Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I drove up to ER. The professional warm vibes or obvious. Continued with the staff registration. Immediate personal care from the entire emergency room staff They all have the best attitudes around. Dr Keenan is exceptional and amazing. I give this entire staff and Dr Keenan 10 of 10. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful helping service you all provide ❣️

Experiencia positiva: I had a CTE done here on 07/23 and the radiology tech was so nice! I was nervous about the scan but she made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly. I was extremely anxious about the contrast but she took her time in making sure I was ready, and calm. 4 stars because the people at the outpatient lab are rude when it comes to blood work and stool tests.

Experiencia positiva: I went to this ER a couple weeks ago. I was taken to a room promptly and didn’t have to wait which was great. The nurse asked me a bunch of questions per usual and then the doctor came in and proceeded to do the same so it came off like the two hadn’t communicated with each other. The physician didn’t have the best bedside manner in terms of being personable however she did treat me appropriately in terms of my health. I thought the nurses could of done a better job coming in to check on me and to see if I needed anything. My partner had to go find them when I needed something. Before leaving I asked a clarifying question and the physician assumed that the answer was implied earlier which it wasn’t given my question. Overall they treated me appropriately to help me feel better but didn’t have great communication or bedside manner. I would likely pick another hospital next time I need one.
