Experiencia fantástica: When I say I saw relief from the worst pack pain I’ve ever experienced, I MEAN IT. I went in this morning with the worst lower back pain I’ve ever felt. (I’ve suffered from back pain since my mid-teens.) I met with Kim and appreciated the time she took with me to truly evaluate my unique symptoms and find a treatment plan that would work for me. We did several tests to rule out/rule in my personal symptoms, and then she took the time to discuss all options with me. Not just one, but several. We ended up doing dry needling and some stretches to get me started today. I will say, as the day went on, I was definitely feeling pain from the dry needling. (As is expected) But as I lay here in bed, nearly pain free for the first time in 9 days, I’d say a day of discomfort was worth it. I’m looking forward to learning more about how to not only treat the symptoms, but build a routine that will help me improve my overall health for the long haul.
