Experiencia fantástica: This was my first PT experience and it went very well. I had some shoulder pain that wasn't allowing me to do my regular workouts and I was experiencing some pain from normal everyday activities. Ashley explained what was wrong and had me back to normal in just a couple months. It felt great to see progress in flexibility and strength every week, and I feel like I have the tools to prevent it from happening again. Hopefully no more PT for me, but if so then I'll be back visiting Ashley!
