Experiencia positiva: Dr Opersteny was fantastic, he told me step-by step what he was going to do during my test. Very professional and personable. I took off 1 star for the receptionist, She was so rude and out of line talking about me to another patient in the waiting room! Trying to humiliate me for a a miscommunication in my appt. Dr. Opersteny explained my results in language that I could understand and let me know exactly what I may be up against And when my Dr would get my results. Thanks Dr. O, I just wish you had a better receptionist up front that sets a better tone of the office.
