Experiencia fantástica: Lisa has been my physical therapist ever since I moved to Boulder. She and I have worked together through many, many physical issues that I've encountered over the years, from radiating neck pain to tendon sprains and muscle spasms, and severe lower back issues, including recovery from multiple back surgeries and rehabilitation strategies and techniques for managing long term chronic pain. I have made a full recovery from all of these issues with Lisa's help (and my own commitment to following through). I am so happy Lisa has decided to start a private practice, which means I can get help for physical issues without needing a referral or having to deal with any of the insurance red tape associated with the typical medical process. Her practice is affordable, and most of all professional. The level of expertise combined with the variety in modalities of treatment available at Shape PT is phenomenal. I will continue to be a client until I can afford bionic surgery that guarantees I'll never get injured again.
