Experiencia fantástica: PALMER IS THE GOAT! I did about 12 sessions with him. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! I came in with back pain from previous surgeries and have had great results from the exercises and stretches I have been doing. They have become part of my daily routine and have tremendously improved my posture and strength. If you need physical therapy this is the place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: The team lead by Palmer is wonderful. The physical therapy sessions and knowledge shared with me were absolutely the best. My recovery from a total hip replacement has been swift and efficient.

Experiencia negativa: I went there to get help for a pinched nerve and was immediately talked into a therapy plan. I was told that it wasn't mandatory, so I signed it and now, 9 months later, I've discovered that this company has been deducting $120 from my account every month. When I went there today and tried to clarify this, I was sent away and told to cancel online and when I said I didn't know what I was supposed to cancel, I was very rudely asked to leave because they had appointments and wouldn't let them wait any longer.

I even spoke with the owner and she was very kind and offered some comfort regarding my injury. She also spoke highly of PT Chris and after my first visit with him I could see why. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I had lots of questions. Looking forward to healing with the help of this great team!

It has been a great experience. Very professional, clean and timely. I also felt very comfortable with their Covid-19 protocol. They always sanitized the equipment after each us. Great place to go for physiotherapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly and professional. Been going here since they reopened and have seen more mobility in just a month of treatment. They have flexible hours. Works out great for me as a mom with an ever changing schedule with pre school aged children. Not to mention the fresh individual coffees are a treat! They take most insurance and the paperwork was a breeze.

Chris did an incredible job at the therapy session and I can't wait to be back. I realized I need to incorporate more therapies as part of my recovery so I will be visiting them more frequently.

Experiencia fantástica: Chris did an excellent job with my PT on my left shoulder rotator cuff. I had complete range of motion within 2 weeks of surgery date. We worked on strengthening over the next month. I would go back again in a heartbeat! Thanks Chris

Experiencia fantástica: I walked into yesterday to discuss the possibility of therapy after a total hip I am planning on having later this year. I first met Brittani at the front desk who was very nice and provided me information about therapy. Chris the therapy doctor even came out to provide an explanation of what to expect from therapy, he was very impressive and the most professional therapy I have talked with yet. I have been to many therapiest before but will now follow Chris in fort myers

Experiencia fantástica: After having knee surgery, I was referred to Physical Therapy Now. I found them to be professional , understanding, compassionate, and very knowlegeable about the process. I appreciated Chris educating me along the way about what the exercises were for as well as the benefit each exercise does in my recovery. I also really appreciated the sensitivity and flexibility the support staff showed as well. I would absolutly recommend Physical Therapy Now at Palm Pointe and will not hesitate to return to them in the future if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: I was sent there after surgery(double menisectomy and Baker cyst removal) from a work accident (UPS) and these people are great. The facility is nice and clean and the staff is top notch. Chris is an excellent therapist and genuinely cares about you and your healing. He is the Joint Whisperer! Nick is great and extremely helpful and Leann is really sweet and extremely helpful and has a great sense of humor. I can’t say enough good things about this place and this great staff. I highly recommend Physical Therapy Now and if you need any sort of physical therapy, you can’t go wrong with Chris- the Joint Whisperer, Leann and Nick.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a fantastic experience with everyone at the Physical Therapy Now office at Palm Pointe. My pain levels have significantly decreased and my mobility has drastically improved. My body feels like it has done a 180 thanks to this great group. I went from not being able to do any cardio exercise to being able to exercise regularly. Chris was my therapist throughout my tenure and was amazing to work with. He is so skilled and in tune with exactly what is needed to make the changes you need and I have had serious positive results. Working with Nick and Brittany every day was the cherry on top. They are such caring and kind people and the entire team lifts you up as you work through your therapy. I couldn't recommend this team and Chris enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently underwent Shoulder manipulation under anesthesia and my doctor sent me to Physical Therapy Now for my recovery exercise. I was a little nervous, as I had never done any kind of PT. I also was determined to get my range of motion back in my shoulder. The staff here are WONDERFUL! I immediately felt cared for, listened too, and cheered on. When my four weeks were over, I had made great progress on my shoulder (THANKS CHRIS!!), and felt that the staff were new friends! The building is beautiful, with inspirational messages on the walls, very clean, and inviting. The staff followed guidelines for Covid-19 safety. Hopefully I will not need PT again, but if I do, I would go to Physical Therapy Now again. I highly recommend it to anyone. Shelley C.
