Experiencia fantástica: Wound Care Nurse Gayle Marin is a Hero and an Angel! My family and I are very grateful for the stellar care she is providing my mother. Her expertise in this field is obviously top notch and her kindness, compassion, and genuine interest in helping my mom has been outstanding! She also helps my mom’s friend, who is also here at Encore, and she just loves Gayle and the treatment she’s received from her. Kudos Encore for having such an expert on staff!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband has been at Encore for almost a week. From what I have observed the staff has accommodated his needs. I have ask numerous questions, and the staff has eased my anxiety, along with returned my phone calls. The facility is clean, and temperature in my husband's room is comfortable. I will continue to observe and update my review as his stay progresses.

Experiencia fantástica: Hermithe Sergile is an exceptional worker at Encore. Since my friends dad who is suffering from dementia has been there now for almost 3 week, Hermithe we have seen working and caring for Jerry the entire time. She is an amazing worker and is kind, and is very persistent at her job responsibilities. I am so happy to see a worker like Hermithe take her job responsibilities above and beyond. I would highly recommend if you have a loved one who is in need of rehabilitative care, Encore in Boca Raton would be my #1 recommendation. Thank you for all that you do Hermithe!

Sam in activities has gone above and beyond to make my Mother’s stay easier and brings joy to those she comes in contact with. Experiencia fantástica: Hermithe Sergile is an aNgel...IT is a pleasure seeing her every morning..she is kind..polite...compassionate, efficient and professional. Not that all the other at the Encore staff aren't worth mentioning, bc they are, but she brightens my day when I walk in in mornings bc I know my dad is clean, his bedding is crisp and my dad himself is bathed and comfortable. If u have any doubts about which facility, Encore Rehab at Boca Raton is hands down the best, cleanest, most professional facility my father has been in. And he's been in ALOT!

She does this when she's super busy which means a lot that shows dedication. One day I asked her about her about her personal life and family. She shared wonderful stories and memories. We made a great connection she told me I'm her friend too. Violette this aide is great here I'm very thankful.

Experiencia fantástica: Want to give credit to this special CNA Michelline Sainvil. She's the best at what she does for the Patients. Very Professional and knows her job very well. She makes sure the Patient is cleaned up properly and ready for Therapy. Never complains and Joel Pastolove and private Aide would just like to Commend her for the hard work she does and give her 100% rating. Also Jesula Celestin in housekeeping always does a great job in keeping the room clean. I must mention the Admin Assistant Miss Hines and the Consierge Destiny has been most helpful in making sure that the Resident is Happy with the Services they offer here. When we just came here there were things that we weren't happy about but after being here for over three months getting to know the Staff who are in Charge things got so much better. It's a Friendly Atmosphere with Lovely People who get things done right so I would definitely recommend this Rehab to anyone who needs this kind of Service and make sure to ask for Miss Hines and Miss Destiny. They will make your stay a very pleasant one!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a CNA from the start since I have been here (7 months). She is a young lady who is very professional. When you ask for something she will get it for you in the same instant. She is determined in the medical line of work. I wish all the aids have her drive. She will assist you with everything that you need. I hope she will be a good example to other workers. I guess because of her age, I see her in the morning and at night (working). Experiencia fantástica: The encore staff has been good to me especially the aides Bobe Jean and Hermithe they’re very helpful, pleasant, and courteous they are the absolute best. Destini the concierge has been helpful also she answers the phone for me anytime I have a concern she follows up.

Experiencia fantástica: Hermithe she's always friendly makes sure I'm clean, dry, washes my hair she's a great aide. Bobe Jean always wakes me up in the morning makes sure I'm clean too and gentle with care. Miracle answers to my questions about when I'm leaving rehab. The whole staff at physical therapy they help me and genuinely care about me and my progress.

Experiencia fantástica: Violet Lindor, is such a beautiful person inside and outside. Violet was my aid for the stay here at Encore at Boca Rehabilitation Center. I remember When Violet offered me the first shower, it was a such blessing, I cried. Violet thank you so much for everything that you have done for me. I will never forget you. My Therapist and Occupational Therapist were Amanda & Mitch, they were great, they worked my body and muscles that have not worked for 53 years prior before. Experiencia fantástica: My mother-in-law spent a short time at The Encore after she fell at home. Mitch K. was her physical therapist and he was amazing! He made her feel safe and got her back on her feet so she could go home.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here at the encore are very nice I've been to nursing homes but by far this has been the best nursing center with a beautiful garden and the therapy here is great as well as the clean environment.

Experiencia fantástica: My Grandma was at Encore after a fall. The staff was pleasant and the food was decent, but by far the best and most important part was her therapy. Mitch was her PT and worked diligently with her to get her back on her feet. My family is forever grateful! Thanks, Mitch!

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually write reviews but this was too important not to. The Therapy at Encore is second to none. I live in NY so I couldn’t visit but when my grandmother was there Mitch was her therapist. She raved about him. He called often to update us on her progress. Grandma said he was kind and gentle but pushed when necessary. Thanks Mitch and the rest of the rehab staff.

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE: I’m now a patient at The Encore of Boca Raton 2 yrs later, STILL giving a 5⭐️ review. Encore has been beautifully updated (except the bathrooms). My daytime aide, HERMITHE SERGILE, is Fantastic!! Kind, helpful, efficient, and professional along with most of the remaining staff. Would highly recommend the Encore of Boca Raton. Staff is very professional, kind, and attentive. My husband’s room and bathroom are spotless. During my visit, staff members came in to check on him and see to his needs. He has OT and PT once a day. He’s been treated extremely well and he really likes the food! I feel bad for those families that had a bad experience here but for my husband, nothing could be more different from his experience so far.

Experiencia fantástica: Since my husband and I have been at the encore Lisa has been wonderful to us she has the best costumer service as well as nurse Darline she’s very good with my husband I am pleased. Destini and Deborah they’re wonder very helpful and cooperative people.

Experiencia fantástica: While there is no place like home , this is by far the best rehab facility that I have ever seen. They have staff who truly cares and goes above and beyond to help each resident be as comfortable and well cared for as possible. Extremely clean and more like a hotel than a rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom has been a patient for a few weeks here and it has been great! The 2 CNAs, Hermite and Bernante have been outstanding! They are so sweet and caring. They treat my mom as if she is family!!!! Destini, the concierge is also wonderful!!!! The only thing my mom has not enjoyed is the food. Perhaps maybe patients that are able, should get a choice for food. The PT team has also been wonderful. Mike, Vanessa, Silvia have all been so patient with my mom! Experiencia fantástica: When I first got to the encore I met Destini the concierge is kind, outgoing, great personality, and goes out her way. When I moved to another unit she was even more helpful moving my things down to the other room.

My family spent Thanksgiving here the facility hosted a Thanksgiving luncheon the chef was absolutely amazing my family and I loved the food. I would definitely The Encore.

Experiencia fantástica: I've gotten the opportunity to have Michael Jordan as my physical therapist for 4 years. He really cares for his patients he works hard to have them meet their goals. No matter what their difficulties are. Nurse Amorage she's very attentive and go above her role as a nurse to fulfill her patients needs. I'm truly thankful for the staff.

All of the Certified Nursing Assistants, Nurses, and staff members are wonderful however there is one that is exceptional her name is Angele S. She works with csuch compassion and love. I am so proud to live her at the Encore and call it my home.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband stayed at the Encore the physical therapist Michael Jordan is very professional, you can relate to him, informative on what exercises to do when getting home after being discharged. The doctor Dr. Cortizo is absolutely amazing.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband’s nurse Allix is friendly, helpful, proficient, and responsible. The nurses Luma and Jeane are really great as well. His therapists Simon and Gillian they really work with him and encourage him to keep him pushing forward.

Experiencia fantástica: While being in rehab at the encore I got to experience great care here from nursing and therapy. Hermithe is great she's always checking on her patients she's a very nice lady.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom couldn’t walk when she arrived at Encore, she fell a lot and had cognitive issues. She has made a huge turn around thanks to the caring staff, amazing nurses and top notch physical therapy department. My mom has her good days and bad but enjoys life overall and Encore provides her with activities she can’t get it home, she loves the music days and making friends. The facility is being updated and looks nice.

Experiencia fantástica: In the last three months I’ve been to three different rehabilitation centers/facilities. Encore rehabilitation at Boca Raton Florida has by far been the best in regards to patient care and other accommodations. One of the nurses aids that stands out by far as providing the best personal patient care is Hermithe Serigle. She has truly proven to be very professional at all times and dedicated to my care and personal welfare. She has made my time here at Encore a lot more tolerable. I can’t say enough good things about my time and interactions with her. Hermithe is an asset to Encore and should receive proper recognition for her dedication.

Experiencia fantástica: After visiting several places with my mom in mind, I found Encore and it has been a real revelation. Mom is 91 and needs rehab and long-term care. Encore has those and outshines other places I visited. It’s bright, has a lovely outdoor area with patio, comfortable benches and a gazebo, and a friendly, helpful staff that put my mom at ease and reassured me that she’ll be well taken care of. The admission staff of Brian, Nick, and Sergio was friendly and helpful, making it easy to transition my mom to the facility. Staff members have been courteous and supportive. I’m glad we found Encore.

Experiencia fantástica: Mom is there with broken hip, I have been to many homes in Pennsylvania and now Florida, Encore is by far the best facility I have been in. I’m sure if you have lots of money you could find someplace better but Encore is outstanding. Many who leave comments that are negative seem to not know how good it is. She is the director of concierge. she went above and beyond to help me!! She always returns my calls and makes every visit memorable and durable. Crystal even answers the phone off duty!!
