Experiencia fantástica: I came in not feeling well. The lobby is clean, new and quiet. I did not have to wait long to be seen or to see the doctor. Everyone here is very pleasant & friendly. Prescriptions can be gotten at the clinic for a flat rate. Definitely worth your while as an alternative to going to the ER for many cases. The ONLY issue I might mention is the ramp out front is difficult for wheelchairs when you are on your own. A+

I am finally starting to feel better after suffering for a week when a DIFFERENT Urgent Care Center failed me. THIS one will be my go to. I greatly appreciate you "expresscare" and kindness! Experiencia fantástica: I took my husband there late last night (about 8:40). I called ahead to see if they would still see him since they close at 9:00. The lady said they would see him. We rushed over there and everyone we dealt with from the front desk ladies, the nurse to the PA was very kind to us despite us getting there so close to their closing time. They were on top of cleaning everything. We were pleasantly surprised with our service there.

The wait was kind of long, but the doctor was excellent. The place is spacious looks clean. I had a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the best experience ever, when I walked in @ 8:45pm, I was in so much pain(throat), exhausted, and could barely move my neck or swallow. The doctor knew exactly what was wrong with me, and the medicine he prescribed had me feeling 50% better within hours and I woke up this morning with no pain in my neck, almost like I was never sick in the first place. I highly recommend ExpressCare. I also have to add the entire staff made me feel at ease.

Experiencia positiva: The service was great. The receptionist at the front desk was efficient in setting up my appointment and handling my insurance. The technician that took my blood pressure could use a little bit more bedside manners. The doctor was excellent regarding my diagnosis, and she offered ideas for me to try along with exceptional bedside manners.On top of all of that. My wait time was only 15 minutes, and that was because I had to check in. I would definitely recommend this facility for urgent care

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for another great experience. It is easy to schedule appointments. Office staff is kind and efficient. The waiting area is spacious so patients can spread out. Facility is clean. Christine Fleury is excellent. This was not my first visit with her. I am glad quality care is so close by as my primary care physician is often booked. I really appreciate that masks are required. Sick people should keep their germs to themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff. They were very professional. I also appreciate how quickly the doctor was able to see me. The clinic is very clean, plus they are still implementing COVID-19 6 feet or so distance requirement and mask mandate. I highly recommend this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Visited this week during late afternoon hours. Acknowledged & greeted soon as we walked in. Bright, clean waiting area. Received great customer service and care. The other nearby urgent care facilities had long wait times. We were seen within 15 minutes of walking through the door. The option to register and check-in online before arriving definitely helps with efficiency. The ladies at the front desk were kind. The triage nurse and doctor were both kind and provided excellent customer service as well. Had tests, labs, diagnosis and prescriptions all done and out within an hour. Will definitely be returning when urgent care is needed.

Experiencia fantástica: There is never really await and the employees are very nice! The last visit the doctor treat be very aggressively for sinus infection with my history could have easily turn it too pneumonia. My own primary care doctor missing all the symptoms.

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk staff were outstanding in there treatment of us. The African American lady sprayed and cleaned while we were there but asking first if we mind. That courtesy was very nice. It was nice neat and clean and there were products there to maintain a safe environment too include soft box tissue paper. Lastly they weren't over crowed and plus, plus bc who wants to wait when they are sick, but obviously this can't be helped , nevertheless it was a pleasant experience. The doctor was nice also.

The nurse attending to me was very professional and pleasant . Dr Nsubuga was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. The staff was very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I did a walk in for a Rapid Covid test. The administrative people were great; the facility is clean and great care was taken to maintain a clean environment. After administrative in processing was complete, the wait time to be seen was about 5 minutes. Vitals were taken; the test was administered; wait time was about 15 -20 minutes for results. Out processing time, 5 minutes; Total time at facility - about an hour. The staff and Doctor were professional, friendly and caring. Highly recommend this facility for your medical needs that are appropriate for services this facility provides.

Experiencia fantástica: I cam very late a night, close to their closing time (which I hate to do, when it ends up keeping the staff late), but I was still greeted with polite, professional, and knowledgeable care, and as a first time visitor the appointment went quicker than I had anticipated. I am not in Bowie proper but this is a great location that I would have no problem returning to for another urgent care need.

The wait was short and all the medical processes were thorough and completed by such kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff. As miserable as I felt I knew I was in good hands. They made sure to explain the test results and answer my questions. This site is the best urgent care we have ever used.

Experiencia fantástica: It was good the physician was good but they gotta do better with cleaning equipment not just using alcohol wipes to clean the BP cuff, thermometer and pulse reader. The front desk worker Sabrina is AMAZING and always friendly and up beat when you walk in.

Experiencia fantástica: Don't know what these "Negative Nellie's" are talking about! I was there 2 days ago. This is my go to Urgent Care and I have NEVER had a bad experience! Everyone is always very nice and understanding! (Did you go in with an attitude that you were the most important person in the room?? I've seen it before. No one needs to deal with that!!) Here's the deal people. Things have changed in Covid times. Would you rather have to register online or sit in a room with a bunch of people?? And, you don't have to make an appointment. It is still walk-in. I bet you'd be upset if you had to wait hours too! There are plenty of other Urgent Cares in the immediate area. Go to another and see how you fare! That will make it easier for me next time I go to Express Care!!

The medical technicians were professional with how they addressed my issue. The doctor came in to talk to me about my concerns and assured me of the solutions. The environment is ALWAYS clean. I like that!

Experiencia fantástica: After a night of feeling sick, I was anxious about waiting in a waiting room. Nevertheless, I decided to do to Express Care Urgent Care Center in Bowie. I got there by 9 am and was checked-In, serviced and tested with in an hour. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant and caring. I will be returning for any further issues.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter and I recently did a walk in to the Bowie Location for a covid screening even though we have both been vaccinated however were exposed to someone who hadn't. the whole process was fantastic, as always the staff are very knowledgeable and ready to assist . From start to finish it only took 1 hr. which I think is amazing. My daughter was a little nervous however the employee who helped us showed extreme patience and understanding.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I went in last night for Covid-19 Rapid testing. It was a 2 hr. wait because we were walk-ins but everyone was very nice and personable. We enjoyed our visit and even had a few laughs considering one us had been exposed. I would definitely recommend the Bowie location and if you don’t want to wait make an appt. They also do rapid testing for the Anti-body testing as well. I did call before I went and Ms. Rochelle gave me all the information I needed to decide on how to move forward, excellent customer service.

The service is not only so much faster than the typical emergency room but everyone employed there is personable, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I know my family is getting the best of care and won't hesitate to take anyone in my family there again and have even referred others outside the family as well. And, if the need arises, I will go there for treatment myself. They're the best!!!

This was not our first visit to this facility, the staff has been wonderful, the facility is neat and clean. Experiencia fantástica: Just upon entering the door the lady at the front Desk hope I’m correct believe her name was Kim was very nice and professional the waiting area was extremely clean. It wasn’t crowded this rainy day, so I was seen literally 5 or 10 minutes after signing in. I’ve read a few bad reviews but my experience that day entire staff was pleasant. My Doctor was very direct professional with speedy diagnosis. I feel much better and appreciate being seen and given sinus meds. I give this specific Expresscare office 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: I was there for 45 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out of it. Everyone I interacted with was polite and respectful. The doctor was able to diagnose me quickly and I believe accurately. Although I was there for my eye, I had a cold at the time. He noted that I had asthma and double checked my lungs just to make sure i wasn't wheezing. The waiting room and examination room were both clean. I was very impressed with the visit and will definitely return there if needed.
