beyond to see that they are met. The attendants, who come in out all day with a cherry word a big smile and some a contagious laugh.. Keeping us comfortable, getting things we want or need, helping us in or out of bed as needed. always cheerful and gentle. Physical and occupational Therapy .. I have no words that would be good enough to describe this group of professionals. The patience, care, knowledge and ability to keep us moving forward and positive no matter what level of disability, age or willingness to move on we may be at. I worked mostly with Yanet and Rick among others, the knowledge and professionalism encouraging my every step. They answer all my questions and really listen to my needs as do all the therapists.. They work around visitors, Doctors appointments, meals etc. Most importantly i can see progress as they help me toward independence. I would highly recommend Legacy at Boca Raton as a place to recover and get back on your feet. Sincerely, Honey Weiner

The facility is very clean, the rooms were spacious. The staff was always so friendly & just took such great care of my mom & they made my dad & I feel so welcomed. My mom Vincenza was there for 2 years before she passed away & she was happy there from the beginning to the end! Thank you all

The service has been tremendous not only from the top, but also to the bottom the nurses, the people I’ve been very friendly I’ve done everything that we’ve asked. It’s a very large place and they have a lot of people but I will tell you the truth. They are very very busy and they do their job extremely well

Experiencia fantástica: The absolute B E S T !!! my father has been in 14 facilities over two years and the Legacy at Boca has been the most OUTSTANDING facility on all levels. Starting with the administration staff who went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly with the admission to discharge. The facility is clean, the rooms are very nice, large, and even have refrigerators. The nursing staff, doctors, and Aides are TOP NOTCH! Extremely knowledgeable, always quick to respond and extremely caring and compassionate. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Legacy at Boca. I can’t say enough about the facility. It is FIRST CLASS!

Experiencia fantástica: My father has been at The Legacy for almost one week. We have been so so happy with this wonderful place. No one really wants to be in rehab or a nursing home, but if the time comes this is as good as can be. My father has been treated with kindness and respect. Everyone tries to be as attentive as they can. (In spite of the shortage of healthcare workers everywhere). So far we have been very impressed with the kindness, cleanliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Not to mention the grounds are beautiful.

As a retired registered nurse, I have been in many facilities across the country and this is by far one of the best long-term care facilities located in Boca Raton, Florida. Many thanks to Scotty in admissions who helped us secure a beautiful room with a view of the lake for Aunt Sue. All the nursing staff of the 300 wing, the housekeepers, kitchen staff, all the way to the salon - Silvia who provided Aunt Sue with her hair care.
