The ladies that attend to filing the insurance, checking in, and making my appointments are always friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The therapists listen and involve me in all the decisions and exercise/ therapies. I highly recommend this Fyzical location for all your PT needs.

What about Ice bath some where. I need it threw medical I do not want to do it my self i reported when i got hit from a car they had me get me in a ice tub.When I was nine.

The level of care was reduced and 2 significant injuries were caused as well as insults from male staff. I would not recommend the North Fort Myers Location.

The facility is clean , there was hardly any wait time and they were very professional. I’m confident that they will help me attain my goals. Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to about 7 PT sessions at the FYZICAL North Fort Myers location. It is well organized and clean and the staff is great. They all seem very skilled and also personable.Most importantly, I can really notice improvement in my foot.

Experiencia negativa: I found this center to be very unprofessional. I had a fall and my doctor gave me a script for PT. I went to FYZICAL as it was only minutes from my residence. I was gien an appointment time of 13:00 and told to be there at 12:30. I arrived at about 12:20 and the place was almost empty. Just before 13:00 the staff started to return from lunch. I then questioned why I was told to be at my appointment at 11:30 when nobody was available. It is obvious that they valued their time more important than my time. I then requested my script be returned and walked out. What a waste of an hour of my time.....

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor provided a referral for physical therapy to address a balance issue. I chose FYZICAL based on my knowledge of this PT center. Physical Therapist Eric provided a thorough initial evaluation as well as a practical and effective path for recovery. He is most knowledgeable and conducted the therapy sessions with an assist from PT Georgia. Treatment and continued evaluation improved my balance issue. I was also provided guidance to continue improvement at home. I was pleased with the results. Also of note, the office staff and other therapists were also most courteous, knowledgeable and easy to interact with.

I can’t think of anywhere else that every staff member is one of the most genuine, professional and caring people I’ve ever met, but that’s exactly what they’ve managed to accomplish at Fyzical. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and the staff genuinely cares. The customer service specialist (probably a manager) Julie, will take care of everything, remember your name and greet you kindly every time. Kevin, is ridiculously professional, while also being super kind, knowledgeable and caring. Jerry, is a complete goofball but makes things entertaining, does a great job and is super easy to talk to. Roxana, is one of the kindest, most genuine, sweet, caring people I’ve ever met in my life. I can’t say enough good things about her and regardless of how much she gets paid, they should triple it! Even when she was pushing me to the max(exactly what I needed) I still couldn’t help but laugh and smile constantly because her amazing personality is contagious! Ashley, I only worked with her once but she was very helpful and friendly. Connie, seems like a super cool person that would probably be a blast to be around. I’ve heard her talk about loving motorcycles and just that alone makes her a star in my book. When I started at Fyzical I was in a really rough place in life and I can’t even describe how much they’ve helped me not only physically, but mentally! I don’t normally write reviews and if I do they aren’t normally very long, but this place deserves so much praise for the incredible team of amazing people they’ve established. I can’t thank them enough

My range of motion after two sessions improved greatly in my neck, arm and The pain I was experiencing in my shoulder for the past year is gone! Diane is an exceptional Physical Therapist. She spent time explaining the process, was gentle and highly knowledgeable in her field.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is fantastic!!! After having foot surgery 2 times within 3 months I could not even bend my foot and was in a lot of pain. My therapist (Marie) was completely patient with me, walked me through the daily exercises at the clinic, and printed out instructions for exercises that I could do at home to help the process. My foot now feels 100% better and has definitely made a lot of progress. She is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during each appointment. All employees of Fzyical are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their friendliness made therapy so much easier

I have been going FYZICAL for almost two weeks and have seen five different therapist, which is a bit unsettling. They are all good, but Shaun seems to be making the most progress. I would prefer to have the same person all the time.

You have an appointment at 1 o’clock they take you at 1 o’clock there is no waiting around. I really respect the fact that they value my time. It also seems that they develop a comprehensive plan based upon your original meeting. All in all I think I’ve had a very successful experience

Trying to link a photo again to show you what I mean. And when you go inside to tell them they say they can't do anything about it.

They make you feel like they've known you for years, when you've only just met them, with their level of care and compassion. I've seen all but one of the therapist and they ALL show an interest in my progress EVERY time I'm in. I carried over from last year, with a change of insurance that meant I was out of network, but it is TOTALLY worth the extra money for the treatment I am receiving!!!

It’s not easy dealing with neglected issues that I have but Diane is very methodical in slowly progressing each stage of the process to get thru the difficult times. The physical therapists know what they're doing. I'm healed an no longer need physical therapy, but I do miss visiting here as part of my routine.

Experiencia negativa: If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. With the doctor referral in hand I called Fyzical in NFM to set an appointment. I informed them that I had insurance and heard a deep sigh followed by "you're going to have a big co-pay". I was told I'd have to set an appointment for them to check my insurance and get an actual amount. I decided to physically bring the paperwork into the office so we could maybe streamline this process and be accurate with the co-pay amount. I was met with the same response. I was baffled because I have really good insurance. After the girls in the office and I went back and forth I decided to set a tentative appointment. The first available was about two weeks out. Their process of how they verify insurance is far more dificult than it needs to be. I called the number on my card and was told the co-pay amt in 7 mins. Then the one gal was inquiring about the injury so she went to discuss it with the therapists. After a few minutes she comes back and tells me they would feel more comfortable if my daughter went somewhere else. If your time is worth nothing and you like being met with negativity at every turn, go here. I am not sure if it's the staff, policies or the clientele but something is definitely off.

Experiencia fantástica: January 12, 2018, I had a shoulder replacement. I was very anxious to spend time in our winter home in Florida. So after my 2 week check up, I got permission from my doctor to go to Florida if I would make sure I found a good Physical Therapy group to proceed with therapy. They would then reports back to my doctor. I did not know where to go so asked a neighbor in the RV Park where she had gone after breaking her leg in 2 places last year. She highly recommend this group. So I went and I could not have been more pleased with all the therapist there at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center. They Know the body and know how to help you gain your movement and strength back again in those muscles. Of course, I had to do my exercise at home as well as at the therapy center. Without their help there and teaching me how to do the exercises at home, I am sure I would not be moving my arm as well as I am today. And I am still exercising here back in my Missouri home but I am thankful for all they taught me and I am still improving! Alice

Experiencia fantástica: I had a complete reverse shoulder replacement of my left shoulder and I am left handed. It required extensive PT. Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers in N. Fort Myers was super. All of the therapists were professional and caring, but tough. I am a retired Occupational Therapist who was aware of much of what the therapy was all about. I hope to return to the Center in the future for therapy for my back. These people are wonderful and the therapy made me functional again. Thank you!
