Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with Lori Lemmons for at least five years. For over a decade no PT was able to help me resolve my back issues to the point where I could exercise effectively. A local neurologist said I would never run again. I proved him wrong with Lori's help. Since starting with Lori I have run a 1/2 Marathon and have done several 70 mi cycling events. Today I actively cycle and run 5k's. Lori is very clear as to what my 50+ yr body can and can't do and I heed her advice. Most importantly, I do my PT routines most mornings. You have to be ready to act on good luck, with Lori's help that is exactly what I did.
