Experiencia fantástica: This place deserves a 5-star based off of their providers and the dedication that they have to providing care for their patients. The front staff including registration has always been friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist their patients with providing care, knowledge, and guidance throughout their visit. I have been to several clinics and seen a various number of specialists and the providers in this clinic have always shown compassion, empathy, patience, and understanding when it comes to making sure their patients receive the best care possible. I will always be forever grateful for the treatment that I have received and being able to have answers after it has taken me so long to get any. The nursing staff bringing patients back to be seen for their visit are always smiling, welcoming, and friendly when it comes to making sure you are comfortable during the appointment as well. Now as for the MRI department, I feel like that is where they have room for improvement. The members who are verifying insurance/billing are very kind and patient, however the staff who is scheduling are inconsiderate and lack compassion. I have been belittled, disrespected, and rescheduled more than 4x already and the appointment should have been done back in June. If a patient calls to confirm insurance is verified, they should be able to provide a better answer than let me jot your name down and call you back. Especially when no phone call is ever placed in return and the patient has to drive over an hour to come to the appointments just to be turned away at the desk and then has to reschedule their follow up appointments with the provider as well. A patient should not have to call their insurance company and find out if their scheduled appointment is verified and approved nor do the legwork to make sure that it is. My appointment has been cancelled without even receiving a phone call and it was left up to another person calling because the order was sent to another clinic. I have had to reschedule 6 appointments because of the appointments being rescheduled in June/July and had to reschedule them all over again after the 2nd time. I had a court hearing as well that needed these results and explained the importance of getting this all taken care and it is completely frustrating when you are a very understanding person and get mistreated from people who either just don't care or don't like their job. So MRI department: Please do better. You have the potential, you make a difference, you matter and are important!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Barlow was awesome. He explained my daughter's injuries throughly and got her in for surgery very quickly, kept me updated the entire time and was very caring and considerate. I highly recommend him!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Heltsley is such a wonderful doctor!! I can’t say enough about how kind and caring he is. He has taken care of so many of my family members, including me. He did a rotator cuff repair surgery on my shoulder in October and it could not have gone more smoothly, my shoulder is like new. His physician assistant Seth King is wonderful too!! I would highly recommend Dr. Heltsley and PA Seth King if you are having any orthopedic problems! They are the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Shane Riley is one of the best hand doctors I’ve ever met. He and his staff have absolutely the best bedside manners. They treat patients well and that means everything. Best of all, I was able to have my last hand surgery in the new clinic next door. Amazing experience all around. So much better than outpatient at a hospital!! Kudos for that wonderful clinic❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a big fan of Dr Riley. He has done my shoulder and my husbands hand. He is a very thorough and explains every thing so that you understand. He answers your questions and the outcome is great. I had my therapy and my shoulder is as good as new. Ty Dr Riley. We appreciate you.
