Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to wait till now to put in a review.If I could give more than a 5 start I would. My mother has been there for the past 5 years while I was in Atlanta. I recently came back to be close to her. As a rehabilitation I encourage anyone who wants a place for mom in 2024. First the admission process is fast and easy. With a social worker who really good at communicating the needs your future loved one upon entering the facility ,as visitors we are greeted with such respect. Florence and Tracy always give myself and others a warm welcome. The staff are very friendly. My mom is one out of several patience that need extra help. Again if you are hesitant if Doctors is the right place for your loved one do not think too long, because the nurses are very good .I want to give a special thanks to Naydeen who visit my mom daily knowing the situation she is in,being bedridden. My mom always looks forward to a visit from her and others that have grown to know my mother Lashawn I want to give thanks braiding moms hair Miss Mary.. the charge nurse always let loved ones know what is going on with the patience even if it's a small medical problem ,again not just my mom I have witness this behavior with other residence . I wanted to make this one a special one. Miss Marie ,who is one of my moms nurses is excellent and patient with my mom,knowing how my mom can get. When I say she knows her stuff I truly believe she loves what she does. My mom is a very difficult person at times due to end stage behaviors, and she has more patience than myself and that is my mother. If you want to feel safe with your loved one at this facility and you are unsure where to place them just know you have my stamp of approval. Our loved one need to be cared for and you be safe to know they t the right place at Doctors Rehabilitation Center. The food is excellent 5 star everytime I leave after mom gets her food I end up at someone's food establishment. Physical therapy is wonderful. If your love one needs physical therapy again Doctors is the place to be. Physical therapy in bed is an option if your loved one is in position such as my mom. Bring them here you will be able to have a peace of mind that your loved one will have 24hr care ...THE RIGHT WAY!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to stay in rehab for 25 days in April 2023. Every member of the staff was a joy to my soul, there was not a day that I regretted being there. There were so many that tended to me, I don't want to call names and miss someone. It didn't make a difference what their position was they served in a professional manner. I'm home now, but, I think of them often, and call their names in prayer. I would surely recommend Doctors Community Rehabilitation to all that are in need. God bless you all.

From the front desk, the PT, OT, attending LPN, RN, Dr., etc. It was a clean environment and our Mother was happy to be there and was treated well. Experiencia fantástica: We had a very positive experience here with our step-father. They treated him extremely well and provided great care. They even delayed his discharge a few more days to allow us to finalize arrangements for our step-father to come home, so he would not be home alone. The facility was always clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to the case worker, Erin. She was phenomenal. Thank you so much.

Experiencia fantástica: I was pleasant surprised about how nice looking and clean this place was. They’re no nursing home smell. Almost like you walked into a hotel. Every patient has their own room. After the bad experience my family endured at the hospital. This was shocking but nice.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was surprisingly good. The automated check-in was pretty amazing and set the stage for everything else. It was efficient and stands out as an example of a trend that I hope will be industry wide. The environment felt safe, clean and tailored for success. This is where I'd want to be if I required a hospital stay.

Experiencia fantástica: My godfather had a great experience at Doctors Community Rehabilitation. He was released before expected because of the awesome rehab team! He said that the entire team was respectful and kind and attentive, and that the food was delicious. He said that this was the best rehab he had ever been in!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great rehab facility. My family member was here to rehab a knee in 2018 and is now rehabbing her arms mobility after mayor neck surgery. The facility is very clean, with a mostly personable professional staff. The rehab gym and physical therapy professionals are truly outstanding.

The lady at the front desk was such a delightful person, as she always have been every time .Each staff member we passed was very polite with a smile. The facility was clean and free from any bad odor. It was overall a very pleasant experience. We have gone to other facilities and did not get the same response from the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: So it was tough making the decision more than several years back to place my Mom in a long term care facility. She had been in this location for short-term rehab before and we found ourselves back again after she took a fall. The Staff were welcoming and very knowledgable about what my mom needed. Communication was well and she felt safe and secure. Fast forward several years and a year of pandemic! I'm so thankful she was in this facility and not some others! DCRPCC did an outstanding job during the Pandemic! The management team did a great job communicating with the residents and family representatives on the status at the center. At the height of the pandemic, I had communication daily with staff that kept me updated on my mom's condition physically and mentally. To keep this brief...they instituted over the course of the pandemic daily zoom calls with family representatives, email correspondence and covid measures within the center to prevent spreading of the virus. That hasn't stopped but has been scaled back appropriately over time. They arranged residents zoom calls with family members and family care plan meetings. Now we are able to visit again in person! For me the communication has been outstanding. Nobody is perfect but when I had a bump in the road, it was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. I've spoken to friends that unfortunately didn't get a lot of these measures during the last year with there loved ones. This facility and mgt. staff really took to heart the impact of the pandemic and did what they could to safely get us to the point we are at today! I'm thankful my Mom had the care she needed and security during this difficult period. DCRPCC is recommended in my book!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife was here for a short term care. The staff were very friendly and very nice to me and they took very good care of my wife. The communication was very good. They did an excellent job to my wife. I thank God we are back home now.

Experiencia fantástica: My Mom has been at this Facility since September of 2015 and not really wanting her to be at a short/long term place, I must say it’s been a very smooth ride, the staff at this center are very professional and kind, and they communicate very well, I can also say that in light of being in this pandemic it’s been comforting to know that my Mom is being very well cared for. I would without hesitation recommend this Facility to others.

I will never forget their kindness, and professionalism. My family got to know the staff and they us. We were there often. We could feed dad, or get him to the bathroom when they were busy or involved with another patient. If an issue arised they were there to liste2n and help. This was a positive collaboration between staff and family. P.S - Food was good too, dad was on a special soft food diet.
