I was getting regularly massages for the injury and that wasn't cutting it, my healing definitely sped up after going to Mike and he's given me great and simple exercises to do regularly on my own. Mike's one of the first practitioners of dry needling. As an engineer, I'm usually skeptical of non-traditional medicine, but the dry needling provided noticeable and immediate improvement. Experiencia fantástica: My painful sciatica that immobilized me for weeks was resolved after I went to see Mike Kohm at Neuromuscular Strategies. I never ended up needing painkillers, injections, steroids, or any other medical interventions at all, just the physical therapy I got from Mike. The movements and manageable exercises that he taught me resolved my sciatic pain, which was from a ruptured disc in my back. When I re-strained my back years later, I opted to go to Mike again because of my previous excellent experience. I highly recommend him!

I began seeing progress immediately after beginning treatment at Neuromuscular Strategies. As the sciatica ebbed, my longstanding shoulder ache seemed to bark more loudly. Mike has helped me make progress on that injury, too. Mike deflects my claim that he has worked miracles for me, and I guess he's right. My progress is dependent on me continuing to do the exercises and stretches. But I have not felt this kind of hope in a long time. If I can't have a 25 year-old body again, I'm grateful to have Mike.
