Experiencia fantástica: My PT experience was excellent. My therapist attended to my needs. She listened and was great on assuring I did my exercises correctly and got the full benefit of each session. I improved greatly due to Amber’s efforts. I am grateful to her.

Experiencia fantástica: Pivot is truly a top notch therapy facility. I have been in physical therapy 4 previous times but never at Pivot. A friend referred me to them after she had improved greatly after a shoulder surgery. My therapist was Shreeya Shenoy who is not only knowledgable but she took the time to explain exactly what muscles and nerves were aggravated helping me to understand the reasons for my pain and symptoms due to a pinched nerve. The exercises that she had me do under her observation were most effective. I had therapy twice weekly and with doing the exercises at home the tingling and numbness in my hand subsided. Also, the radiating and swelling pain that I experienced up and down my arm stopped.Also, what I liked is having all my sessions with Shreeya and the scheduling for the most part was quite immediate and the times I was scheduled perfectly matched my availability. Lastly, I liked that for my pinched nerve that I received hands on manipulations by Shreeya which again she explained the "why" and the benefits. She was right on all counts and I am now 85% symptom free vs. when I was first started therapy andy my pain, discomfort, limitations and other symptoms were an 8-9 on a scale where 10 is the highest in symptoms and pain. I highly recommended Pivot Physical Therapy and if (and hopefully I won't have to) I have to return I would definitely return to Pivot and request Shreeya Shenoy. Thank you Shreeya for helping me to regain a quality of life that is relatively pain/sympathetic free and with continued improvement with doing my exercises at home. D.C. Jones

Experiencia fantástica: Jeremy is great. My mobility has improved a lot. The office is small. Thus far the number of clients per therapist is good. I am always seen at my appt time and get the care I need to make improvements.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best experience I have ever had with PT. Shreya and Jana have prepared an individualized plan for my recovery from a LTKR. I receive encouragement daily from Jana and personalized care at each visit. The atmosphere is always inviting and no matter how much I may hurt, I always look forward to my sessions, the encouragement I get, and the cheering Jana gives as I achieve each milestone. For now, my goals have been reached and I am discharged. The entire team (Shreya, Jana, Brandon, Lisa) cheered me on at every visit. I have had other experiences with other PT organizations and always left feeling it was a waste of time. This team showed me the importance of following their plan. I just had my 2nd post-op visit with the surgeon and he was impressed at how well I had recovered--this is due to the personalized care I received at Pivot of Bowie. I also want to express, the care I received was individualized and personal to me; yet I witnessed the same type of individualized and personal care given to other patients. The truth is, the specialized care I received, is the same specialized and individualized care every patient receives from this team. I plan to return when I schedule my RTKR at the end of the year. Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Pivot was great. The nice team was always helpful and encouraging. Shreya is completely awesome, helpful and encouraging. She helped me with two conditions that are completely under control for me. I have no residual issues and feel I completely healed.

Experiencia fantástica: My therapist, Shreya, was beyond outstanding. Personable, knowledgeable, and simply a caring therapist makes all the difference in the world. I have been going for approximately 10 months. A long journey; however, the end result was worth it. The staff in general were nothing less than outstanding. I will continue to go to Pivot for all my therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Pivot Physical Therapy, is an awesome place. It is a open space environment, with a warm and clean atmosphere. The therapist are very nice and personal. Especially the therapist name Jeremy, he is professional and knowledgeable. My daughter now is walking and stretching with no pain. Jeremy is a excellent therapist with a great personality. I recommend Pivot, for all who need physical therapy and great results.

Experiencia fantástica: The therapists here are excellent. I've not worked with Ben yet, but he's really nice. Chris and Savannah have both done an amazing job. I had a frozen shoulder post surgery and they have really been getting it moving again. Other therapists that I have worked with in the past just go through the motions and tell me to go do my stretches, but these ones keep at it until they figure out how to loosen things up.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the entire staff. Savanna, Chris and Ben (PT's) are wonderful to work with. This is the first time I ever needed PT and was apprehensive in the beginning. The support staff Samantha and Jordan are fun as well. The past three months have been grueling but fun.
