Graves Gilbert Clinic Walk-In Care- Nashville Road Family Care Center

Experiencia fantástica: Hello I have a 7 month old baby and I took him to graves and Gilbert walk in clinic and OMG they were so amazing and friendly.... they are amazing.... I would recommend them. Thank you graves and Gilbert walk in clinic for everything....

Experiencia positiva: EDITED FURTHER DOWN This is the worst urgent care/primary care office that I have ever been in. The female urgent care Drs/NP are rude and unwelcoming. I never had a horrible experience at the GG urgent care on Louisville Rd, next to WEHS, unfortunately I moved and am too far from that one now. This clinic is so bad I've started going to the Zip Clinic, at least they aren't rude. I'm trying to find a new PCP. I typically prefer female doctors, and I was recommended to see either Lindsay Brooks or Amber Nagornay. But because I have other health issues that I see specialists for, and take certain medications for those health issues, prescribed by those specialists, they refused to take me on as a patient. It just seems pretty ableist and prejudiced. If I could give this clinic zero stars, I absolutely would. To anyone looking for a PCP or urgent care, stay farrrrrrr away from this one!! EDIT: I've updated from 1 star to 4 stars based on further experiences I've had to have with them. Almost every urgent care provider I have seen since this has been good, and I was told that if I ever am put with the provider who was rude, I can see someone else. My son and I also see an allergist at this location, Dr. Sternberg, and he is fantastic! He really cares about and listens to his patients. I've had to go to the lab there a few times, and they don't take forever, like some do. I've been going here more often lately.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had the worse experiences over the last few years with my medical care ,but this place has restored my faith in getting excellent medical care and wonderfully friendly treatment! I had an accident,and tore my calf muscle and they were wonderful to me .I will always come here from now on if I need anything!
