Great vibe with motivated clients including professional, collegiate, high school athletes and others who wish to maximize and fine tune their athletic skills, conditioning, and movement. Extremely satisfied with the training, nutrition, and PT program they put together and how they are guiding me through it. Well worth the investment in time and dollars.

As a former professional football player and after studying martial arts for 13 years I have had the opportunity to work out at numerous facilities. There is no facicility that I have used that comes even close to EXOS. If you have not tried EXOS-go visit them- you will be glad you did.

The coaching staff shows extra attention to your performance and tweak the little things to maximize your performance. I would recommend this program to all athletes, especially those who are entering their senior year or becoming a freshman in college

He gives me the opportunity to see max results in the weight room with flexibility, you just need to push to your limits. The PT really cares about each athletes body and everyone is so nice and helpful. Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: After 2 years of dealing with the aftermath of a dislocated hip, I literally couldn't walk. My doctor referred me to EXOS for PT to attempt to rehab before replacing my hip. They assigned Brianna to me. Brianna and the EXOS team are awesome. Brianna went right to work on me, and the results have been unbelievable. Thanks to Brianna, I am back on the golf course, full swing, skiing, walking, spinning, etc. In my book, a 5 star rating isn't a high enough rating for Brianna, Joe and team. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Joe for a couple months and really my time at Exos. He combines a wide variety of rehab treatments in one session. From deep tissue work, to muscle stimulator machines, to rehabilitative exercises; they really do check off all the boxes in just one visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to EXOS after I tore my ACL playing tennis. Joe in Physical Therapy is extremely knowledgeable and designed a very personalized program for my rehab. His follow through and thoroughness is excellent from working with the surgeon to explaining exercise and treatment plans. I have been in some of the top rehab facilities in the United States and my opinion is the treatment at EXOS is one of the best. Joe's dedication to your goals and overall professionalism is some of the best I've seen in the industry. His hands on work and workouts are thoughtful, on target and personalized for your needs. The individual time he spends with each patient combined with workouts in a world-class facility ensure a successful recovery. I’ve seen him treat a wide range of injuries and symptoms with great success. After my successful rehab and return to sports, I transitioned to the group performance training at EXOS, where I found the same level of professionalism and expertise. Roy, an EXOS trainer, is one of the best trainers I've worked with. He helps you achieve overall fitness, but with your individual sport’s goals in mind. He is always punctual and prepared. He motivates you to get the best out of the workout and puts enough responsibility on you to give you the personal investment you need to make things happen. I recently improved my running time and technique, tennis footwork and skied the moguls again. I would recommend EXOS for Physical Therapy or training and have had nothing but a positive experience at EXOS with great results.

I've had countless fractures and all kinds of injuries, and the need for a speedy recovery is what keeps me competing and going. I can dedicate and count several achievements of mine that would not have happen without these guys, particularly Joe Walker on the PT side.
