I came to North Boulder Physical Therapy because I was experiencing some pain in my shoulders, Jimmy was able to calm my nerves about this pain, diagnosis what was going on, and come up with a game plan to help me strengthen my shoulders. Jimmy is not only a very calming presence but a very creative Physical Therapist who can look at any problem and come up with a solution. My goals for healing my shoulder were very specific, so Jimmy would come up with variations and new exercises targeted towards my specific goals. The entire staff is friendly and encouraging, I’ve been going to North Boulder PT for only a couple weeks and have already seen growth, strength and confidence in my shoulders. The facility as a whole is very professional and organized. I never had a problem with my therapist being late or getting canceled on and I typically take the 7:00am slots.

I had a dozen half hour sessions with Matthew Smith who is a terrific physical therapist: very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and friendly. The staff at the facility is also great. Overall a very good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow. Just wow. Dane treated me for a herniated disc at C5 – C6 last summer, and he brought my pain level from about an eight down to zero. My pain had been getting progressively worse over two years, and the work he did on me and the exercises I did brought me enormous relief even after the first session. I have had other issues treated at North Boulder Physical Therapy, and everyone I have worked with has been super helpful, friendly and professional. I am tremendously grateful for all the help they have given me, and I highly recommend their services.

Also, the facility is excellent with plenty of space and all necessary equipment.

In two months with Randi, I was able to regain not just full range of motion, but overall strength throughout my arm as well as my opposite. All the staff were professional and made an excellent effort to keep the place as clean as possible. With a variety of exercise equipment and therapy options, they have you covered for plan of care. Would recommend to anyone looking for a physical therapist in the boulder / denver area.

Over the course of 6 months, I steadily progressed from no weight on my foot to a full return to running. Shannon did an excellent job of learning what I was experiencing and what my goals were, and then structuring every visit around specific exercises that built the foundation for mobility and strength. Feeling really grateful to have had such high quality care so close to home.

She is knowledgeable about the Achilles, resourceful in the exercises she assigns & demonstrates, very patient with my barrage of questions, and always encouraging! Paige's calm & competence provide a pleasant environment for healing. I highly recommend her! I have found the PT aids & supporting staff at the Center Green facility to also be excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: On October 7, 2021, I was involved in a head-on collision. My extensive injuries required both physical therapy and occupational therapy. Dr. Gagliano from Boulder Bone & Joint referred me to North Boulder Physical Therapy, and I am so glad he did! Mary Kay, the hand specialist, was amazing. She got my right hand from being almost completely open (unable to bend my fingers!) to me being able to close my fist almost entirely! My physical therapist was Macy, and her work with my shattered right ankle and heel was astounding. I highly recommend North Boulder Physical Therapy. In addition to Mary Kay and Macy, their team of assistants (Nick and Marco and others!) and the front desk staff (especially Selma!) were friendly, helpful and encouraging on each visit. I was a patient there from December 2021 through April 2022, and could not be more grateful. They saw me go from wheelchair to hemi-walker to cane to unassisted walking! I don't know where I would be today without their diligence and encouragement!

Experiencia fantástica: Came in with a litany of injuries, most of which were sustained due to overuse + rock climbing and hiking long distances. While not a “climbing specific” practice, if you are able to communicate pain levels/cause-and-effect/what does/doesn’t cause pain, the PT’s here are sharp and will develop a unique regimen of activity-specific exercises. Super impressed by the professionalism and technical prowess displayed by Rani, Marco, Nick, Sam, and the other PTs who worked with me. The willingness to deep-dive and explain anatomy was much appreciated as well. If I were to injure myself again the disappointment would be largely tempered by the knowledge that i’d get to work with these wonderful people again :). Very thankful for the opportunity, cannot recommend highly enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I had not waited to start PT for a shoulder injury. I'm so happy with the results at North Boulder PT. The in-office and at-home treatment plans were tailored to my needs and I was able to quickly see the progression of healing and strength. Matt and Tracy are exceptional therapists. At each appointment, they were aware of where I had left off and what needed work. They were always gathering feedback and changing or adding to my plan. We worked through pain management in the beginning to strengthening towards the end. Scheduling appointments was easy and there were always time slots available when I needed them. The online at-home portal is also a user-friendly resource if you forget how to do a certain exercise.

My therapist Macy is very personable, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions easily. She came up with an excellent set of exercises for me adjusting them as I progressed. You know how you can get a really good temperature reading on the degree of friendliness just via booking an appointment? Everyone there is so friendly! The natural light is amazing. There’s usually great music, that’s relaxing and not intrusive. The PT equipment is engaging and effective. And my Physical Therapist, Chelsea, was awesome. So skillful and really intuitive. Highly recommend!
