Experiencia fantástica: I'm glad y'all put that temperature gauge back up there you did a good job taking everybody temperature I love it thank you for that I can go see my loved ones there at the Bay point you did a good job because the virus isn't going nowhere it's going to stay but you got that machine there to take everybody temperature and that's a good thing you did a good job thank you

Experiencia positiva: They have thier problems just like all Hospitals etc....are having right now..Especially finding help....The patients are the ones who suffer though.....waiting forever when they put on the call light to go to the restroom or whatever they may need. With all the patients and so few CNAs it just takes more time....Im sure they do the best they can but using cell phones and getting caught up in social media does not help..Most of us do get caught up using social media but at work is Highly inappropriate unless its an emergency or you are on break.... I had my good days and bad days during my stay there..just like everyone else does...we had a few issues but got them resolved.... Overall its a good place for rehab with good people. However......The food....it could be better.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is making great efforts to make my moms stay comfortable pleasing, clean and neat. My mom and I really like that. Mom’s social worker and nursing staff show that they care more. I’m happy to be able to give this review today. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: My orientation was spot on!! It was organized and time friendly. Lisa was helpful and full of information. The minimal staff I came into contact with were also very inviting and welcoming. I’m excited about my new adventure on board!
