Life Care Center of West Bridgewater

Experiencia fantástica: This place provides outstanding care. This is a team you can count on no matter what level of services you need for your loved one. Whenever I speak with them, I hear the passion for what they do shining through over everything else. It has been an absolute lifesaver having your team care for my former boss who I love dearly like a father. Clean facility full of entertainment and great food too.

Experiencia positiva: I can’t even tell you how unhappy I am with the service of this place. My mom got admitted on Monday and on Friday, five days later, we still haven’t got a phone call to discuss her rehabilitation program. Every time I call to try to speak to somebody, there’s never anybody available. As far as I’m concerned they have rehabilitated nothing. Edited 9/7/23 after speaking with case manager.... Thanks for the clarification and pointing out this issue was due to feedback from the patient in question denying approval to communicate with us. In the future it would be nice to notify the family of this at that point rather than just not returning calls. Please note that the comments to date are centered on the administration etc. I can say that at the care level, the service has been nothing but excellent.

Experiencia fantástica: Life Care of WB is an outstanding facility. My grandfather was there for a short term rehab stay recently and we were impressed! The nursing staff, rehab staff, social workers and case management team bent over backwards to make sure my grandfather got home and made a safe plan for him. Thanks again guys!

Experiencia fantástica: My mother is a resident on the Vineyard unit and I am so thankful to Life Care of WB. The nurses and CNAs go above and beyond and the Vineyard unit feels like a small community. My mother has been at other facilities that have left my mother and I unhappy. My mother struggles to speak up when assistances is needed, however the staff at Life Care has been so attentive that my mother does not even have the chance to feel that panic, the staff are always there. I am very happy to have my loved one there.

Experiencia fantástica: My family member stayed at Life Care a few months ago. They recovered with the help of an awesome Rehab team. Their room and facility were clean and well maintained. Family member loved food and activities. Family member had favorites in Nurses and CNA s too. NP did great medication management and attending Physician was wonderful
